AAA Century Appliance LLC

Before scheduling an appointment, I asked if they are able to repair my particular model. They ended up sending a person who sounded like they knew what they were doing but shared that he himself would not be doing the specific repair. However, I was quoted a high price for repair and labor and decided to get a second quote. The other company took pictures and showed me what needed to be repaired and educated me about my refrigerator. It turned out that the issue was a different component of the refrigerator. I would have appreciated if AAA Century Appliance would have scheduled me with the person who normally works on my particular refrigerator or told me that they would not be able to help me rather than sending someone and having to pay a house call charge.

After spending a significant amount of time looking at the problem, the technician explained to me what each refrigerator problem was. He then explained my options. I decided not repair because it was going to be more expensive than the actual repair. The refrigerator was over 18 years old and it made sense not to do it. I have used AAA Century Appliance LLC several times to perform repairs on my house and my home rentals. They are always punctual, polite, and honest. Since I started using them, I no longer shop around for repairs on my appliances. Regards, RVJ

Not good. Looking for a new company

Same-day service is not a joke! I put in an appointment request last night through their website, and they called me first thing this morning to set a definite appointment. They were at my house within two hours, and fixed the refrigerator water dispenser that was leaking all over the place. They told me upfront that they might not be able to fix it because the interior hose might not be long enough, but they would try. Thankfully, they were able to fix it - works perfectly now!

It was wonderful. It took about 4 hours for the entire job and he was very efficient. He checked everything at the end to be sure it was correct. I would use this company again and highly recommend them. Very courteous, professional and efficient. Thank you! The cost included parts and labor.

Called prior to arrival as instructed, luckily re-checked previous work done and discovered issue was not as was previously stated by another repair person. Labon was courteous, clean and quick in his work. Company updated us on arrival of part and scheduling of repair. Completely pleased with work performed and customer service by AAA Century Appliance. Would absolutely recommend.

The service manager Washington spend a considerable amount of time looking at my oven and looking up the problem. He ended up telling me that it could be one of two parts, but that he could not be sure that replacing either or both would actually fix the issue and leaving it up to me to decide if I wanted to spend over $700 and possibly not get the oven fixed. I ended up choosing not to repair and was grateful for his honesty. He was more concerned about being fair to me and having me not be satisfied with the repair if it did not work than he was in just doing a repair that might not work. I will not hesitate to call this company again.

When I called Century Appliance, they promptly answered the phone and they came out to do the service on the very same morning. They explained all their pricing to me over the phone so I knew what to expect. Washington arrived at my door exactly on time. He listened to my explanation of the issues and went directly to work. Within one hour, he had fixed both appliances to perfect working order. I am so impressed and I would definitely recommend and hire them again.

Richard made small adjustments to quiet the machines. No major work was proposed, at this time.

Called AAA Century first thing in the morning and got an appointment for the same afternoon. It was a four hour window and I was told that Washington, the technician would call before coming to the house. He called early in the time window and arrived when he said he would. He was polite and professional and showed me the problem with my refrigerator and explained how he could resolve it and how much the job would cost. I agreed, Washington did the repair, and the refrigerator is dispensing water normally again.

Richard was here on time and identified the problem within a short time. I paid the service charge of $19.95. I was not happy that I have to buy a new refrigerator, but I was very happy with AAA Century Service. Richard wore a uniform and was clean and orderly. He was a very good representative for the company. I recommend this company highly.

Excellent! Labon was so polite, professional and efficient. He was able to repair our oven door and explained what had happened. This was my first time using this company and I can tell you my end to end experience with everyone I spoke to was excellent. I highly recommend them.

From the first call to the end they were very professional and courteous. I was having a knocking sound that was coming from my front loading dryer and gave them a call after reading their reviews on Angie's list. After the technician inspected it he informed me (as well as showed me) that the dryer drum was cracked. Luckily the warehouse had an exact match and it was schedule a few days later and in no time it was replaced. Very happy with this company and would use them again without hesitation.

AWESOME. Bruno did an amazing job. I had another company look at ice maker and they stated it could not be fixed without a model number. That's when I contacted AAA. Bruno went above and beyond in his research to figure out the parts needed to perform repair. My dirty martinis are flowing once again!! Thank you AAA and Bruno!!

Bruno came out was very very helpful found problem and didn't charge a service fee since I was ordering part. I would use them again and in fact I'm a forever customer now. I would use them again no questions asked they where great. A+ in my book.

It was perfect. The initial call to AAA Century was handled in a very courteous and professional manner, as was the appointment scheduling. Labon, service technician, arrived at the scheduled time. He quickly got to work and evaluated each separate motor's performance. After determining the cause, he just as quickly resolved the problem and Voila! Cold air in the fridge! Labon is a professional, articulate, and very knowledgeable young man. It was a pleasure watching someone work who actually knew what they were doing. Thank you, Labon!
