Very well. All work was performed promptly and professionally. In addition, Scott epoxied other sections of the fence and applied a strap to a ponytail palm tree to avoid damaging same, none of which was part of the initial retention, without charge. I am very happy with Scott's work.

I called three A rated firms from Angie's List and all three came out and explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. Scott's estimate was the lowest but the real reason I called him to do the work was that his explanation of the problem was very thorough and made a lot of sense - and turned out to be correct; the other two, more expensive firms, had both misdiagnosed the problem. As Scott took off the tile and exposed the leaking areas, it was easy to see that the cause of the leak and the damage was exactly as he had predicted. After he had repaired the leaks (replacing plywood, and in some cases rafters and fascia boards) he applied the waterproofing layers and left the tile off until after a few good rains to make sure the were no more leaks. Some tiles were broken, but he used original tiles from the back of the house in the front so they all looked the same, and put new tiles ((color different) in the back where they can not be seen. He also replaced broken tiles not related to the repaired areas and replaced a broken gutter end cap while he was up there. I have already recommended Scott to two other neighbors who needed roof repair and they also were more than pleased with his work (and price).

Perfect! This is our third hire for Scott and he has resolved our issues each time in a timely, reasonable and professional way. Besides, we had an emergency on a rental property and he was willing to come out afterhours under a torrential rain. Scott has repaired a roof that others were unwilling to, but has bought us time which is really what we were in desperate need of. Would highly recommend!

Scott did an amazing, high-quality service at excellent price. He was very punctual arriving promptly at 8 am, he quickly discovered the problem and diligently worked until 2 pm, he made sure that the cause of the leaking was taken care off before ever thinking of leaving. He thoroughly explained to me everything that was wrong, and gave me advice on how to keep it from happening again. From the initial contact, Scott was a pleasure to deal with. We had been dealing with a leak issue for a while and had other companies come in and immediately try to sell us a new roof. Scott was punctual, upfront, transparent and efficient. Repair was taken care of and has been put to the real test of the torrencial rains we have had. In the middle of a torrencial rain, tenants called to report leak. With the weather forecast anticipating days of continued rain, Scott was immediately available to help. Tarp was efficiently placed and emergency was controlled. This is my second review. I am impressed at Scott's positive attitude and work disposition. You rarely find people so willing these days!

Scott is very capable and his repairs reflected very good workmanship. He was always communicative and punctual. He was meticulous in accounting for the costs of materials and very reasonable in setting his fees and sticking to them. He cleaned up after each segment of work and carted all debris away. Quality guy doing high quality work. Had a stubborn plant growing in the gutter that nobody previously was able to remove completely. Worked diligently to remove all traces of it. Cleaned up as he went and left the site in perfect shape. Wasn't going to charge me extra for the plant removal but I insisted. Really nice and professional man. I'll have to check out his other services as it's hard to find people like this.

The job was initially attempted by a "handyman" found on craigslist who made the hole much worse. I wish I had Scott's information sooner. He was very professional, listened to what we wanted done and did an excellent job. He came out and assessed the damage and gave us a quote for the work, and came back the next day to complete the job. The wall was repaired perfectly, painted and he reinforced the TV mount with concrete anchors. He provided the materials as discussed and cleaned everything up before he left. If and when we need any projects done around the house, Scott will definitely be our first call. Extremely satisfied with his service and quality of work.

Scott was prompt and his price was reasonable. He was determined to find this leak that two other roofers could not find. He's a very hard worker and stays with the project till its completed. He took pictures as he worked and explained what he found. He knows roofing!

Scott did an amazing job on removing the old 10+ year old AC unit from the wall and replacing it with a brand new one. The original AC unit was causing water to leak inside the wall, causing the lots of water damage. Scott was able to replace the AC unit and also repair the water damaged wall. Scott is highly recommended and will definitely continue to use him for all future repairs.

I had an appointment with Scott to install door casing for one door and a wood threshold between my tile and laminate floor. He gave me a good price for the work needed, but never showed up. He didn't call to let me know that he was not coming. I won't hire contractors that can't keep there appointments or don't communicate to let me know they can't make it. -Henry

Scott did a fantastic job in repairing my roof. He has been roofing for many years and has lots of experience in roofing. Since I was unfamiliar with the process, we spoke and he informed me on all my options. Since I kept having reoccurring leaks from past roofers not doing such a great job, Scott recommended redoing the whole thing and I'm glad I did. Scott was very honest and upfront and mentioned he didn't have the man power to do it all alone, so he recommended me to another company he used to work for. I hired the company Scott recommended and he reminded onsite throughout the whole process and supervised the other workers to make sure everything was done correctly. The whole roof was redone in less than 1 week including pulling permits, replacing all rioted wood, buying materials, inspections etc. I'm very happy with all the work performed and will definitely continue to use Scott for all future projects.
