CertaPro Painters just painted my house for the second time. In both cases, they did an excellent job! Luiz and his team were clean, efficient, fast and professional. They took great care to make the house look great!

We had a great experience with CertaPro Painters. We had a fairly large job, a complete exterior repaint and 75% of our interior. We got five quotes, and although not the cheapest, they were one of the more reasonable quotes, but more importantly they were able to do everything electronically (email, text, Zelle) etc, which was very convenient and important to us. The crew that came out was Jimmy Giraldo and Christian and they were great. Professional, personable, and very skilled. They finished the job timely and explained everything as we propgressed. It was a very easy experience and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Adriana from the office was efficient and prompt. Michael who took our estimate was very patient and responsive. Would use them again…

The paint job turned out well, and the technicians were hard-working and pleasant. My only complaint is that there was little effort to use care in placing equipment and walking around the landscaping; many of my liriope were destroyed and must be replaced.

Received competitive estimate. Another estimate was lower, but stated services were not as comprehensive as CertaPro. Grade for price below reflects quality of job done for price paid; once HOA approved, job scheduled. Good coordination with office contacts. Painter was very Professional: on time, hard working, great attention to detail and doing things right. Pride in his work! Completed job in under three days. Superior work.

The company and the workers were very accommodating. They were very professional and always on time. They were neat and respectful and worked quickly. I think they could have spent a little more time on house prep but that would be my only critique. I definitely would recommend them if you are looking for a good painting company. Maybe not the cheapest, but overall they do good work. Ask for Robson, you will be very happy with him.

I contacted the company to get an estimate on exterior house painting and window frames painting. Mike Chapman came out to give me an estimate, which was very reasonable. The estimate fell in the middle range based on the 5 quotes I received. Mike sent one of his best painters, Cesar Rodriguez. Cesar came to my house at the agreed upon date/time, pressure washed everything, took his time prepping, addressed some areas of concern (i.e. chipping paint, rust, cracks, etc.), used quality paint (i.e. Sherwin Williams Super Paint), and finished the project within 8.5 business days. During the project, the company reached out to me to see how everything was going so far and whether I had any questions/issues/concerns. Cesar cleaned up nicely and gathered all of his tools at the end of each day. After the completion, Cesar walked around the house with me to make sure everything was done right. The company called me to thank me for my business. I would definitely recommend this company, and hire them again for future projects.

It went very well. It was a big job and CertaPro handled it very well from the initial inspection and price quote to the end result. They were very good in responding fast to questions, comments and requests which we very much appreciated.

They came when they said they will, on time, they charge me what they said they will charge and I'm very pleased. They are excellent, I had no problem. Everything was done on my satisfaction.

Tony and John were punctual, professional and meticulous. Our hardwood floors were refinished prior to the painting job, and they took great care with the preparation to ensure they were covered and protected. The job included ceilings and baseboards. We are very particular and CertaPro Painters impressed us! I highly recommend them and will use again in the future.

The painting was very unprofessional. Painters did not cover furniture and I had to clean paint off of my furniture as well as the layer of dust. Job was not professionally done. Painters painted over tape that was on the wall, bristles from their brushes was painted in with the walls, no prep of the walls for obvious imperfections, paint from the walls ultimately on the baseboards when touch ups were done and different brush strokes on the walls because they used two different tools to paint the walls. After the first day, my husband and I found so many glaring problems that I told Certapro that I wanted a different crew. I was told that was not possible. So, I was stuck with non-professionals who were now going to do my doors, baseboards and another bedroom. They came back the next day to fix what we found. The problems were fixed somewhat to my satisfaction. If I had not found the issues with their job, they were not going to fix it. I am convinced of that. Even though I was given a story that the way they do it is to paint first and then fix what does not look right. That just makes no sense to me. Prep the walls by filling in obvious areas that need it, sand the walls so that when you paint it comes out as good as can be. You don't paint over walls, use two coats of paint and then fix issues. After the second day, I still had issues. There was paint on the ceiling and on the baseboards. Just a messy job. They just did not care. They wanted the job done and that was it. I complained yet again and was told that they would send the crew out again to fix the issues. I told them to forget it and that I would fix it myself. I did not want them in my home. So, I paid the balance of the contract and was given a break on the credit card fee. I was also told that this was a good crew of people. I found out that the crew that came to my house were only with the Company for a short while and that we were their second gig with Certapro. The reason we went with Certapro was that they did the exterior of my home months before and they actually did a great job with that. I thought I found a good place to go. I thought there would be consistency with the professionalism. I was wrong. This was a stressful and disappointing experience. My husband and I are professionals that work full time. Who needed this stress? Do not take a chance with this Company.

I did not use this company and had an issue with them attempting to charge me for canceling a non existent contract. I did receive emails from the company owner and the salesman explaining that an issue with their computer and their "signature" system that incorrectly marked my estimate as a work order. While I understand the issues with computers I am still concerned that the salesman did not fully vet the signature before writing to me and demanding penalty payment.

Painted the exterior of our house. Everything went extremely well from the bid to the final walkthrough. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

From beginning to the end they were all great(John, Richard and Frank). They were my first and only call as from the beginning it just felt right. Their price was good, they were professional and helpful through the entire process. Frank, the painter was awesome and very detailed. If he had a question he would ask and would also make some suggestions which we took and were glad we did. CertaPro will always be my painters of choice. Thank you for a job well done!

Excellent. They sent over Salomon to Paint. I was a little surprised it was only one person until I saw how efficiently he worked. They are fortunate to have someone like him. He worked Monday thru Saturday and it took 9 days to complete. Salomon workmanship was excellent and he cleaned up everyday. They were also not the low bidder but the low bidder i felt was too low and was not comfortable in giving him the job. I would hire CertaPro again and specifically ask for Salomon.

Juan Carlos performed the job from start to finish. He was always punctual, clean and meticulous with his work. He also addressed any concerns that I voiced. This is the third time that I have had my home painted by Certa and I wouldn't hesitate to have them do it again in the future. Each painting lasted over 8 years. I would highly recommend their services especially if you are very "picky" about how you want things done.
