Agility Van Lines met all of our needs for our move from NJ to Florida. We were very happy with the communications that all parties provided. Our pick up team was careful with our belongings and helpful. The delivery team was also very courteous and efficient. I will definitely refer this company in the future.

Alex and his crew did a great job. We moved on the coldest day of the year (negative temperatures). Alex was very kind an professional and was able to estimate our needs within 5 mins of his visit. The crew packed up 2 trucks in very harsh conditions, drove 1000 miles and arrived on time to unpack and unload. They were careful with our furniture, asked where we wanted things and even took time to unpack and assemble items back the way they found them. Most of all the crew was great to work with, a great time and VERY COURTEOUS. I would highly recommend AVL and Alex and his team.

Amazing! What a crew of hard workers from the South Shores of New Jersey to Mount Bethel, PA. Hats off and a Big Thank Yous to Alex, Marcus and Cedric. Never have seen a crew of professionals and hard workers. Thank Yous are not enough. They are really hard workers and everything packed in its place. Caring for them with diligence, respect and care. Then bringing them to me in Michigan with the same A1++ service! When and if I EVER move out of state again, Agility Vanlines will be my FIRST call! I first spoke to John over the phone. He convinced me to background check and feel free to contact him with any questions. Rather for the company he worked for or making sure any other I choose (which I called AGILITY Vanlines back after my research. Starting with the BBB A+ there). Then Shane Young the Owner, called me to follow up and answer any questions. Locking in my job and giving me no SURPRISE FEES; taxes and all were included with his price (as long as "I" had no surprises, as a customer, on my end). Shane and his employees KEPT their WORD and worked with dignity and RESPECT! My items were picked up and DELIVERED by the SAME 3 GENTLEMEN that picked up in North Carolina and drove them to Michigan. Richard, Phil and Cedric were careful, quick, efficient and kind...also funny. They made my move back home a breeze! I pray all of you at Agility Vanlines nothing but BLESSINGS and SUCCESS! I had a fantastic moving experience with Agility Van Lines for my move from Virginia to Florida. During my 29 years in the US Navy my family has moved many times – this was the smoothest and least stressful of them all. Daniel (foreman) and Robert and Trayvon were very professional and did an outstanding job. My late wife was a collector and the crew very carefully wrapped and packed almost 600 pieces of china, crystal and colored glass in addition to furniture and other belongings. The crew worked very quickly and efficiently throughout. Both pickup and delivery went very smoothly. The entire office staff including Shane, John and Denise kept me informed throughout the process. Unfortunately my home fell through but John was very professional and responsive to all my needs and was very quick to get my refund back to me this Family run business is very professional in every way and I will definitely reach out to them again for my next trip

The entire move went very smoothly, had no issues with communication. They wrapped up all my furniture so there was no damage. Overall very professional and trustworthy movers

We had a great moving experience with Agility Van Lines. The whole team took care of every detail - they checked in with us regularly leading up to move day, arrived on time move day, arrived on time for delivery day, and followed up after move in to see how we were settling into our new home. Excellent service. Second time I have used this company and never a problem. The driver assigned to the move always coordinated the arrival times and kept to their promises. Furniture and belongings were handled with care. I highly recommend you check out this company. Easy to deal with.

If your looking for great movers that is professional and cares for the items your moving your looking at the best! Moving was super stressful for me and having Agility Van Lines move me made it much easier. I will definitely recommend people to this company. Alex and his crew did a great job packing up my home in Baltimore imore. Then, Sam and his crew did a super job moving me into my in home in Clearwater. This was my second move using Agility. Everyone I have worked with have been polite, efficient, and extremely hard working. I would highly recommend Agility for your next move.

I’m a repeat costumer . I previously used the company to move my kids home from college. When we needed movers again I called them immediately. Alfred and his crew made moving our daughter from SC to VA so easy. They were prompt and came when they said they would be there. They wrapped and covered the furniture very well. No issues upon delivery. They were a delight to talk with during move out/in. I would recommend Agility Movers.

We were very satisfied with Agility Van Lines. Our house closed quickly and our build was delayed so we required storage for 10 months and they worked with us. To make our move manageable. Would definitely call them again if we require moving assistance in the future.

Our move was very smooth and up to our expectations. As a mover, we have to be prepared to understand the meaning of the 2-day window. That means we are prepared to receive the truck on the 2nd day last hours. Our items are taken very well care of during the moving process, with neat wrapping and unwrapping,

I must say I have not felt the need to write a review that is negative on a company in a very long time but folks please be cautious with this company. Their Sales person will tell u anything to secure your business with them and once they get your stuff they leave you stranded. Here is my experience: - initial conversation with them regarding my move from CT to FL. I was told it takes up to 10 days for delivery for distances over 1000 miles. My things will never be removed from the Truck. Same drivers that does drop off were the ones that the did pick up - 2 days before pickup on 6/23, we went through the items list and confirmed date. Est delivery date was 7/1 - Pick up happened as scheduled on 6/25. Est delivery is still 7/1, contracted 10 days window - 6/30 Got a call stating something happened and they will call on 7/5 with a new delivery date. Keep in mind this is day 10 based on the agreement - No call received on 7/5 - I called on 7/6 to find out where my stuff is. I was told they unloaded my stuff and left it in NJ. I expressed that I had 2 young babies and I am scheduled to travel in a few days. I requested to speak with the owner who pretty much acted like I'm at his mercy. I should have known things like this can happen in reference to my flight, he refused to confirm exact delivery date and refused to discuss reimbursement since I told him I'll be writing a review so people are aware what they are getting into. Im reiterating that they were made aware that I have 2 young babies with an empty apartment. He couldn't care less. - Next update was a possible delivery date of 7/14-7/15. They have had my stuff since 6/25

I contracted with Agility to move a small one bedroom apartment rom Nashville to Boston. Two weeks before the scheduled pick-up they cancelled on me leaving me to scramble to find another mover. They used the lame excuse that they had a few guys out sick. I believe the real reason is that they took the job initially expecting to be able to load another job(s) and when they couldn't find another move to approximately the same location they cancelled on me. Sketchy business practices. They may be good for the local market but I'd avoid these guys beyond the borders of TN.

Agility Van Lines from the minute I call the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were punctual, went "over & above" expectations to ensure that our moving experience was as stress-free as possible. Denise was always checking on us to make sure everything was running smooth. Alex team was great and on time very professional. I will recommend them to anybody. Agility thank you!

Daniel and the crew did a great job both during pick up and drop off, in our move from Illinois to South Carolina. Communication was great and they were punctual. Also, John at the office did a great job with the quote and explaining the entire process, what to expect and what is/is not included in the quote. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend Agility to anyone! We did have some less than favorable experiences with other "reputable" companies that also had me renting a U-Haul and doing this all myself. Thank you Agility.

This family owned company has been efficient , helpful and considerate of my belongings and my feelings. Their follow thru was excellent and their pricing competitive. Their young fellows have been hard working, polite and very careful. We have used this company twice and plan to use them again.

The move went really well. John and Denise in the office were incredibly professional and helpful. The moving crew, Ontario and Elie, were great -- skilled, professional, courteous and friendly. Together they made moving a lot better than I expected!
