It went great! They finished the job in one day and provided extra services after the job. They did phenomenal job, cleaned up their mess well, they truly exceeded my expectations on how this would be done.

The workmanship was great. We are very happy with our new windows. We got various estimates and this was amongst the lowest. The Sales Person (Robert Frye) was great.

That went great. Then when I asked them for a quote on doors, they never got back to me and didn't return my calls. To update, a nice lady, Judith called to apologize for the calls not being returned. That has never happened before. Really appreciated it.

It went perfectly. It could not have gone any better and I would recommend DS&G to anyone who needs hurricane impact windows and doors. Their pricing was very competitive, their communication was always excellent and they were highly professional. In addition I have a 1 year old at home. I asked that they do what they can to keep dust and debris to a minimum for the safety of my child. They kept things as clean as if they were never there. Great company!

It went fine. I didn’t choose them because I went with something they didn’t offer or carry. I ended up using a fabric that encloses my back patio instead of shutters on the back of the house and there’s really one company in town that carries that. I didn’t know it even existed. I got 7 quotes. As far as getting the quote, they were okay.

later when the instillation completed. They responded quickly and professionally, filing the required work documents and completed the installation as promised. They managed to clean after themselves and only after they left did I realize they never washed the windows after they finished! A small complaint but one necessary to watch for! I was satisfied with the overall job.

Went fine, they did represent that they would place a reminder call to me a year later for maintenance. It is a year later and haven't heard from them.

They were honest, ethical, on-time, proactive, followed up, cost competitive, and above all, they did good work. I wish I could say that about the other contracting services in South Florida. Most of them are crooks, unethical, and perform poor work!

Salesman and workers were very responsive to questions pre installation. However, I'm still awaiting a response to several phone calls I made a month ago.

They were referred by the office in my apartment building. The work was fine and everything was good. There were some initial issues, but they came and corrected everything. They were very nice.I would refer them and use them again.

They broke a couple of screws and said they had to replace a couple of rods. They priced me a little more than they quoted as well. They quoted me $250 and charged me $300. He also wanted to charge me for the rod after he broke the screws. As far of the installation goes from years ago, the shutters are great and protect my house. I would not hire them again for maintenance, but only for any repairs or installation.

They did very well! The owner himself came for the work with an assistant. They completed the work within the same day. They made everything quite easy. They had the permits done and we didn’t have to do anything. They even sent the people after the work was complete for the inspection as well. We didn’t have to worry about anything but for paying.

The shutters have worked out very good! The only thing was that we had to have some put up high in our living room and kitchen area. They had to be see-through and were more difficult. They did take longer than they could have. Generally, they mostly do big construction jobs and we happened to run into their office and they agreed to the work. I would recommend them to others.
