Description of Work: Install fence. Very bad experience. No return phone calls with problems. Severed landscape lighting. Severed other cables. Quality of work poor. Used wrong concrete to set posts. Attempted to give me inferior products.

Description of Work: i called, got he apt for Rodney to come out and measure I gave him mu email and he also has my phone number. I never heard another word and never got a price/quote. I called to company twice and they always said that Rodney would call me. But I never got anything.

Description of Work: Installed a fence in my backyard

Description of Work: This service provider installed fencing around our backyard and damaged our sprinkler water supply line. Their contract is clear that they are not responsible for these types of damages; however the installer never told us that they damaged the line (there were pieces of PVC from the pipe next to one of the posts) and the sprinkler pump ran dry for two weeks. If we had been informed when the damage occurred, we could have remedied the problem before damage was caused to the pump. Unfortunately, the owner's handling of the matter did not meet my expectations.

Description of Work: I was looking for estimate for repair or replacement of the railing in the apt. building. It is rather big job. They were asking for $ 80.00 fee for estimate. I chose someone else. It look for me that they are very busy and don't really care of new costumers.

Description of Work: Actual work done is beyond reproach. Very professional pretty work. Cleaned up all debris perfectly. Why the B: customer service could be better. Had a bill for not just the cost of the permit, but over$100 for the person who goes and gets it. Owner finally "split" it with me. It was under $6000 for PVC around my whole house with a gate. I changed to an A. They get backed up in the rain because they only do good work and it needs to be dry.

Description of Work: Sceduled an appointment for estimate 3/7/13 with Alan. He did show up, I called and left him message on 3/8/13. He did not return my call. Called him 3/12/13 spoke to Alan he said he had not gotten around to it yet. I cancelled service request and will try to find someone more reliable.

Description of Work: They removed our old fence and replaced it with new fence. Their service was excellent.

Description of Work: They provided an estimate for wood fencing. There wasn’t anything that really stood out, but the experience was fine. The technician was very professional, measured everything then provided me with the estimate. He then called me two weeks later to follow up with the estimate.

Description of Work: We order two gates to be placed at each side of our home. The order date was April 04th 2012. The salesman Charles told us the gates would be 3-4 weeks to be installed. After one month we began to call and ask when the gates would arrive. The answer was always the same.........Project Manger would get back to us. Finally when I asked for my money back they then gave me a date of Saturday May 12th. My husband waited all day. Charles called and said they ran into problems and would not be able to install the gates on Saturday. However they would come out Sunday May 13th on Mother Day. As my husband was leaving for a business trip Sunday morning, I declined the Sunday date. Monday May 14th they arrived. The type of gate my husband asked for and what we received was two different things. When I tried to ask Charles the salesman about this, he became nasty and insisted this is what we ordered. We paid the balance and all future work will not be given to this company.

Description of Work: I recieved a quote from this company. They seemed like a good company at a reasonable price but we chose to go with a different company instead.
