Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's list Special Coupon for an outdoor hose replacement. The plumber, Angel, came on time (actually early...and waited patiently as I arrived from work), replaced the hose, and answered some questions about other plumbing issues. He didn't try to up-sell or pressure me regarding other services, which I appreciated. I will definitely use C and D again if any other plumbing issues arise.

Description of Work: Angel replaced the internal workings in two toilets and repaired a leak in a lavatory bowl. He arrived as scheduled and diagnosed the problems. He was knowledgeable and professional. He took great pride in his work and made sure his work area was neat when he finished.

Description of Work: The plumber completed the inspection, but the toilet was not tuned up because he did not have a lever to replace the one on my toilet. For an additional cost, the plumber replaced a sink faucet and used the camera to check the pipes to see why the toilet was not working. He gave me a quote to flush the blockage in the pipes, but I cancelled the appointment because I felt the quote was too expensive.

Description of Work: I tried to schedule the service but was told they only work Monday to Friday 9 - 5. As I work as well, I was unable to take an entire day off have service performed. I was told that these hours were set by Angie's List. This is unacceptable in this day and age as most households are two income households and are unable to schedule service as they work too. Angie's List, I am truly disappointed.

Good Morning Mrs. Townsend, I understand your concern with the scheduling availability that we were offering for the particular Big Deal that you purchased and apologize once more for not being able to accommodate your request. I did want to make sure that you and all of the other Angie's List Members are aware that while our office is only open from 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday and that is what is considered normal business hours in the fine print, we do offer 24 hour emergency plumbing service.
