Scot was a professional, First he called us back in a timely matter, second he came out quickly to estimate the Job. His price was fair. We hired him to start on a certain date, and he completed the job on time. We are so happy with his work. You wont be disappointed.

Scott was on time, and efficient. Who would've guessed I could have a roof repair and sprinkler system repair done at the same time by the same person. I had called several handyman prior to calling Scott and they didn't return my calls, he called me one hour after I left the inquiring call. If I need any other work done, he'll be first on my list.

Scott showed up several days before to look at the area where the deck was to be built and give a estimate for the entire job. He showed up with a partner and was very professional in his description of how the deck would be built as well as a very good price which we agreed to right away. Payment was to be made in 3 installments of $500 plus the cost of any extra materials needed each day for 3 days at the end of each work day. From the beginning we found his work to be far more then we expected. Both Scott and his partner were very pleasant and easy to talk to. We had originally wanted to build the deck ourselves but for reasons could not do so. We were extremely happy we decided to use All Repairs By Scott as the deck was constructed with great detail to making sure that it would last for many years. Scott and his partner were also very neat as they never left any mess at the end of each day. The work was completed in the quoted time and we would use them again for other projects as well as refer them to our friends.

Scott is a true professional and tells it like it is. He is very honest and knows what he's doing. He does very clean work and tells you everything you need to know up front. I called Scott after doing some research online and he answered right away. I explained to him what I was looking to do, and he delivered as promised. One of the doors that's connected to my fence was sagging and dragging on the pavers every time the door would open. Scott was able to reuse the existing hinges and raised the door as well as the door locking mechanism without needing to purchase any additional material. Within 20 minutes I got the phone call that the job was completed and he also included pictures showing the work that was performed. I highly recommend Scott, and I will definitely be using him again for all future projects.

Scott and his associate fixed the dreaded mess in one day. He also made some excellent recommendations about the placement of my current sprinkler heads that even my sprinkler company never suggested. I fired the sprinkler company that day, not just because of the way they left my driveway but because I trust Scott to do a better job than they ever will.

Scott is truly amazing. I have a 1950s fixer upper that needed some work. He has done several jobs for me and I am truly impressed with the quality of his work and his professionalism. He is really one of the best contractors that I have encountered in south florida. He is honest, hardworking, shows up and on time, highly skilled, meticulous, does what he says he's going to do and on top of that he is a really nice guy. The first project was a termite infested/rotting wood shed attached to my carport. I knew I wanted to rip all the wood out and replace it with a less termite friendly material. The front face of the shed consisted of wood panels and a wood door. Scott came over and proposed we tear down the wooden face of the shed and rebuild it with concrete blocks and stucco to match the other 3 sides. Of all the people I interviewed for the job, I really liked his solution the most. Scott worked tirelessly for 4 days rebuilding that shed and even framed and placed a new impact door on it. It turned out perfect and exceeded my expectations. The stucco work is impressive. Scott also rebuilt part of my fence which was leaning and rotting, and now looks amazing. He replaced some rotted fence posts that he noticed. He rebuilt my warped fence gate that now looks and functions like new. He fixed 2 sections of my roof eave that had been damaged and painted it to finish. I am really grateful that I found Scott and will use his services in the future.

He came out the day I called and found the leak immediately. He fixed it, left the tile off until it rained to make sure the leak was sealed. It was. He came back today to put the tile on and it looks good as new. He took pictures of both the crack in the roof before his work and his finished product. He does beautiful work. I plan to have him come back and do more work for me, including the ceiling in the kitchen that was damaged by the roof leak. His communication and responsiveness is great. He calls when he's coming over and shows up on time. I highly recommend him!

Scott was great in overcoming all the unforeseen problems as they arose and he had to compensate for them.

Scott knows what he's doing and works tirelessly to get it done. Our backyard deck was badly in need of repair. Scott did a beautiful job; every detail is perfect. We are thrilled to have found this excellent company and we recommend him highly.

Scott kept in constant contact with me, updating me on his schedule. He sent pictures as he completed the work showing the damages that were repaired. Scott finished up by painting the repaired soffits which now look better than new! Very professional and thorough. I will definitely use his services in the future.

Scott was always in communication about the job, did what he said and was reliable. He was the first person I called and hired because he seemed knowledgeable and was able to start the job the next day. Scott and his partner replaced rotten wood, and applied one coat of sealant. There were additional rotten wood that needed replacing and Scott replaced it without any additional charge for labor or material. He was professional and easy to work with. The roof looks new and I currently have no leaks.

Punctual. It did. Otherwise take long to determine problem and the steps to fix . Very detailed and was able to meet the timeliness he established. Very professional.

Scott is the consummate professional. He showed up on time, surveyed the damage and gave us a proposal. He started the work the next day, supervised his crew in person and had everything finished and cleaned up within 48 hours.

Scott was to come to my house to view the job on the Tuesday afternoon so I was a bit surprised when I had a call Monday afternoon saying he was unexpectedly available. Although it was already mid afternoon, he bought all his tools and took a look. He decided he could do the job there and then and originally quoted $200. In about 1.5hrs, the fan was fitted and the solar panel attached to the roof. Even though it was getting darker outside, the fan worked perfectly. It was obvious that he was quite knowledgeable about construction in general, roofing in particular. An added bonus was he only charged me $100. An excellent handyman to know. Highly recommended.

Scott did a great job, good quality, was punctual, did when he said he would and for reasonable price. As far as what we expect from a contractor he checked all the boxes. Not only will we use again we already have our next project scheduled for after first of the year.

Scott explained the issues and what was needed to repair the roof as he performed the job. He is knowledgeable, experienced, honest and professional. The price of $340 included all materials and a full day of labor.

Great job!! Professional installation. Looks and works great. Used all the correct materials and parts so our tile roof is back to like new. Scott worked extremely hard and did the job quickly and efficiently and I will definitely get him back to take care of other projects for me in the future.

He came out on July 5th and we went to purchase all of the supplies. He rebuilt the doors but wasn?t able to hang them true so now they don?t close properly. He primed them for painting and was supposed to return the next week to finish painting them. Before he left my home on July 5th I hired him to replace two rotten fascia?s that border some windows. I paid him $150 up front to return to finish the shed door painting and to replace the fascia. He never returned. We have been in contact via Angie List email, text messages and phone calls and he has promised over and over that he will be back. But he hasn?t returned. On our last communication I let him know that I didn?t want him back and I wanted him to return the money that I paid him up front. No word back from him. I?ve come to except that he has ripped me off and will stay far away from him and Angies List in the future.

Scott was first contacted two weeks ago and he said he would call back by the end of the week. When I never heard back from him I called him a second time and he PROMISED to come to my house on 8/17/15 to begin work on several projects. When I called to confirm he would be coming tomorrow Scott tells me he can not come tomorrow an would have to reschedule for next Thursday. I took off from work expecting Scott to be a man of his word.....I originally called Scott based on the reviews from Angie's List. Obviously there are many non professional people on the list! I am going to look for someone else on Home Advisors!

Initially we hired Scott to repair the fascia in the back of our house. During our initial conversations, Scott quickly demonstrated his experience and knowledge of roofing and carpentry, and he offered a fair price for the work requested. Scott started the work that very day! When Scott removed the fascia, he identified additional areas of concern with the roof decking in certain areas, which we could not initially see when the fascia was up. Scott was very patient explaining to us the likely reasons for the damage, how to avoid similar situations in the future, and offering some suggested solutions. He explained to us very clearly the risks, benefits and expected cost of each option. Ultimately, we were very comfortable with the decision to extended Scott's work to remove three rows of roof tiles, repair the roof decking and replace the roof tiles. Scott worked diligently to complete this work. He stayed in regular communication with us, so we rarely had any question of what the status was. He was very patient with us, explaining long-term maintenance and thoughtfully answering our many questions. Scott demonstrated through his work and his communication a great amount of expertise in roofing and fascia repair. After he completed the intiial work, we were extremely happy with our expereince of working with Scott and the quality of his work, so we again asked him to remove and replace the fascia around the whole home. Without fail, all of his work has been of the highest quality, and we have absolutely no complaints. He has been one of the best service providers we have ever worked with, and I'm not sure how we would have managed our many project without finding him! We have grown to trust Scott's work and character. He is very trustworthy, honest and authentically cares about the quality of our home. We have hired him for a few additional projects, and as we identify additional needs around our home, Scott will be the first person we call.

During a counter top installation, some of the tile back splash had to be removed. When we attempted to remove it, the whole section fell off and pulled a very poorly constructed wall down with it! We were shocked at the horrible workmanship of the person who installed the original black splash. I immediately went to Angie's List to find someone who could repair it quickly for me. Scott responded to my phone call 4:45 PM and said he would be by in about an hour. He came as promised and assessed the damage. After covering my new counter top, he used left-over materials that we both had, repaired the hole, and prepped it for re-tiling. He was finished by 6:30 and did a great clean-up job. I am very, very happy and will definitely call him in the future.

There is only praise for Scott. I was getting our house painted and when they were prepping the work, they discovered a fascia board that had rotted away. Needless to say, they were in the process of doing the work, so there was not spare time. I found Scott's name from Angie's list, called him right away. He answered and made arrangements to stop by and quote that night. He came back, fixed the board (did a great job) and had it done in without Not only did he do a great job and get it done as promised. He was conscious and professional. This was my first time using him, so for him to go out of his way as he did was very much appreciated. Without a doubt would use him for work again.

He was honest with his pricing, presented receipts for the materials and did not try to add on for additional unforeseen things. The quality of work is excellent and he and his helper were very conscientious about how they worked. The work area was left clean. The job was scheduled, performed and completed on time in one day. I definitely will ask Scott to do more work around my house.

He does excellent work but he is not timely. He could have finished the job in 2 days but he did it in 4 days. It was good working with him and he knows stuff and he will do you right.
