Steve, the repairman, was very good spirited, exceedingly helpful and thoroughly skilled.

The tech, Steve C., knew exactly what the problem was with the refrigerator door, had the parts and fixed it on the spot. Our microwave needed to be removed from the wall to replace the light bulb. He did that neatly and efficiently. He was great.

Steve was very professional when he arrived! He was able to fix my refrigerator issue on the spot. I had another issue with my disposal and will be having Steve come out another day to fix that! They were quick to make an appointment for my issue and worked with my hectic work schedule!

Trying to find problem with leak in refrigerator - very thorough to look everywhere until the leak was found and fixed. Had to look for part for my dishwasher that is no longer manufactured. they found it, had it delivered to them in two days and had it installed the same day. Spencer is great
