Steven called when he said he would and came to our house when he said he would. When he took the mattress and box springs off and looked at the frame and supporting structures, he was clear and concise with what needed to be done. He was extremely nice. I would definitely recommend Steven for any kind of furniture repair work. There was no hemming and hawing....he looked, he saw and figured it out....it is a monster sized bed and he was able to do it all.

Excellent rersponse and work. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and I definitely would use Steve of AAA furniture in the future if the occasion arises.

A good experience overall. Steve is a nice guy. Other than that I drove 50 miles round trip to save on the price quoted the job came out very well and was done by the time I returned later in the day. He only works 1 day a week in his store which meant that I would be without the chairs for a week and I'd have to do the 50 miles again if he couldn't do it on the same day. I would recommend him. My only concern was paying so much for a small amount of work. He was about the same as other price quotes so I gave in in order to get the job done. I would recommend him.

Steve was professional and on time for appointment. The cost he quoted was the price he charged after seeing the sofa had more damage that originally thought. He did not increase price. My 11 year old sofa which I thought would have to be thrown out is now like new. Awesome place and would highly recommend to anyone in need of furniture repair

I called AAA on 6/25 to request an appt for an estimate. Steve returned my call within a couple of hours and make an appt for 6/28. He arrived in the time frame he stated. He took a look at the chair, gave the estimate & made the repair all within an hour. Everything about the encounter with Steve was perfect. I will definitely use AAA for future repairs and absolutely would recommend him to friends and family.

We contacted Steve and he showed up when promosed. The chair's base required welding and Steve removed the base and had it welded in his shop. He returned the base and reassembled the chair. Steve was extremely professional and performed all his work in a timely manner. We would definately use him again.

Contacted AAA after finding them on Angies List, Steve returned my call timely and set up appointment to fit my schedule. Gave me a two hour "window" for his arrival and confirmed he was en route within that timeframe. He examined the bed, prepared an estimate and described the work needed in detail. I accepted the estimate and Steve left with the footboard that needed to be taken apart, cleaned, re-glued and clamped. He propped the bed securely so it could be used while he was working on the footboard at his shop. Called a day earlier than expected ( was promised a delivery date for Friday and he actually returned Thursday) to bring the repaired piece back and reconnect to the rest of the frame. Again, he provided a two hour window and confirmed he was on the way timely. To prevent the slats from slipping in the future and to reinforce the entire frame, he screwed the slats to the side rails and used custom fit/made bracing at the footboard connection, He made certain all visible work matched the original wood color. The area was left clean and the bed is now in better condition than it was 20 years ago. I asked for some business cards since I will definitely be recommending his work to anyone that asks me.

The center leg of our sofa broke off. Steve explained why it happened, detailed how he would fix it, quoted a price on site and after we agreed fixed the problem in our home on his first visit. He came prepared, was professional and very skilled at his craft. I would call Steve (AAA) back for any future furniture repair issue. I would recommend AAA to anyone.

I called and left a message for Steve as my sons bed frame and slats were broken. He called me back in a timely manner and made an appointment for an estimate with the possibility of repair that day. Steve called me when he was on his way. Upon greeting me, he was very professional in manner and within ten minutes he handed me an estimate which I thought was fair and just. I also showed him a dresser drawer in my sons room which was broken, and he gave me a break on the price for fixing that as well. He was here for approximately 1 1/2 hours and the work he did was excellent. He actually fixed the bed better than than it was originally constructed with no possibility of it breaking again. He did a great job on the drawer as well. My friend was over while Steve preformed the service, and she was so impressed with his work that she asked for his card before she left. I would absolutely call upon AAA Furniture Repair and Service again, and recommend him highly for any job, big or small. THANK YOU ANGIES LIST!!

THIS MAN IS ONE OF A KIND!! Like I said I had a severely broken dining room chair. Steven fixed this chair that you can't even believe that it was EVER broken!! My husband said we should of done a before and after picture...really amazing. AAA Furniture Hospital is just fantastic!!

Steve was extremely prompt and professional, from the first call I made to him till the job was completed a few days later.

I have a fairly expensive recliner that was broken and even the original manufacturer could not fix it. The chair had been discontinued and they could not get an original part. I called Steve from AAA and he came to my home within a couple of days, fixed the chair with a heavy duty screw and bolt that will never come loose. Steven was early. He's very detailed, "old school". He did work for us before that's why we called him back. He's excellent!

It was hard to find someone to even call us back, but once we found Steve it was quick and easy..

Although I had emailed Varco about the date and time of the evaluation, Varco would not allow Steven into the warehouse to see the table, which required him to wait and to make multiple phone calls to Varco. Fortunately, once Steven was able to view the table, the repair was well done.

Steve came to my home and reviewed the problem. He gave me an estimate and came back to do the work. The results were excellent!

Our Indonesian teak sofa was badly damaged in a move. Steve did a great job and now it looks perfect and is structurally sound.

I called the company and left a message. My call was returned within a few hours and we made an appointment for the following day. Steven Turok arrived on time and fixed my buffet. I was very satisfied with his service and would definately hire him again. Considering the weight of the piece of furniture, I feel that I was charged a very fair price.

I called AAA Furniture to repair the table leg on my 45 year old table. The man who came out was Stephen Turok. He put three wooden dowels in it which took him 30 minutes and cost me $300. He wanted to charge me more but I resisted. He assured me that if it happened again, as long as I wasn't dragging the table around, he would fix it and no time limit was mentioned. I was dazed since he had me help him turn the table on its side and I have a bad back. I trusted him and didn't insist that he write this down, which I should have. Two and half years later it broke again and it hadn't been moved. I called him a few months after that when I found the invoice and he came out to see it. He said I would have to pay another $100 and wouldn't honor his original promise. He tried to convince me to just replace it. I gave him a chance to resolve the issue before I complained, and he ignored it. I eventually had someone else come out and they said that to properly repair the table you would have to take the table out of the house and it would have to clamped, and that the dowel and glue wouldn't hold without this. They came and took it away and fixed it and it has held since then. They only charged me $200 and the table is strong and perfect.

He was very prompt. If he was running late, he would call. He was very professional.
