Description of Work: We had bought a couch for our boys playroom over the summer.after we got home we realized that one of the cushions was very messed up. I called Steve to have him come out and take a look at it being that there were no returns on the couch. After he thoroughly examined the couch he informed me that it was really not repairable due to a manufacture defect. He instructed me to call the store that we bought it from and tell them of the findings. He instructed me how to communicate this issue with them. We did contact the store and inform them of Steve's findings. If needed Steve would have written out a report on the couch for us. It was not needed. We were able to return the couch and get a different one thanks to his help and instruction

Description of Work: AAA Furniture replaced the swivel mechanism on a mid-Century club chair; fixed a "tippy" round dining room table; replaced the locking catch on a dining room credenza; and refinished/touched up gouges/scratches on a foyer table and the credenza. The owner (Steven) was fantastic! Professional, reliable, expert service. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: My dog ate several corners off of a wood frame bed, and took multiple bites along both sides of the bed. The dog also ate a chunk of the front of a TV cabinet. Steven repaired the entire bed and the TV cabinet. Steven did a truly amazing job repairing everything. I never thought the bed would look new again and it looks like the day it was delivered. Same for the TV cabinet. He was extremely diligent in not missing one scratch. Steven is definitely a skilled person! In addition, he was so pleasant to deal with, from setting up the appointments to execution of the job. He's reliable, on time and efficient. What more could one ask for!!!

Description of Work: Steve repaired my recliner in better condition then when I bought the chair. Steve responded quickly to my call and finished the job in much less time than I expected. He was very professional and I would highly recommend his company. Overall I would give him an A+.
