AAA Century Appliance Repair responded promptly to our broken refrigerator issue and quickly identified the problem. When a replacement part did not appear to be available locally, they failed to accept that and worked to track down the part needed and complete the repairs as soon as possible. The technician, Raul, was professional, courteous, and easy to deal with. I would use this firm again and would happily recommend them to a friend. Service was terrific.

The service man came the very next morning after the day I called to determine the problem and came back only a few hours later with the part and fixed it. He called prior to arriving and identified himself and was friendly, helpful and professional. I couldn't be happier.

Very professional company. The gasket removal and installation turned out to be a much bigger job than expected but they did it without complaint and without extra charges. They were neat clean and on time.

Called to schedule service (option 1), and waited 10 minutes on hold before hanging up. Called back and chose option 2 (order status) and was able to reach a lady who informed me they “are extremely busy”, and that I should call back and wait on option 1. Didn’t offer to schedule the appt, or to get someone who could; just call back and wait. Too busy. Meh.

The rep came out looked at the dryer, it was a belt issue. The rep had the belt with him and replaced it and I was good to go!

OK. Pat needed to be ordered but came in sooner than expected. Same technician came to install part that made the diagnosis. He was prompt and knew exactly what needed to be done.

The repair man determined the part was clogged. He took it apart and cleaned it out.

I think this is the 3rd time I have used this company (once before for a washing machine and once before for this refrigerator). Recently I had noticed water on the floor coming from the refrigerator in our garage which is our 'extra frig'. Richard, the technician, found a small leak in a seal but after checking the cost of the part and labor, we decided that it wasn't worth repairing since it is almost 20 years old. Other things checked out fine and so I only paid the service call price of $19.99! Richard was prompt, courteous, and professional.

Went good - they came out & installed a new belt & cleaned out dryer vent - he was nice & quick. He was very knowledgeable about his job. Will call again if needed.

On the phone, the company technician expressed that it would be cheaper to simply buy the part that the break belonged to rather than to order the $5 part which would require a lot of labor to fix. That is professional. He then went BEYOND by giving me the part number to order. This type of customer service garners a new customer. Nicely done!

Both jobs were excellent. This is the third time I used this company to fix various appliances and they are professional, efficient and friendly. Their price is fair to me. He had to order the part for the oven and as soon as it came in, the office called to schedule an appointment. I highly recommend them.

This is an unbelievable fraud. Worst ever. Please consider not using. We hired @aaaCenturyApplianceLLC to diagnose and potentially repair our refrigerator (MAYTAG). The tech came into our home, proceeded to cut and removed the wiring harness from the back of the refrigerator to the compresso, left parts inside the refrigerator base and advised we have a blown compressor and the cost would be about $800.00 to replace it. He advised based on the cost of a new refrigerator (ours is about a $2,000.00 model) we should just get a new one. He then left after spending just 20 minutes or so. He did not reconnect the wiring harness he cut off and left the disconnected parts in the base of the refrigerator. Worse, he tried to "jury rig" the refrigerator by using a non-factory wiring part which was incorrect. When he could not get it to work, he advised the replacement compressor would be about $500.00 and $300 in labor. However, we called Sears Appliances, and they shipped us the compressor and scheduled a tech to come out. The tech showed us the cut wires and parts removed. He replaced a $5.00 part and got the whole refrigerator back up for $175.00 including a diagnosis fee and we did not need a compressor at all! After this event, I would not recommend AAA Century Appliance LLC to anyone. The AAA Century Appliance LLC tech seemed like all he wanted was the $20.00 fee and didn't even diagnose it correctly. The AAA Century Appliance LLC also advised he has been doing this 20 years and he knows everything about these types of refrigerators; yet, he didn't know how to diagnose if a compressor needed replacement or not.

Could not do the repair as they said it was a manufacturing defect.

Excellent. Even though company had no power at their office, they were still taking repair appointments, and they had a serviceman out to repair our refrigerator within 2 hours of calling! Prompt diagnosis by a very professional serviceman, explanation of the problem, and a clear/concise quote for the work. The company was proactive in stocking parts that would most likely fail during the storm, and had the part on the truck!

I called late in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment for the very next morning. The scheduler was very professional, told me the name of my technician, arrival time window, and pricing information. Richard called ahead as promised, arrived on time and fixed my problem. As it turns out, a drain hose had come loose - no parts needed, just paid for the service call! Very honest!

Customer service is very good. Phone calls are answered quickly. Richard was the repair technician. He was on time any knew his job very well. He ordered the part and 2 days later he replaced it. Richard worked very fast and professionally. He was on time and when I need appliance repair again, I would use AAA Century Appliance repair and ask for Richard again. Probably all the techs are good but I was very happy with Richard. I even had a question after repair and Richard called me back promptly.

They are fantastic! I had an old Maytag which was still top of the line and he came out and repaired it. I was happy with their services.

They were prompt. Diagnosed the problem right away. Quoited a price. Fixed it in a jiffy. Tech was great. Very happy.

Placed a request for same day service online and got a call back fast. Was told the time slot was available. The technician called me about 10 mn away from my house and arrived as promised. He took a look and let me know the cost of repairing would be much more than getting a new one. I value the honesty of a company to tell me this than charge me for repairs of the old washer. The service call was only $19.99 to let me know this and I also appreciate this. Other companies charge much more just to look at the unit. I will absolutely call this company of any other appliances need repair. Honesty won me over. thank you

Very well. The AAA Century repairman was prompt and professional when he came out to assess our problem. He fixed a burner then and there, having to order parts and schedule a return to complete the job. He returned as scheduled, satisfactorily completed the repair and we weren't charged for parts ordered but not used. The estimate was not only stuck to, but final billing was slightly less. Professional, competent, courteous and honest as the day is long.
