Description of Work: Amazing. They were very clear and kept me informed of everything they did before doing it and made me aware of possible charges. Best thing of all: they suggested a course of action but letting me know that if it didn't work out, they would not charge me for it. At the end, the repair would've cost almost as much as a new refrigerator and, instead of enticing me to spend money on them, they were very upfront about how it's better to invest a little more and get a new refrigerator. That kind of transparency and honesty is rare.

Description of Work: Diagnosed problem of ice forming below vegetable crisper in Sub-zero refrigerator as a plugged drain, which he cleared. Also freezer and main compartment weren't holding set temperatures. He determined that the condenser motor needed to be replaced. He didn't have one with him so he returned promptly next morning. Both problems are resolved and the unit is functioning as it should.

Description of Work: Washington cleaned out my dryer and told me why it was not drying properly. My vent was clogged and they do not do the work on the venting of the dryer. |y husband and I were able to unclog it with a snake and vacuum. However Washington did do a thorough job of cleaning out my dryer completely.

Description of Work: They came out to look at my 5 year old washing machine, determined that the repair would be almost as costly as buying a new machine (bad motor) and recommended that I purchase a new model. Washington also offered advice on brands, etc. that are generally less costly to repair. Very nice men and very professional, have already recommended them to friends.
