Since he never removed the cartridge we received an incorrect part. He came out to install but was not able to do so. We were able to get the manufacturer a picture of the part and we were then able to order the correct one. We received the correct part now. We have been trying to reach them to install but they never called back. With the initial call they scheduled immediately and came out within 2 days. Now that they need to do the work they never call back to schedule the work to accommodate our renters availability. When we finally reached them today, they said that they would not work on Saturdays as the discount did not allow , they schedule last appointment at 3:00pm and could not be out for over two weeks from now. I feel that now that they need to do the work at a discounted price, they just blow us off and have forced us to call someone else.

Company was very professional. They called to setup appointment within the timeframe stated and the technician arrived when they said he would. Job was done and everything was very smooth

I made this order on December 19 and contacted them the next day and set up an appointment for 2 days later. They then sent me an email 2 days later asking what kind of work they needed. I explained they need to see the mgmt. office since it?s a condo. It took them 2 or 3 more days to send me a form to my management company. The mgmt. company emailed the plumbers back about what needed to be done. There was a lot of back and forth. It?s a simple job; the kitchen faucets were reversed so the hot one gave cold water and vice-versa. Finally I heard from then Jan 9, they offered Tuesday. Finally we scheduled an appointment for today 9-11 am. They showed up without any tools, just an iPad. He asked what I wanted again. I told him and he said it would be $80. I told him about the Big Deal. He said the repairs would be about $120. I asked him to call his supervisor. He said that if I wasn?t happy that he should leave. They kept me waiting for weeks and now this? I?m finding someone else or getting a refund.

Apparently when the original faucet was put in it was done incorrectly. What I thought was just leak at the base of the faucet was not. It was much more involved to correct what was wrong.

Setting up an emergency service call was easy. Veronica, the office manager, was very helpful in setting up an appointment. Angel showed up right at the scheduled time. He was very courteous and professional. Explained what he was checking for and found the source of the problem. Was quick to make the necessary repairs and explained every step of the process. Overall a great experience in solving a frustrating problem. Great job C & D plumbing! You guys rock!

C&D Plumbing contacted me immediately to set up an appointment to have the service work done. Very professional staff and excellent communication skills. I ended up replacing the hot water heater myself before the service work was completed. I will definitely contact C&D Plumbing in the future when the need presents itself.

He was nice enough, but there is still something wrong with the plumbing. I haven't called them back. They came on time. Nice guy, quick and efficient at the job.

C & D Plumbing Inc. does not have any technicians to perform the service call to fix my leak for one week. I need faster service and will have to hire another company to perform the service.

Giant Waste Of Time & Money The Plumber took one look at the toilet (standard Home Depot buy) and said "its from China we don't have parts." I'd be happy to reschedule and go buy the necessary parts, but that didn't seem to be an option. They offered to replace the whole toilet (which is only a few years old) for $400. The icing on this cake is that he was supposed to call us with estimates to replace the shower and sink faucets because he couldn't quote prices on-site (?) Never did. Colossal waste of time & $39 flushed! Unfortunately, the company continues to be listed as an "Angie's List "Big Deal" - with no mention that they can only handle certain brands of toilets.

The price was high, but they did a great job.

All was great-- until the following Saturday, when I had a flood in my washer/dryer --- he had forgotten to put the washer's back into the drain. It had been used to empty the water heater

I was charged $29.99 for a quote, basically. The job was never done, I never received the faucet model number, or another call from them. They seemed to be nice people, but the services were not performed and I was still charged for it.

Service was wonderful. Not only did they repair the issue Angel the plumber went above and beyond in finding the part needed. He was knowledgeable and professional.

Our original appointment was set for 9/11/14 from 1-3 PM.. On the 8th I asked if they could come out on the 10th in the same timeframe 1-3 PM they stated they could so first thing the morning of the 10th @ 7:30 AM I sent an email confirming the scope of work that needed to be done for the afternoon appointment. At 11:25 AM C&D sent an email stating it would have to be on Monday 9/15/14 as they were all booked now. I would like a refund of my 49.00 that was the BIG DEAL! (has a 30 day money back) Chris, the owner did call me back and apologized for the confusion, but could not meet my needs. So I had to hire someone else not a Great Deal cost me 600 + 49.00. This was a $29.95 deal through Angie's List with a credit of $50. towards repairs - plumber was completely ignorant of this. In addition, he told me toilet was more than 30 years old - this was a low flush toilet purchased after Hurricane Andrew (1992). After job was completed - he said he was all done without even checking properly the flushing volume. When I checked same, I realized tank had emptied - then I realized he installed the wrong flapper. Hen then proceeded to "correct" problem by reducing volume of water in the tank - I told him that this was completely unsatisfactory and he then decided to put back everything as it was before with no charges - I agreed to this right away and he did this and left. Several hours after he left, I noticed the bathroom floor was flooded and on further inspection, determined that valve behind toilet was still leaking profusely. I have contacted Angie's and the plumbing company and have got a response asking for my phone number for a senior member of company to call me. At the time of writing, no-one has called from this company and i have provided phone number. The owner did come out and fix the problem that I had at no additional cost and apologized for the inconvenience.

Angel, the plumber was on time - very professional did an excellent job.

I found this company on the Better Business Bureau and called them to get an estimate on removing and replacing my current water heater and they came out they same day within hours and were very professional and knowledgeable in what they were doing. I was greatly impressed at how everything was done on an iPad and it was an easy to follow break down of pricing. They ordered the new water heater and completed all of the work the very next day. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish, from speaking to the polite office staff to dealing with the technician who was very personable and spoke clear English but also advised me that he spoke Spanish too (that's a plus for me). I did have the technician quote me on some additional work that I will be looking to get done in the future, and I will absolutely be calling them again for any plumbing related work.

I was experiencing difficulties with my washing machine (pipe burst) and was surprised to see this business was available to come out for the July 4th holiday. I was even more surprised with their very reasonable prices, quick response time and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends and will definitely be using them again for all my plumbing needs!
