Description of Work: NO SHOW. Was give a 2 hour window 2-4PM called at 3:30 PM. Spoke to man who said he would get in touch with his service tech and gave my phone number a second time. At 4:20 PM I called back and no one answered. Called again got an answering service that dropped my call. They are unreliable and wasted my day waiting around for them. DON'T BE FOOLED.

Description of Work: Replaced the water intake solenoid in our Superba 42 Kitchen Aid refrigerator and relocated the filter. Cost was 400.00. Washington came to our house and he was punctual and did a good job.

Description of Work: What a great experience. I have used this company twice and could not be happier. I am 3,000 miles away from a rental property, and anytime I have a repair to do I am at the mercy of whomever I can get to do the work. Ranieri was the technician sent to the property. All I can say is great service and follow up!

Description of Work: Fridg wasn't cooling properly. They came out and hooked it up to their diagnostics and said I may need another mother board. (Expensive) Put everything back, cleaned everything and it started to work again and has ever since.

Description of Work: I had a problem with my 4 year old Bosch dishwasher - the unit would run with the 1 minute remaining light on - but it would run at the cycle for 90 minutes and have soap at the bottom. The repairman said someone must have put dishwash soap in the machine and that it should resolve itself in a few cycles. Very nice man but he did not thoroughly check the unit and do any type of diagnostic work (computer readers etc.). The next couple of days the same problems persisted but it got worse - the unit would not shut off. This time I called an authorized Bosch repairman and my news got worse - $500 to change the drain filter and heater element . Instead of throwing anymore money at the Bosch I turned around and bought a new dishwasher (and it was NOT a Bosch!)

Description of Work: Requested an estimate, they told me what it would be and agreed with me that I should not spend $450 on a 6 year old washer. The service call was $20, which I was told in advance, but is worth it for their expert advice. They were a little slow returning my call, but they did show up when they were supposed to, and were professional.
