Description of Work: Replaced circuit board on KitchenAide Dishwasher and control panel. Came out and diagnosed on Monday. Returned as promised on Friday with parts. Original service man brought Washington with him on Friday to ensure proper installation of parts. Excellent service. Disheasher working like new again :). Will definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Great response. Found problem and got the part the next day. Came out and installed and when they found another issue they repaired that also with a charge for only the part which was super cheap. Great service!!

The repairman came and made repairs but did inform me that if the minor repair failed, I would need a compressor,and if the compressor failed within 10 days, my money would be refunded. It failed and the money was refunded. The repairman was professional and pleasant.

Description of Work: Refrigerator was getting too cold and food was freezing. I called and a technician came and diagnosed the problem on the same day. They ordered the part needed and installed it. Fridge still wasn't perfect; I contacted them by e-mail after hours and got a call at 8:00 o'clock on Saturday morning. The technician came back on Saturday and found what had happened and the refrigerator is now working perfectly. The technician was professional; he even cleaned the inside of the refrigerator where he had left prints while working.

Description of Work: excellent work...detailed analysis of the refrigerator ice maker non functioning..Bruno took nearly 2 hours testing the components of the ice maker. He tested the transmitter, receiver and ice maker motor. He tried to salvage 1 of the 3 to save me money. He found that the transmitter was still working and only had to replace the receiver and ice maker motor. |transmitter circuit board costs about $190; so he saved me $190 which I verified with online Whirlpool parts. He replaced the receiver which costs about $180 and the motor about $120...So the service charge was only $125 plus the 2 parts for a total of about $400. very honest company and I'll use them again

It turned out that the issue was the vent hose was squeezed too tightly against the wall due to the lack if space it is installed in. They adjusted the hose the best they could and still allow for the door to cover the appliance to close.

They did not even bother to answer The company emailed 3 days later that they do not service Samsung period and gave advice on how to search online. The late response was due to a malfunction of a server. :( My advice: don't go online looking for business if you can't keep your email up
