Steve was incredible. He came out, as planned, for the estimate. We gave a small deposit and he came back on the date promised and did the job as planned. He did one side first to make sure we liked the firmness and also to compare it to the unfinished side. It came out FAR better than expected. It feels like a new love seat. TOTALLY worth the money - especially for a vintage distressed leather couch.

Great! Steve contacted me timely and came the next day. He quickly saw the problem and fixed it in no time at all. Very pleasant and professional. Would recommend him to anyone needing his type of service and would gladly use again.

Excellent, Steve was prompt, diagnosed the problem, not only fixed the problem but added additional wooden and metal reinforcement to ensure the problem was permanently fixed and added additional bracing to ensure that this problem would not be repeated in the rest of the sofa. In fact, the sofa frame is now in better shape and more stable than the day we bought it ten years ago.

Steven's repair was spot on. He fixed the broken parts and touched up all the mars and rubs. His work is superb. He also gave me advice on an old Victrola that I had. He was polite, industrious, and very very nice to deal with. I will use him again in the future.

Steve patiently removed the jammed post and replaced the internal parts to hold the post firm. It was not an easy job. He had all of the parts with him and the post is as good as new. Steve's knowledge of furniture and experience is very hard to find. I would use him again and would recommend him. So glad to find him.

Wonderfully! The table had scratches and some scrapes and they are now nearly invisible. The finish is lovely.

When I called Steve he indicated that he was very busy and really didn't like repairing recliners. I told him I had purchased a new motor from furniture store and right away he said probably needed another part. He did agree to come to our condo however he stated he would charge a $125 diagnosis fee. I scheduled an appointment and he did come out a week later. He told me after diagnosing problem that it needed a push button and transformer. Total bill was $418.70. Within 24 hours the chair stopped working. My husband called him and he was not sure about the problem but would come again to look at it however he would charge another $125. Told him we felt this was outrageous since part must be defective. Still refused to come out unless he was paid again. We had someone else repair the chair and it works fine.

Steve did an excellent job. Showed up on time. He identified the problem and quickly took care of the repair.

He was professional addressed the damage and quoted me several options for the repair and guarantee there will be no more issues with the bed. So now I have a "new" more sturdy bed.

The 6 chairs in my dining room set, which was made in the 1990's, were starting to come apart. Steven picked them up at my home and reinforced them. He also reinforced the arms on my two end chairs and put sliders on the bottom of each chair so that the legs don't get caught in the grout of my ceramic tile floor. The chairs are much more secure and steady now. They don't squeak and jiggle when you sit down on them, and the sliders make it so much easier to move the chairs on my ceramic tile floor. Steven was professional and honest and his work was top-notch. He has done two other jobs for me in the past, and I would not hesitate to contact him again. He takes great pride in his work and making sure his customers are 100% satisfied.

We called AAA Furniture Repair to fix our sofa bed which would only open with great difficulty. Steve came out promptly on the time and dated as promised. The sofa bed had 1 missing bracket and 1 bracket that was bent. Steve informed us that it would require 2 new brackets that would have to be fabricated. We let him know that we had guests coming into town the next week and he said that he would make sure that the work would be completed by then. We really appreciated that he made this effort to accommodate our short time frame. Steve returned again right on the time he had promised us and did the repair work and now our sofa bed is just like new again! Thank you Steve! We would like to say that we highly recommend this company for your repair work, as they are truly professional and do awesome work. We will be sure to call them in the future for any of our furniture repair needs.

Great. My movers screwed up my table when they assembled it. At my new home the movers were not able to reassemble. **** I am made at the movers. Somewhat complicated to assemble. Real heavy! AAA Furniture Repair and Steve rescued my table. Thanks Steve. It cost more than I expected but I'm happy.

Work was completed at what we consider a very high price for the amount of time involved. The total time expended at our house doing the work was approximately 3 hours which is over $300/hour. This time doesn't include the time involved in looking at the job and putting together the estimate. The owner did explain the work he planned to do but we really did not understand what that really meant. When it was completed the results are OK but the price we paid has biased our assessment.

Steve did a wonderful job of removing the damage: the table looks beautiful! He also attached a support for the butterfly folding leaf. And he was prompt and professional. I called him back because of the marvelous work had had done the first time. I highly recommend AAA Furniture Repair Service.

Very prompt and seemed to know how to solve the problem. Said I needed a cushion. A week later came back and placed 2" foam under the cushion. Said it would do well after a few weeks of sitting on it. Now Dec. and not not any better than 1st called. Did not call back to remove foam. Seems he refers to his reviews as a reference of his workmanship. He may be good at some repairs but not with this job. I'm out 200+ for nothing.

Everything went great. Steve was very prompt both times - for the free estimate and for the actual repair 1 week later. He is VERY professional. We can once again sit in comfort on our sofa and recliner. I would definitely use Steve's and his company again should the need arise. Thank you Steve.

AAA was able to have the job completed within a week of our initial call. He was very prompt, courteous and professional. The chairs were returned to us today, and feel solid and sturdy. Truly a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Steve does excellent work, and he's prompt and professional. I bought the dining set second hand because I loved the mid-century look, beautiful wood, and craftsmanship, but they were worn: chairs and table had scratches and scrapes, and the chairs had what looked like black shoe polish smeared on a couple of a places. Steve removed the black marks, filled the scratches, and minimized the scrapes so that they are hardly noticeable. I'm so glad I did not seek out a refinisher as I could have lost the beautiful grain markings. I love my new dining room set!

I was very pleased with the repair of the chair leg. You can not tell that it was ever broken. It was ready in one week as promised. I would definitely use again.

Contacted Steve who promptly answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. Made an appointment to come out to give me the estimate and came exactly when promised. Gave me a good explanation of what would be done. Have submitted the estimate and plan to have the work done as soon as reimbursed.

This is the second time that I have used AAA Furniture Repair Service. I could not have been more pleased with the repair and again I highly recommend Steve Turok who fixed the holes and made the woodwork look as good as new. He matched the color perfectly. Steve was very professional and helpful. Not only did he fix the cracks but he added additional support in the middle of our sectional to prevent additional damage in the future.
