It went great. We received a call the day before to confirm someone would come out. We got a call the morning of the service from Labon, the service man, to say he was on his way and would be there shortly. Labon came on time. He greeted me with great big smile and proceeded to work on the dishwasher. Every step of the way he explained what the issue was and the solution. It was truly and excellent experience and I would recommend this provider to anyone.Thank You

Technician, Washington, arrived after calling ahead. He was both prompt and very friendly. The estimate given before the work was done was very fair. The repair was done quickly and cleanly. I will absolutely use this company, and technician in the future.

The technician Bruno, super pleasant man, check my fridge, pulled it out, looked at it, and knew exactly what the problem was. He actually had the part in his car and fixed it right away. He was very good and the price was excellent. The service call was about $19.99 and the whole thing came to $200 for the part so I was very pleased.

I had a great experience with the service, Angelo explained me everything in details and my ice maker is working fine now. I will definitely contact him again if needed.

Washington and his apprentice showed up on time and even waited for me (10 mins.). Really appreciated that as I was a bit delayed leaving work. They got to work right away, I explained the situation and they knew what to do. Parts were in truck, I received estimate and before I knew it the work was completed. The refrigerator now works better than new!!!

Went well. Very clean and courteous people. Came in for a service call for $19.99. They diagnosed the dryer within 15 minutes having to do with the dryer vent. Very happy with the service call and would use them for my other appliances.

I called AAA Century for an appointment to have my washing machine repaired. The problem stemmed, I believe, from the spin mode. A very knowledgeable repair person arrived right on time. His name is Bruno and conducted a thorough search of the machine to identify the problem. Bruno is a professional, took the washing machine apart and spotted the problem. He is methodical and leaves the area where he worked in good shape. I would hire this company again for sure and request Bruno for any repairs that I need. I believe he is an asset to the company.

I called Monday morning and an appointment was arranged around my schedule for that day. The serviceman arrived as promised and determined what the problem was. He quoted me a price for the repair including the replacement part. It was ordered and I received a call the next day to schedule the appointment. Both times the technicians called me and arrived within the scheduled window. They were very polite, professional and completed the work quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

The provider told me he could make a cheap repair, or a repair so expensive it would be cheaper to get a new washer. I chose the cheap repair, but it broke something else that I didn't realize until a couple of months later. Now I have a new washing machine that I will have repaired by a different company.

The technician, Richard, showed up on time and was very professional. He figured out what was wrong with my refrigerator and freezer and discussed the options of fixing it with me. As the appliance is almost 10 years old and I have already had an expensive repair by another service a year ago (which was an awful experience) he gave us an estimate and suggested we think about it and let him know if we want to have it fixed again. He was fair, honest, and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to anybody.

Richard arrived at my home on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He provided top-not customer service and thorough information about why I was having certain issues with my washer dryer. It turned out that both units are working as expected and any issues were normal with age. It was a relief to work with someone who truly had my best interest in mind, and not eager to perform unnecessary repairs. In addition, he gave me some great tips for keeping some of my other appliances in good repair.

AAA Century repaired my dryer yesterday. They showed up on time, the most friendly knowledgeable tech Washington cleaned and repaired my dryer in an hour for an unbelievable price. I would recommend them to anyone. Awesome!!!!!

The provider assessed my refrigerator, determined it was a well-known systemic issue with the particular manufacturer and recommended I pursue alternate course of action for repairing it. I have not run into a more knowledgeable, prepared and honest repairman until now. I will be calling on this company again. All anybody ever wants is the truth, and what is the best possible course of action for them when it comes to appliances. This company delivers it.

Got them to send someone later than 6 on a weekday- always a good thing.

Scheduler called early Monday AM and booked at appointment between 10-2 on the same day. Tech arrived close to 10 AM and quickly diagnosed the issue. He had to go to the warehouse to get a part and committed to coming back "later today, or first thing tomorrow." He made it back today and replaced the motor. Problem fixed!

The company was very prompt to respond to my email inquiry about a service call and they were kind enough to adjust the timing window so that it would work with my schedule for needing to drive my kids to/from school. Washington came out for the service call and he arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He listened to me explain all of my fridge issues and after inspecting it, he took the time to explain to me what the problem was and what was needed to fix it, which I appreciated very much. A few days after his repair, I called with a question regarding the same unit and they sent Washington back out to check on it (turned out it was working just fine). Customer service with this company has been excellent, which can be hard to come by in South Florida as we're finding being new transplants here. I will definitely call these guys again if I have any issues with any appliance. I highly recommend.

Great experience. I called them on the basis of the Angie's list reviews, as I did not know any appliance repair companies. I spoke with the office first (Missy) and told her what I thought I needed. She researched the part and got back to me quickly with an estimate. I opted to have them come out to do a service call to make sure of what was needed. Washington came out the next day, diagnosed the problems quickly, the parts were ordered that day, and they returned 3 days later to do the work, which was also done in s short amount of time. Fast response, efficient; Washington was highly professional and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again.

it went great. Same day service which i was thrilled as we have a lot of laundry and our clothes were getting mildew. I had called another company two days before and they could not come till tomorrow. That's when my husband decided to join Angie's list and find someone else. Best decision ever!. Richard from AAA century came within a couple hours and we are back in business!! We will be using Angies list for all our future recommendations and I highly recommend AAA century.
