All Fencing and Repair did an excellent job on my pvc fence in Coral Springs. Good quality, great customer service, and completed in a timely manner.

The workmanship is excellent. Very easy to contact my sales man and sales office every time I had a question. The installation team were very polite & professional. I recommend this company to everyone.

It went well we needed to secure our equipment and Steve gave me ideas. They pulled so the permits and passed inspection

They came up with a sensibly, priced fencing solution for my backyard!!! I have a dog that is an escape artist and I wanted to keep him in, and I am really pleased with the installation!! Everyone at the company is really respectful and very hard-working. They just did a fabulous job. The crew were very competent and professional. The office staff is responsive and great to work with and very friendly.!!!!

Waited four months from contract signing to completion. Had to settle for company's fence and fence caps of their choice not mine. Contract paid as agreed to. The company afterwards billed me three times for additional money above the paid agreed price.

All Fencing and Repair was great. They have great customer service and made me feel very comfortable. I was very happy with the price and results. I would use them again and definately recommend them to others.

4 months and still no install date. Deposit given on March 27th, next week it will be August!! They do not return emails or phone calls in a timely manner. All they want is the money. I would not recommend unless you do not mind your money earning interest for them, and have at least 6 months to a year to do the job.

Company refused to come out for small or inconsequential repair. Only interested in large money jobs.

Job was done in 2 1/2 days and did excellent work. Would hire again.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP!!!!!! All POST ARE ROTTEN FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM!!!! FENCE IS LEANING!! ALL POSTS WERE NOT PRE TREATED!!!! BADLY TO HARDLY POURED CEMENT AROUND POSTS!!! CONTACTED COMPANY TO COME OUT AND STEVE DX IT OVER THE PHONE THAT IT WATER SATURATION!!! IT WAS NOT!! STRESSED COMPANY TO COME OUT!! TWO NO SHOW SCHEDULED AND CONFIMED APPT BOB(COMPANY did not know where is was) AND STEVE DID NOT SHOW UP!!!! COMPANY DID NOT FOLLOW UP!! FENCE was placed two years ago and took them close to 3months to finish the job. Workers did not show up as promised!!!! I thought I was done with them til I discovered the FENCE LEANING IN THE MIDDLE OF AUGUST 2017! I'm posting this for all of you affected by Hurricane Irma DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I can honestly say that it was a pleasure to do businesses with All fencing and Repair. Rodney came out listened to what i wanted made some suggestions and gave me a reasonable price for what needed to be done. Work started two weeks out. His installer Victor Vera did the work. I must say this man was very meticulous and took his time to make sure that everything was straight. The back side was done perfectly and the sides where he was adding new boards and post to the existing fence was done with precision. When its time to replace the other two sides i will not hesitate to have them come out and look forward to doing business again. Everyone that i spoke to and dealt with was a pleasure including Lisa in the office that answered all my questions and concerns.

This company lists itself as a "fencing repair" company. It's in their company name "...and Repair" Yet, I called them for minor repairs and they refused to come out because the scope of work was not big enough. Bottom line, if the scope of work doesn't have a large dollar amount they will not come out. This is a bad business practice. At least take out the "Repair" out of the company name.

This was the worst job, all around, I have ever had done. I made at least 25 calls to the company office to ask when they were starting, later to complain about the job & the installers & later to fight to have mistakes corrected. Fencing materials were left all over our yard including a hack saw blade. The installers new we had a pet. I picked their garbage up all around our property. They parked their truck in the neighboring property that was being shown by realtors, & we didn't know where they were. Finally another employee was sent out to fix some of the mistakes. The gate could not be opened because it was too close to the ground. 2 sections of fence were not secured to posts. A portion of the fence was installed on a hump & had to be taken down & moved. We now have holes left in the yard where the poles were first installed. I paid a third of the final payment recently, but have decided not to pay the remaining balance until I am happy with my fence. Please do yourself a favor & shop around. This company made my life miserable for months.

It was a terrible experience. I would not recommend them anywhere. The pricing was pretty fair. Their responsiveness was terrible. It took them 4 to 6 months to get the permits done and get the job done in two weeks. It turned out to be an 8-week turnaround. I would never use them again.

All Fencing and Repair did work on our fence a few years ago. The quote was not delivered in a timely manner and the repairs were excessive. Based on previous experience with the provider the cost was almost double what they charged previously. When I contacted their office to discuss the quote, the office person was extremely rude and told me I "could not question" their prices.

They did well. He's right here now and he's measuring for me to do another job. If I didn't like them before, I wouldn't have called them back. They did okay. The guy that I worked with was no longer there. There's a new person here so it's hard for me to say that he's as good as the guy before. I didn't have to call them back. That was one of the main things.

It went well. They should have done better with just the time-frame that they said they were going to get it done. The professionalism means the communication skills to the job getting done and showing up on time.

It was the worst company I have ever dealt with before. They came out and gave us a quote and then we paid to have the work done and it took them at least six months for them to come out and they kept changing the story and giving excuses like the metal worker quit on them and they didn't have staff and they were backed up. Their customer service was terrible and it took us probably about six months to get the work done and when they did it, it wasn't as promised. I spent hours and hours on the phone.

They gave me an estimate of $1874 for fencing and I gave them 1/3 up front. They had to go apply for permits from the county but didn't send in enough paperwork. The second time they applied, they didn't file with my HOA. They were then denied a third time so I stated that I wanted a refund but they got all nasty with me. They said that the fine print of the contract showed the deposit is nonrefundable. They then wanted me to pay for their permit fees. I have given up on trying getting my money back and I recommend staying away from All Fencing And Repair.

Happy with the work performed at my mother's house in Coral Springs. 9 days from estimate to work performed, faster than expected. Office was responsive and helpful at all times. Repair technician knowledgeable, courteous, and cleared up all debris. Thought the price for this relatively simple job was on the high side, but this was the company that did an excellent job on the original fence installation several years ago and I was inclined to use them again for this repair. Would give a Very Good (B+) rating, and if price had been a little lower, would have given an "A" Excellent rating based on the service.

Contractor signed with sales rep 7/31. They told me it would be a 1 day job and it would take 3 or 4 weeks to get here to start it. Felipe told me before he could start I would have to give him a check for 30% on 7/31/2015. I gave him $1000.00 and another $784.00. The first time they showed was 9/16/15. I was going to give him more money and he told me to wait for Mary the Office Manager. On 9/16 they came at 2:00 PM and they dug eight holes and left. The second day they showed up, hung out for ten minutes and left. The inspection company came out and it failed inspection. The third day they came out and drilled more wholes. Felipe then told me he would pour concrete and it was pouring down raining. I questioned his decision to do that as I knew the concrete wouldn’t have set properly if it was being poured in the rain.He told me he had it under control and he poured it anyway. The next day it had dried but did not set properly due to the rain. He had to come back out and pour more concrete to fill the holes. I then questioned him about the gate and he told me after it passed inspection he would come back and alter the gate. The inspection company came back out and it failed inspection again.I then told him there was no way I was paying him another $1000.00 until the work was completed. I then received an email from Mary the office Manager threatening to put a lien on my house and then proceed with litigation if I didn't pay them the money. I then told her that I would pay the money but I wouldn't pay until work was done I never got a response. The quality of the fence is not bad it’s exactly what it’s supposed to be but customer service is sadly lacking.

This provider was completely unreliable. They advised me that it would take a few weeks and that we'd need a permit. Not a problem, and I completely understood. The company representative, had suggested that I have someone haul away our old fence, to save money. So I gave them my deposit and waited. A couple of weeks had passed and I contacted them to see when they would start the job and if the permit would be issued. The lady I spoke to on the phone said the permit was done and they would be in next week ( which was only 3 days away to mark the area. In the meantime I had the old fence was hauled away. Well next week came and went and no one showed up. So I called the office. They were very aplogetic and promised they would call me that afternoon or the very latest the next day. Well those days came and went. I called yet again. Once again they told me that they were sorry and somone should have called me. At this stage my patience was wearing thin. They advised me that they would be out the following week. This went on for a couple of weeks. I told them that I had been patient but this was not right. I wanted an exact date as to when they would arrive. I was told by the receptionist ONCE AGAIN that they hadn't set up our appointment. They told me that they would send someone right away. I explained that I would not be home and I needed notice so I could be home, as I didn't want them to come when I wasn't there. They showed up that afternoon!!!! Luckily I left work and was able to be there and all they did was put up ONE gate. No one came to mark the fencing area. I then received a text stating that "your job is almost done, we need our final payment. (nothing had been done yet!) I called again and explained that nothing was none. The receptionist insisted that the crew had been there. When I explained that they hadn't been there, I was told they would be there on Monday. The crew showed up on Saturday before. Luckily I was home. The crew that they hired had nothing to do with the office. They were very apologetic about the scheduling conflict and said it happens often with this company and every time they turn up for a job they get yelled at by the home owners I told them that I was going to take 25% off due to all of the problems. The man who had physically done the job, called the owner of the company and mentioned what I was going to do. He did not take the payment and said they would send someone from the office to collect the pay. About a week later they sent someone to pick up the rest of the payment. This person knew how dissatisfied I was with the total lack of communication from their office. I had said instead of taking off 25%, I would only take off 10% ($199.71 off the final payment) and wrote him a check for 10% less. He accepted the payment and ten days later the office called to state that they would place a lien on my property if I failed to pay the rest. I am absolutely amazed at the poor communication within the company staff. They have handled my situation terribly. I will say that the fence was built very well and the laborers were professional but the corporate staff is horrible. I paid the 10% to avoid a lien but I feel that they should refund this as they originally accepted the check.
