wanted 375.00 just to replace outside valve .rediculous! I GUESS IM OUT MY 39.00

Had a little mix up in the beginning but Angel was nice and professional.

The plumber arrived at the schedule time. He replacement the old faucet with a quality part and was very professional and courteous during the job. I would hire them again.

an appointment was set up for 9:00 am on Tues. On Mon I was called and asked if it could be reset for 9:30 am, I thought this was a very professional way to handle this. Most companies would just let the the customer wait. As it turned out the plumber got here early and was actually finished before 9:30. I was very impressed with this company

Wife stated plumbers were not friendly. We retained them to replace an outdoor faucet. They said we should replace another one on the other side of the house for over twice the money we just paid stating that it contained mold. If that's true, wouldn't every outdoor faucet in S. FL contain mold with people getting sick from exposure to it?

Called in advance, showed up on time and did work as expected

The services was very good band professional. The installation was very quick and he came on time.

It went very well. He was here when he said he was going to be and he did the both jobs immediately. I couldn't believe he did the both in great time. I had a doctors appt and I was able to make it on time. I think he said his name was Angel, he was very polite and professional.

They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves very nicely.

I can't say enough about these people. From Catherine (sorry if I spelled it wrong) to Angel who did the actual installation! Not only did Catherine help me over the phone with all of my questions ( I am a Techie and don't know anything about these kinds of things) but Angel topped it off by getting here early and getting the job done flawlessly! Thank you guys so much and I will def refer you to everyone I know!

They said they could not get one to fit my space. So I did it myself. It was a promo offer. Why bother offering?

I think it went pretty well. I believe that was my mother that sent in the request. I didn't deal with him directly, that was my mother. It ended up being a larger problem than what she had anticipated. She had to go out and get a garbage disposal. The garbage disposal was like $80. All in all it came out to $150. The plumber came over and suggested a new garbage disposal, so my mother forked up the money for the part and she paid labor for that. I think it was $80 for the garbage disposal and another $50-$60 for the labor. First off he was American, that was cool. No offense but it wasn't like you send like a Haitian, or some Spanish guy over the house and he barely spoke a lick of English. He was very personable and he had good customer service. He made sure the job was done well. He was on time, pretty punctual. She called him in the morning. I guess he responded through Angie's List and got back in touch with her, from that point they scheduled an appointment to come out. I think it was a day later. He was on time, came and took a look. It went well. When you present the problem over the phone and you try to tell them what's going on. Like the set price is $39 and when they come out it turns around to be $150, that's a big jump between $40 and $50, that's a $110 difference. I know it's hard as a contractor to kind of judge a problem over the phone without coming out to assess the situation. If you're set on one price that's like $40 it kind of throws your day off when you have another $100 expense. It's not like he went out and found the part and tried to price gauge us. He just went out, got the product and got the receipt and came back. The quality of service was very good. He's very professional.

Everything went well. Catherine was very accommodating from the first call. It was Friday morning and I got an appointment for noon same day. Angel arrived on time and did a great job. The only objection I have is the cost of the overflow pan at $125 seemed very high as did the $185 for the replacement valve. I would definitely call again for plumbing needs.

Quality heater. Rheem 50 gallon. I expected them to suggest additional items to be taken care of, and they did. I concurred with their recommendations and a couple of other things were done. The only negative was we had to clean up a little after them. Bottom line: I'd call them again.

Very helpful and prompt. Good experience as far as plumbing goes. I thought there was still a leak the next day, so I called. Someone must have spilled something because I cleaned up the spot and there wasn't a leak.

Plumber was professional and knowledgeable.

Used brass connections. Consulted about a mildly intermittent leaking sink in kitchen.
