5/12/22 I called C&D plumbing after finding them in “best picks report” book. The representative was very professional and said she would tell the plumber my times I would be available.. The plumber “ Josh “ arrived the next day earlier ., which was better for me. He was very professional as well.. Not beating around the. Use but telling me the exact cost of my repair. He gave me options. As he continued to do the repair to our bathroom sink he was extremely knowledgeable and very tidy. He was there about two hours . Cleaning up the area about ever half hour. He was very friendly and answered any questions I had asked him. He finished and cleaned up once more. Told me about my warranty and thanked me for allowing him to do his work without looking over his shoulder and telling him what to do. A very pleasant experience with Josh. I would definitely hire C&D plumbing again and hope I get Josh again as well. Andrew

Josh came initially to review the work that needed to be done and provide an estimate. He walked me through, step by step of the work and gave me an extremely fair estimate, if not a deal! He was able to expedite the schedule to come back a couple days later to complete the job. Josh worked quickly and meticulously to ensure that everything was installed properly and efficiently. We needed a certain size of PVC pipe, so Josh immediately ran to Home Depot, purchased the piping and came back to complete the job. He had a great attitude and would definitely recommend C&D plumbing for future work!

Very well. This is the third time we've had Josh fix a plumbing-related issue in the house. Originally, he installed a water heater for us last year. Then again to install the faucet in the kitchen sink a few months ago. He walked me through why I'm having the issue and showed me how to avoid having the problem happen again in the future. I would recommend this plumbing company – and more specifically – Josh the technician to take care of any issues around anyone's house.

Josh arrived on time and checked the sink and plumbing for problems. Asked if I wanted to get new disposal or just have the old one unjammed. I opted for the new one since the old one had been there for over 10 years. Josh was professional and kept cleaning up after himself. Extremely happy with this company and Josh. It was a great experience. Josh showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. My drain was cleared in no time and he also cleaned my stopper which contributed to the slower draining. I plan to hire this company again to install a new water heater.

Josh handled the repair, in the most expeditious and professional manner. His expert knowledge and vast experience were evident as he was able to immediately identify the likely root cause of the diminished water flow in our kitchen and fix it on the spot.

When I called, Rosemary, answered the phone and was very nice and explained how the company charges work . They came out evaluate the problem and give you an estimate for the work. We scheduled for the next day for between 3 and 5. Rosemary called me and asked if they can come out earlier and I agreed. Jeffrey checked the toilet and told me the cost to replace the part. It was a-little less than I thought it would be. I could see Jeffrey knows what is is doing and was very professional and honest in his demeanor.

What a great experience! Josh was my technician and he really knew his stuff. He went out of his way to explain everything and both jobs were able to be completed in record time. I will be sure to use this company and request Josh for any future plumbing work.

We hired C&D plumbing because we have a very complicated piping system and we had a clog that no other plumber was able to unclog. I found them on Angie's list and since the first day that Rosemary contacted me over the phone, they have been very on top of the issue and they have delivered excellent service. Like I mentioned, our piping system was not a regular one so we had several plumbers come over to try to fix it and everyone was exceptionally helpful and nice. Josh was the one who was able to solve the issue and got us our kitchen back. His willingness to work, always smiling and friendly and then obviously his professionalism are the reasons why I cant recommend him and this company enough and I will always hire them again for any issues that I have in the future. THANK YOU JOSH! Their pricing is pretty good given the service they provide. I looked around a lot before hiring someone and they gave me the best price.

Great job! They called me immediately, came to analyze the problem and scheduled the job the same day. They scheduled it according what was best for me. They showed up that day on time, did the job professionally and effectively. They cleaned up very well and I was quite satisfied with their work. I believe the service rep for this district is Josh and he was reliable, conscientious, and knows plumbing. He is an asset to the company.

He explained what the problem was, how he was going to fix it, and tips for me to prevent the problem again in a professional manner. Would highly recommend.

Wow I'm so happy now, when I wake up this morning with a clogged sewer my bathroom,sink and the bathtub everything was so disgusting then I call C &D less than 2hrs everything back to normal Excellent work. They did a good job, however a bit on the pricy side. Felt like I was being given a sales pitch. All-in-all good work.

Josh was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. My garbage disposal wasn’t working and I assumed it was broken. He could’ve replaced it and charged me the full price, but realized that it was just jammed. Appreciate the honesty.
