Had a really bad experience. I stayed home from work and they kept canceling. When they finally got there, they didn't do any work - they said that the angles list was only for a consultation and it would cost $400 to fix two pipes. I later got both pipes done for $50. Hopefully it was just me who had a terrible experience. $40 down the drain...

I was ready to replace the whole toilet but Angel explained it was an expensive one and it would be best to order the $20.00 part instead. He knew immediately what I needed and where to get it and it's cost. Once the part arrived he came promptly to fix it and it now works like new. He also took a look a and fixed another problem I had in the guest bath. Nice guy and professional service!

It took weeks to get the work scheduled, then they wanted to charge an extra $150 since the drain that needed cleaning was elevated. I called a different company who came right out and did the work no problem.

Angel the technician arrived on time after calling to let me know when to expect him. He was polite and professional. He assessed my plumbing problem, explained what would be involved to make the necessary repair and the exact cost. After agreeing to have the work performed it was completed quickly and efficiently. I now have a Plumbing Company I can truly trust!!!

So the tech appeared in my drive way at the stroke of 4:30 PM as promised. He drained and removed the 20 year old hot water heater. He unboxed and prepared the shiny new 50 gallon Rheem hot water heater. He moved it into place and hooked up the electricals, plumbed the pipes and turned that baby on. It worked like a charm. Good job C & D. On time, on budget: you gotta love it.

From start to finish, the whole experience with this plumbing company was a pleasure. The admin called me to inform me that Angel would be a few minutes late so I was able to do some work before they arrived. Angel knocked on the door, introduced himself and the company, shook my hand and reviewed the water heater in my closet. The price was exactly as quoted; and extremely reasonable. Angel and his assistant removed the old heater, installed the new one in a matter of maybe an hour. In addition to that, they kept my apartment clean and neat; they are extremely organized and prepared. Payment was easy as they use iPads to communicate with their field office payment system. After the heater was installed Angel gave me some hints on how to keep the life of the heater extended by flushing it once a year, and mentioned the type of wiring that comes from my breakers in case I ever have problems. I will definitely use C & D in the future. I have some more plumbing work coming up and I was really dreading it. Now I have someone to call for any type of work, and I know I will get great service at a great price. 100% rating in my book.

He was able to detect the water leak immediately and give us good advice as to the next course of action. He arrived on time for his appointment. He was very presentable and had a great demeanor. The technician sent by C&D Plumbing was very professional, he called before getting to my house, and he got there a few minutes earlier than the appointment. C&D technician Ray Rodriguez went above and beyond to get the job done. My house is about 60 years old and it was a big challenge to replace the water valve assembly, there were no parts available to restore the old one and to replace it took skill and lots of patience. Ray did not leave until he completed the new install and made sure it was working properly. This is one company I would recommend. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

Very satisfied with this company. Made an appointment. They called to confirm time. Tech called to tell me that he was 15 minutes away. Tech was professional, courteous and knowledgeable . Unjammed my garbage disposal in no time, cleaned up the area and then checked out that my toilets were working properly and gave me a quote and some work that I am planning to do in the future. I would certainly use this company again for any other plumbing repairs.

I purchased a deal from them, with the understanding they could come out today, when I called to schedule an appointment, they said it was 2 weeks backed up.

They were initially hired to do a video inspection. We could not use the bathroom in question until they rendered their diagnosis. They took a week to get us on the schedule. To their credit, the guy showed up when he said he would. Then the fun began. My insurer had to wait about two weeks to get a report. That report? "The pipe is too gunked up to make a diagnosis so we need to do a jet procedure." Huh. That's funny. The other plumber - who had no incentive to diagnose a cracked pipe because he doesn't fixt them - had not trouble making the diagnosis. So now we need to do a jet procedure they say. Interesting how they need to do a $2000 procedure in order to properly see what they need to see. When can we get on the schedule? Two more weeks. The person scheduling could not have cared less we were down a bathroom. To their credit, they showed up when they said they would. And then it took them another week to issue their report. That report? There is a nail in the cast iron pipe. WHAT? WHAT? Can we see the video? No. Can the insurer see the video? I don't know. Maybe. These videos are 2 minutes long, by the way, and are usually just posted to Youtube so they can be instantly reviewed by anyone. So finally we get a still picture - not a video - of a nail in a pipe. Most interesting part of the picture? The pipe length is different than the known pipe length in our house. So I hire a third plumber and tell him to do his own video and that he's just there to do a video. What does he find? Same crack in the same place as the first guy. C&D is directly responsible for a 2 month delay in fixing our pipe (during which time we were down to a single bathroom) so they could extract somewhere between $2000-3000 for an unnecessary jetting and extra videos from my insurer. If you go on other review sites, you can find similar stories. I wouldn't touch these guys with a 10 foot pole.

The plumber showed up on time and was a very nice guy. When he tried to remove the old faucet, he melted and burned the outlet box that housed the faucets. Then he said the faucet wasn't designed to be removed. I ended up having to replace the outlet box, both faucets and repair the wall. It took a few phone calls to get all of the work finished. Also, the plumber left a wrench on site - - I called the company but nobody came out to collect it.

It worked out great and they were fantastic which is a rare commodity to have good service in Miami.

The first plumber was nice and diagnosed the problem as a clogged pipe. He charged around 300 dollars to clean the pipes out, which I later find out he didnt really do well. Anyhow he left and yet the problem persisted. Admittedly it took me a few weeks to call back. But the problem finally grew so that everything was backing up in the house. I called and explained that they never really fixed the problem and they agreed to come out again at no charge....but the ownemade it very clear that because it was going to be free, I would have to wait. He never mentioned it would be 5 days and multiple phone calls before someone would show up. The second guy said they would need to do a.camera down the pipe to check for a burst pipe. He quoted me and then Annie later confirmed a price of 500 dollars. That is when I decided to get other estimates. Wouldn't you know that the other 2 places I checked all charged on average 250 dollars for the same service. That is when I decided to never go back to C&D Plumbing again.

Arrived as promised and got to work. He stated the problem with the drain plug not working smoothly was because the drain needed to be snaked. He told us the price. It would have been $150 with out our special deal. I am very happy with the final cost of $75 + $29.95=$104.95. The drain plug is still stiff but that is not the plumber's fault. It is a bum drain plug. However, I do have issue with his pronouncement that my using baking soda and vinegar would damage newly installed metal drain pipes.

He was good and explained the part that was broken. The work turned out to be good and we were happy with his service. Apart from the $49 I ended up spending probably $200 for his service and I had to buy the faucet which cost another hundred dollars. I was the one who bought the faucet but he told me what brand to buy. He came five days after I purchase the big deal.
