I had an appointment for a free estimate scheduled for 3/10/12. The sales rep, Anthony called me Friday night to "confirm' appointment. He asked when we would be starting the job and I advised him we were in the process of obtaining estimates. He stated his company only provides estimates to customers who plan on starting the job in 2 weeks or less. I told him this did not make sense. He said I could call other companies and I would get the same response. His tone was terse, rude, abrupt. His behavior and manner of speech were unacceptable. I called the office to provide some feedback over their sales rep's unprofessionalism. I spoke with a supervisor, Mary who apologized and said she would send someone else. New appt was given for March 31st. Steven, the sales rep, called that morning to say that he had car problems and would not be able to come to appt; that the office would contact me to reschedule. Haven’t heard from them since. Either this company should not offer appts for estimates, especially on Saturdays or they need a new sales force. Ridiculous !!!!

We had three separate jobs to this company. The first job was done perfectly with no problem. We started the second job after that one was finished. We started it in June and didn’t finish it until September. They never said that it would take that long and we kept waiting and waiting. The reason we installed the fence was because the puppies were getting under the chain link fence and they screwed that up. They have been working in the city and they know how the city department works but unfortunately second and third job they didn’t do. They never even do the transfer of commencement so when the city came in to approve the addition of fencing they disapproved the fencing there was no notice of commencement in paper work. When we called the office for the one that handled the project and told him about the paper of commencement he never called me back. We had to pay a $100 fee when they disapproved. Then we had to have our attorney talk to the city to get it approved and had the inspector come back, approve it once the notice of commencement was on paper work. So we actually paid $100 for what they should have done and they didn’t do. We didn’t contact them until everything that happened as we didn’t want to say anything mean. We wouldn’t use them again. Their communication is lacking and their office staff isn’t quite trained on how these things work. When we called them they told that it was our fault as we had given two jobs at the same time and they messed it up.

Best advise, get 2 or 3 estimates or you will pay too much.

Appointment scheduled for Feb 10. When person over an hour late I called to verify he was still coming. When the office had him call me he told me he got very backed up and forgot to call me. We rescheduled for the next day and he said he would call if the timing changed. When he was over an hour late for second appointment without calling, I didn't bother waiting any longer. Never heard from him.

From start to finish, the quality of service, as well as the quality of work, exceeded my expectations. First off, a company rep by the name of Steve, came out to assess the situation and after having done so, he agreed that replacements were needed. He took careful measurements, explaining to me --- in layman's terms --- the materials he would be using and how the work would be done. This was on October 9. Just 2 days later, workers came out to start the job, and they finished it the very next day. All in all, it was a very pleasant business experience. A solid thumbs-up to All Fencing and Repair.

I called the company and they responded immediately by setting up an appointment. Max came by and he seemed very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I thought he gave me a fair price after we discussed everything I wanted done. (I checked with another company but wasn't impressed with their idea of customer service). After making a decision to contract with All Fencing, I called Max directly to set things up. They came by and got a deposit of half the cost, then went to pick up the supplies. My fence was fixed within two days. Max called to make sure I was totally satisfied with the work. I did have them to tweak a few things; they put some brackets on a few of the pickets to insure they were extremely secure since I have two dogs. Overall, I had a good experience with All Fencing & Repair and would highly recommend them. I felt they were truly interested in doing the job, even though a small one, to my satisfaction and they took pride in their work.

From the moment I called, all went well. First, the girl made an appointment. The fellow named Steve came on time, gave me an estimate and called me every week until I was ready to sign. They then took care of all my h.o.a. paperwork and filed all necessary permits. When the work crew showed up they were on time and very efficient. They completed the job within two days. I was thrilled!
