Claimed an Angie's List deal and received a call 7 minutes later. Rick from C&D said they had a plumber in the area and could be onsite the in 30 minutes. They arrived on time and replaced the hose faucet in 30 minutes. New faucet no longer sprays me with water when shut off. Very happy with C&D. I will use them again.

Technician came to my house, assessed the problem, decided I needed to replace the garbage disposal, went to Home Depot, purchased the unit and came back and installed it. All of this was accomplished in approximately 2 hrs.

The replacement valve was installed in a professional manner with a high quality part. There was some initial difficulty in arranging the date for the installation but that was finally worked out. There was also some confusion on which address the plumber was to come to because they had mixed up the original quote since I had previously had some work done a rental property but this work was to be done at my home. That all finally got sorted out. Angel, the plumber, did an excellent job with the replacement with minimal downtime for our water supply. I would hire them again.

It went fine. There were no problems. Pricing was fair.

The plumber, Odell, was awesome. He arrived earlier than his scheduled time which was helpful because I needed to go to work. He was knowledgeable and immediately knew how to repair the problem (which, by the way, was a persistent problem I had for two years and multiple plumbers from other companies could not adequately correct). Odell from C&D Plumbing was great,and I will definitely hire them again.

It went very well-Angel showed up on time - performed analysis of situation gave me quotes for the job. I agreed on price/he did the jobs. Everything went well with the kitchen. We hit a little snag on the bathroom the fixture I gave him to install was defective and caused a leak. We called C&D back Angel replaced the defective part for no charge . I would definitely hire them again

Angel came to replace my outside faucet. However, the job is much more complex because of the age of my plumbing. I chose instead to have them assist me with an indoor shower issue. Angel did a great job and I was very please.

Toilet was done quickly. Replaced with new parts. Now it is leaking again, but I have not called to have them come back. They said they would give us a bid on the shower and never did. The cost for new toilet parts (with a $50 discount) was $175. That seems outrageous. I could have bought the part for #20 and put it in myself. The shower was the big job.

Angel came on time and gave the estimation after reviewing my outdoor facets(2) and value(1) He was quick and professional. I will hire him again.

The plumber arrived within the quoted time frame. He replaced the valve stem with an factory Moen valve and now the faucet works like new. I used a coupon so the $375 price was reduced to $325.

Went well, but quite expensive for the unit. Also, paid the plumber, but did not get a receipt or email confirming such.

I was quoted $160 for the unclogging, thankfully I was able to find a plumber who did the same job for $50

They said they don't have "parts" for this toilet anymore. They said they could give us $50 off on a new toilet that would cost us $300.00. I haven't had time to look at toilet prices as it is the holiday season. I feel like I threw that $39 away. It was a simple chain. This feels like a "bait and switch." After the holiday season is over, my husband and I will price toilets and installation prices. The toilet wasn't broken, I didn't feel we needed to buy a new one!

Great! The job was done well, Angel was professional and easy to understand, and the area was clean before he left. I don't know why other reviewers gave this company a B instead of an A. I not only had no problem with C&D, I would definitely use them again!

Plumber arrived on time and replaced both faucets within an hour.

I ordered the deal on Friday and they called Tuesday Afternoon to set up an appointment. Initially the scheduler said it would be almost two weeks before a plumber could come install the new water heater. She then called me back about 2 hours later to say they had a cancellation and if I was available, they could install the new water heater the same day. The plumber arrived an hour later and said I needed a drip pan (even though the unit is in an outdoor laundry room) and new shut off valve. Total cost was $850 (I was expecting $599). It is important to remember that this only covers basic plumbing. My house was built in the 50's, so I wasn't entirely shocked I needed some additional parts (although I probably could have picked up the drip pan at Lowes for the half the cost) Overall I am happy with the outcome and the prompt response times. The plumber was very knowledgeable and swapped out the water heater in less than 2 hours.

The rep gave me an estimate for the leaking faucet repairs & indicated he did not have a leak detector with him. The leak detection was requested when I made the appointment.

Quick response after purchase. Gave 3 day window available to install, gave me appointment during that time period. All communication done via email, was asked for pictures and measurements, but never asked or directed to call and confirm time slot. Was told new valve was needed for $135.00, grossly over priced. Installer was Angel, super job.
