All Fencing And Repair

HORRIBLE. 1. There is NO supervision on thier jobs. Workers who have never seen the property are given a work order and show up to so a job with no real clue as to what they are to do. 2. First part was was the chain link fence. Had I not arrived when they were starting they chain link would have been installed at the front of the property rather than the back. I caught them in time to make the change and supervise thier work. Not really my job. 3. When the wooden gates were to be installed I arrived at about 10AM to find that they had already removed an existing portion my my fence and a gate that had nothing to do with this job. I caught the worker as he was starting to remove th second gate that had nothing to do with the job and was never intended to be removed. I call the salesperson and was told to tell the worker it was wong. Again, not my job to supervise thier workers 4. As the two new gates were going in they were being installed backwards. I once agian called the salesperson in time so they could do it right. I was told to tell the worker to change it, which I attempted to do in my broken Spanish. No one showed up that day to supervise the work and they were installed backwards. 5. I called to tell them they had to fix them and they never returned my calls. They did send someone back to pull the old fence ( that they tore out) out of the trash and put it back together minus a 1 foot gap that is still there today. As a side note, the night they tore out that gate by mistake leaving they house and back yard exposed, the home was vandalized due to the easy acccess wth no security and a brick through the garage window. 6. The next contact I got about 6 weeks later was a letter saying I still owed $1600 and that I had to pay of they would send me to colletion. The two back gate are still installed backwards and the front gate that they tore out by mistake still has a 1' gap 7. When owner finally called me after my complaint about the collection letter, he indicated that it was my responsibility to have to saleperson put in the contact when it was written that I did not want them to remove the fences/gates at the front of the home. Totally illogical. That's like hiring a landscape person to come and install some new plants and feeling the need or responsibility to tell them not to remove the four , 10 year old tress that are in the yard. 8. After a somewhat volitie conversation where I used a word that the owner did not appreciate he told me that he would place a lien against the property and used many choice words of his own. 9. The owner now agrees to fix the problem but with no response for the past 6 to 8 weeks I had to just paint the hardware and back of the gates to make it look better and I had vacaton rental guests moving into the home. 9. I feel sad for the salespeople and workers of this company.

Very good meeting, however it took a long time to get a quote and it was very high.

Two very unprofessional men showed up to give us an estimate. They arrived unannounced, several hours earlier than appointment. They were very crass and using casual profanity in front of our family. Neither of them seemed to know anything about fencing. They did not know how to read a property survey.

It was lie from day one. Everything they have told me was a lie. They were supposed have the job completed within 15-20 days. They have made excused the entire time. I even had to go and run my own permits, and follow up with the city.

First sales rep was great and very nice. The second sales rep (Alan) claims the first rep under charged me and he would have charged more, however he would stick w/that price (only a $50 difference, but still). He requested I make the ck out to HIM and NOT the company and he immediately cashed that ck w/in 1 hr. Weeks later the fence was put in. It doesn't look like quality wood even though Alan swears it is. Most of the wood is not smooth and has pieces hanging off (will get splinters if u touch it). Also they are not evenly spaced, some are touching at the bottom, some are 2 inches apart at the top and some are 5 inches. The posts are not same color as the wood. Alan swears the wood is pressure treated (I'm not convinced). I asked Alan to come back and discuss this w/me & he agreed, however, the weekend he was supposed to come, it poured. He never called back to reschedule. I have called 3 times to address this situation and no one has called me back. They don't seem to care once they have your money. Also their ad claims they have a A+ rating with BBB. Well, I checked and they don't. It was a C rating back in November of 2012 when they were REVOKED from BBB due to not responding to customer complaints. Again, once they have your money, they don't care. Will NEVER recommend this company.

The sales guy was very punctual, responsive & thorough, however the installers did a very poor job. First, the job was supposed to be installed within 2 weeks, however it took over 6 weeks after we gave the deposit with me following up numerous time to get an estimate for install. When the job was finally installed, they did a very sloppy job both with the actual railing (used black bolts on a while railing, used only 2 bolts in places where there should have been 4, left dings, didnt fill the cement holes adequately, the two sides of the step railing were not symmetrical) as well as leaving a complete mess. Our sales person was great about getting them back out here to remedy the issues, but still frustrating given it should have been done correctly the first time. Overall product ended up as we expected, but the process was unnecessarily challenging.

I would not recommend this company. The fence material was excellent and the subcontracor, Excellent fencing did a great job installing the fence and cleaning up. The Customer service from All Fencing was the worst I have ever dealt with. For 3 weeks they scheduled but never showed. They never called to say they were not going to show. We would call back and get the same story. The Sales Rep never returned calls and the office gave the same excuses. I asked for a Manager and was connected with the Project Manager. The worst was when the Project Manager called on 5/24 to say that they would install the fence on Memorial Day. I asked about working on the holiday and was told they would be there. We cancelled plans and again no call no show. I spoke with Vito, the Office Manager, on 5/28. When I told him about the problems he was very rude and abrupt. He said it is what is is and that I needed to move forward it was in the past and I would be happy when the fence was installed. Although it did rain during some of this time I think there are other issues such as staffing. They could care less about their Customers time and aggravation. If we could have gotten our deposit back during the process we would have found a company that is professional and better with Customer Service

I have to say I was disappointed because I went with them primarily because they had good reviews on Angies List. The communication was horrible to say the least. It took a month and a half to get it done and weather was no excuse. Just lots of messages and lots of excuses.

, Since he did not give me a written bid, I did not use his company. The Company I did use was appx. $600.00 cheaper. I went cheaper on this job as it was not a big job. I went with another Company with a high rating on Angies List. This gentleman may do good work but I will never know.

It went very well. He came out, he did it and he was gone. I liked that they speak English. He was very professional and did what he said he was going to do.

Their service was fine. I did have one small problem but they resolved it.

The man came to my home and brought an album with many of the jobs they had done in the past. I was able to choose the different things I liked. They were able to create a custom gate for me and it came out gorgeous. They were perfect and we had no problems with the service.

They did a good job. We interviewed a few companies and chose them. They were about the second cheapest compared to other bids received.

Even though they say you do not need to be home for the job if you have any special requirement out of the ordinary you should be home. I had specified to the salesman that nothing be attached to the house since I had been tented years ago and had to remove portions of the fence. The workers were attaching the fence to the house. They made the change I requested. Be sure and check with your city about landscaping requirements when installing a fence. Plantation requires landscaping around the fence where it is facing the street. The sales man did not mention this at all. The office staff was very helpful and the workers were very polite.

The job was completed but not in the timeframe that was originally agreed upon. I do not appreciate their charging more than I approved on my credit card.

The service was great overall. They were extremely professional and did a very nice job. They really went above and beyond. They were incredibly attuned to the guide lines and codes for this area. Vito explained everything to me and was very kind. Unlike the other fencing company I worked with prior, they did a very professional job! I’d highly recommend them to others! Also, they let me know that if I had any problems, I could call them, since they stand behind their work.

The job started on August 31, 2012, and the work was done approximately 10 days later. They kept postponing work with excuses.

Overall, the estimate was good, however, we ended up going with another company because of the price.

Overall extremely pleased with the results of the job and finished product. Very high quality of work from the assigned crew chief-Ruben. Job went a little longer that expected but some adverse weather was a contributing factor. It took a little longer than anticipated to obtain the required permits but my homeowner assoc approval was a contributing factor delaying the actual start of the job. Once the job started Ruben was dedicated and steadfast and his workmanship was exemplary. This company was very competitive in the pricing. The sales rep Joe was very personable, professional and made himself available via phone etc to discuss the job throughout the various stages and kept me apprised. He also made me aware of a coupon discount available which was then applied to the final invoice.

All Fencing & repair did a great job with quality work and they were on time as promised.The repair men were very professional and did a great job.i will recomend them to all my friends and family & every one.Call them if you need your wooden fence repaired or replaced

From the start the office answered the phone. Other companies I called from the magazine that I found them it did not. I was happy about that. The girl in the office was a little drawn out asking me alot of questions but In retrospect I guess that was necessary. Steve Showed up on time and asked for my survey (the girl in the office asked if I had one) and measured my fence. He was one of the more e xpensive estimates but I went with the company because he knew things the others didn't.They even took care of the permit other companies asked me to pull my own---I thought that was a red flag.The installers came and except for the rain everything went well.

This was a mixed experience. The estimator left the company before the work began, and there was some confusion about exactly what the contract entailed. The permitting process took forever, partly because the company didn't describe the work accurately on the first submission, so it had to be resubmitted a month later. (Can't blame the delay entirely on the company, however, as the process in my municipality is absurdly drawn-out.) When I called the company, I had the impression that they were disorganized, and they didn't respond as readily or as punctually as I would have expected.They sent one laborer to do the actual work, digging the holes and building the fence. He did a great job {in stifling heat), and I was pleased with the work in the end.

it went very well overall. When I called the company the girl answered the phone and set up an appointment for me to meet with Steve. Steve arrived on time and walked the property with me. He then explained what I needed to move forward with the job. I needed a hoa approval because the city that I live in requires one before I can have a permit issued. He then explained that it would take about a month from start to finish because of the city requirements. The guys showed up in company shirts and were very polite.
