I would rely on them. It was very good. They were able to help with the washer.

I have been using AAA for a few years now for repairs on my GE Profile appliances. I previously used a couple other companies but was unhappy (ex. another repair company told me GE stopped making a refrigerator part it needed, AAA said nonsense, got the right part and fixed it). They are prompt, reliable and always get the appliances fixed at a fair price.

AAA sent Washington to repair my ice maker, after it was incorrectly diagnosed by another contractor. He identified the problem immediately, and correctly repaired it once the part arrived. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

We were afraid that we needed a new dryer, since ours seemed very old and came with the condo, but the repairman quickly found the issue, fixed it, and told us that we wouldn't need him again for ten years.

This company was fantastic. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly when others could not. I highly recommend them.

My only reservation was that on the second repair, to replace the main control board was $411, which was a bit pricey. This included the $15 discount.

Washington was great! He'd just come from repairing a washer with the same identical problem, and knew it was a bad sensor, and, most importantly, knows LG washers! I saw on Angie's List site that not all companies want to repair LG's, and for good reason, as they are a different animal. Well, AAA Century knows LGs, and used to be the sole repair company for them down here. Also, Washington knew that he could order a sensor separately from having to order an entire motor, so that was awesome! I was in luck, because they had already ordered several sensors, and so he came back the next day and installed my sensor. Big job, because I have a stacked washer/dryer in a little cupboard, but he did it! Couldn't be happier!!

Washington, our service tech, was awesome!!! he explained what the history of our refrigerator is, the technology being how it works and gives us different options on how to move forward. While at the same time educating us on the big picture of what those choices are. I am impressed by their level of customer service and their honesty in doing what's right for the customer - educating them well enough for us to make the best decision for us. although no work was performed I would hire them again and feel confident that whatever they repaired will be fixed the right way!!!!

The repairman showed up on time. He knew what the problem was very quickly, but checked everything out. A part had to be ordered, but he came back the next day to complete the repair. The washer works great now.

Part wasn’t available immediately, but it took 3-4 days to receive part. Part was installed the next available appointment. Technician was friendly and professional. 😃

The gentleman did the work on time and professionally. The only issue was that they required that I be there myself (my tenant was there), and they gave me a three hour window, which is very uncomfortable waiting outside in the heat, otherwise the work was good and I would recommend them.
