Prompt service. My main criticism is that I wasn't asked where the water heater being replaced was located, so they originally sent only one person when two were needed.

Bought AL deal for installation of new water heater for $775. I was contacted by Customer Service Rep (CRS)within 24 hours to schedule an installation date although we were not ready for an install for a few weeks. CSR call the day prior to reconfirm appt and also called 45 minutes before the install tech (Angel) arrived which was promptly in the time frame of the appointment. Angel was courteous and professional. I showed Angle the add'l work that was needed (new vent housing, new gas valve, pressure release valve/pipe) since the old water heater was already pulled out and discarded. Angel provided a quote for the add'l work which I thought was a little high but agreed to pay since the work had to be done and I wanted one throat to choke if any issues were to come up after the install. There was one small issue where the tank that was sent with Angel was not tall enough even though I did provide the dimension of the space prior to the install. Angel immediately made a call and then left to get a taller tank. All work was completed as expected and work area left clean. I would use C&D in the future for my plumbing needs.

Angel of C&D was punctual, professional and explained why I needed to pay some more money to replace and upgrade my leaking outdoor faucet. He worked quickly and tidied up after. Very satisfied.

Angel, our technician, was prompt, friendly, clean and fast! And he did a Perfect job. The original faucet from probably 1977 was on there along with a grounding cable and other things and paint. He took it all away put a beautiful modern faucet. My hose has never worked as good. I'm a gardener and I really appreciated it!

I purchased a prepaid coupon from Angie's list. The same day I received a phone call from the company asking me when I would like to schedule the appointment. The day of the appointment, Angel (the plumber), showed up to my house on time. He was clean, professional and courteous. He took the time to answer all of my questions and he even asked me which way I would like the spigot to face (most plumbers would of just replaced it and wouldn't of given me an option). I highly recommend Angel and C&D Plumbing. The experience was pleasant from start to finish and the price was fair.

.I bought a coupon for $39.00 for a service call and a $50.00 coupon credit to repair a hose bib. Not only could they not repair or replace it at the time they now want roughly $314.00 or $250.00 after my coupon.to come back and repair or replace it. It's a hose bib for crying out loud.

It went OK. They tried to charge more and I said no. They shouldn't have tried to charge more for things that I knew weren't needed. The price with Angie's List was the right price. That's why I called them.

Everything was great. His name was Angel and he was spectacular. I will definitely be calling them again in the future if I need anything done.

It was changed quickly and professionally. It is great to have a shower where the knob turns and you can adjust the temperature of the water.

Angel showed up on time. I showed him a couple projects we were thinking on then directed him to the correct facet to fix. He replaced the facet but, the fitting before was still leaking. He fixed that also. and was on his way. 30 minutes max. Good job.

Installer was professional and did a great job

Although the provider was late by 30 or so minutes, he was very apologetic and got work right away. He identified the issue and provided an estimate on the spot. I had purchased a "Angie deal" so the cost was 85 + 50 dollar inspection to replace a valve. As he was working another valve unexpectedly broke. He noted the other valve was very low quality but he did take responsibility for unexpected problem caused during the repair work. He spoke with his manager and fixed it at no cost, not even for the valve. I am very appreciative of the service recovery and repair work. He did leave abruptly after finishing but I have to assume he was running late to his next appointment. I would call this company again for help.

Angel, the plumber who came out was very nice & professional.

He walked in and told me, oh that kind of toilet you need to go buy a brand new toilet and I was like, really?!? He said, yes, you bought it from Home Depot and that was it.? In all reality he lied.? I went out and bought a brand, just what he said, went out and bought a brand new toilet and I was trying to get him back to reinstall it but he said he was going to charge $800.? That was just him trying to make money off of me when nothing really needed done.?

It went okay. They charged me an additional fee for the services. I didn't realize that from what I had purchased, any work would be additional. They were very prompt. I wasn't very happy with them. Tightening a faucet shouldn't have cost me anything additional.

I paid for service but was never contacted. After I tried to reach them again they tried to reschedule my service for a week later. I decided to look for another service provider.

I called C&D Plumbing in response to an Angies List promotion. I was given a date and time when the plumber would be on site to replace my hot water heater. The plumber was on time, extremely professional in accomplishing the task and provided me with several helpful hints as to maintenance which I can perform to keep my hot water heater in service. I would be pleased to recommend C & D Plumbing to anyone based on my experience with this very professional company.

It started at a 29.95 diagnosed call that ended up costing me $169.00. He wanted a tip for work that was not satisfactory. He did not clean up behind himself. I would definitely not use him again

He couldn't do the job because there was too much entailed in doing the job. He said it was inside the tile, inside the wall. He said the price could go from $600 to $1,000, once he gets in there. It was only a drip. He was a nice guy, very cordial but he couldn't do the work. He was very informative. He was honest, so I don't want to have a bad review on them. He tried and that's what counts. He tried and didn't know any better.

Work done and technician very professional.

Tech arrived on time and inspected three faucets. Post inspection he advised of best options and repaired two faucets. A reasonable estimate was provided for repair of the third.

I called and they came the next day. The problem was resolved. They were very professional and efficient.

Everything is rotting. When I flush, the water keeps on running.

I had a bad faucet in my kitchen and he told me he would furnish the new faucet and came back this time to install the new faucet after charging me for two separate services.

All he did was come out and look at the bathroom. That was it; he didn't do anything and now he will not return my calls.
