Description of Work: I had the exterior of my house repainted by Certa-Pro. This included all the doors, Bimini shutters, even the old red brick trim. Juan Carlos is meticulous and conscientious. He arrived on time or early every day, only took a break for lunch, worked all around the house (I called him the 'stealth painter'), and asked questions about what I wanted before doing something without my approval. He even worked in the rain! I was very pleased with his work. Stephen was very patient with me, and worked with me when I was unhappy with one of the colors I had chosen. After receiving four proposals, I ultimately chose Certa-Pro because of the way Stephen described the steps taken by the company, the process and quality, and all the details we had discussed. The reasons for doing some things and why I should not do certain things. Once Juan began, I knew I had struck gold! Being retired, I was able to stay home throughout the process and keep an eye on the job. Very impressed with this group! I will call them back when I'm ready to do the interior (hopefully Juan will be there!)

Description of Work: I hired CentraPro to paint the exterior of my home and power wash and seal my stone tile pool deck. Before hiring them I got bids form 2 other paint contractors on Angie's list. They offered one of the best prices and through in a session with a decorator to help me choose colors. Everyone one was professional form my initial meeting with Richard, the decorator and the 2 painters. Richard called about a week after the job was finished to make sure I was satisfied, and I am.

Description of Work: We received about 7 different estimates to paint our home. Not only was Serta Pro competitively priced but they were the most professional. They also met my request for a very, very quick turn around time. The painters were clean and did an excellent job! The rep, Richard, that came out to provide an estimate was also very professional. I would highly recommend them.

I was impressed that Certapro responded immediately and showed up exactly when the said they would. They were very helpful in what turned out to be an almost comical experience with the Sunny Isles permitting process as the city requires an expensive review and approval of homes being painted in the neighborhood. The company's representative was very helpful in color section, advice and consultation considering the unique aspects of the home and it's exterior. He was quite informative and helpful. The company delivered a quality job, on time (allowing for interruptions from thunderstorms and building inspectors), and on budget. There was a small number of touch up items that I wanted them to do after the main job was completed, and they came out, and completed all the items on a very short punchlist quickly, without any hassle or hesitation or long duration in time. I will definitely consider Certapro my 1st choice on my next painting project.

Steve is very professional and nice. He provided the copies of the business license and insurance as part of the estimate which we the first of all the six painters we interviewed. His estimate was very reasonable and the presentation was very professional. We scheduled the date to paint after receiving approval from our HOA. The weather (rain) caused the rescheduling of the painting several times, but once they got started they completed the job within 3 days. Steve answered every question I asked and even had his painters come out and retouch two small spots near the front door. I am definitely recommending them to others and plan to reuse him for future interior painting projects.

We always recommend our customers to ask their contractors for these documents. You would be surprised of how many contractors mislead their customers using an expired license, or a license and insurance that have been issued to a different company. Always make sure the company name on the license and insurance is exactly the same that appears in the contract you sign. If that's not the case, you are not covered. We also recommend our customers to check the license online in their county's web site, just to make sure it's active and has not been revoked. We are glad you are satisfied with our service. They gave us the best quote of all the providers we spoke with. Stephen Ferreira, the sales associate, was very courteous, neat, professional, and I can't say enough about him. They set a date and came out when they said they would. The painter, Sandoval, was also very neat, courteous, and clean. They sent us all their licensing documents before hand and gave us everything we asked for. They were unbelievable and I would highly recommend them!

Very well done and no regrets in using Certapro. I recommend them to anyone who needs work done. Professional from the beginning to end. I was a little concerned with this being a rainy week but the guys showed up early in the morning to get enough paint on the walls before the afternoon rains. I honestly cannot find any places where they would need to come back. Everything was cleaned up everyday and the house looks great. In talking to Steven, he committed that if I find anything wrong over the next weeks to simply call him and they will come by to fix it, this is also part of the two year warranty on the work. Pricing was lower than other quotes I got and you have the 12 month no interest financing if needed. You cannot use the financing and the Angie's list coupon at the same time though.
Description of Work: Pressure clean house, patching and caulking, coat of primer, two coats of paint.

After contacting CertaPro via their website, Stephen Ferreira promptly called me back and scheduled an appointment to come out and provide me with a quote. He arrived right on time provided us with a very reasonably priced quote. He worked closely with my HOA to ensure that correct colors were used to meet their specifications. The painter arrive promptly at the time scheduled and he did an excellent job. The first day he power washed the house and meticulously masked off the windows and other items that we not to be painted. The next two days were spent painting. They took create care in keeping the property clean. Overall I am very happy with job and would definitely use them again.

I was REALLY happy with the work that was performed!! We had all of the interior house painted and also had wall paper removed in the bedroom. It was a lot of work and they did a great job and I am very happy with the outcome. We also had the exterior of the house painted. They pressure washed the house and then prepped it and fixed any holes. It looks amazing. I will definitely recommend and use CertaPro again!!

I took 2 bids from other companies. He charged me less than $2500. The other bids were $6500 and $5500. He didn?t take payment until it was complete. He did an incredible job, he did everything, it was like he was working on his own house. I went away for the weekend and it was almost done when I got home. He did two coats, filled cracks, power washed the roof, cleaned the runoff from the roof cleaning. I will use him again.

Everything went incredibly smooth. I never had to meet anyone (which is perfect because my wife and I work): from job quote, to color-matching another house and adding finishing touches (putting back up the house numbers, for example), they knew exactly what to do. The patch-work to fix cracks and large gouges looks great. There was no pressure for a upfront deposit and in fact the house finished before I was asked about money.
Description of Work: Full exterior paint job. Including color-matching another neighborhood house, patching cracks and painting. Pressure Cleaned the exterior, driveway and pool deck.

Job estimate was performed next day after initial call. Contact was good. Upon hiring, job started on time and when promised. Excellent staff - very professional and attentive. After job was completed, a very unfortunate problem with the paint was resolved to my satisfaction in a timely manner.
