Craig Snyder Lawn Care Service

Everything went great! Craig trimmed up the 2 trees about 10 ft as requested. We had to remove a couple shrubs and 1 tree to put in a fence. He cleaned up the areas and stacked it so it could be easily removed.

Awesome. Kept me informed on progress. Cleaned up all debris after.

The work was accomplished, however the clean-up was unsatisfactory. The needed equipment was not brought and Mr. Snyder had to return to his home to get it. After he and his helper left we were missing some personal items. I called Mr. Snyder and he assured me that he would "check on it" and return to finish some clean-up. I haven't heard from him since then. I do not feel the service provided was worth over $50 per man-hour.

arrived on time, with a helper. Craig and Rodney were professional and courteous. discussed what I wanted to happen with the very large live tree in front yard. They worked diligently and cleaned up the street and yard when finished. Great job.

Craig and Rodney did a great job. Great guys. They worked very hard until the job was done. The service was exactly what I was looking for and I would definetly use the company again. Anybody wanting the job done right should hire this company.

It went OK. They are more of a lawn and garden service, not tree trimming. I needed more extensive tree work but, they were fine. I had to pay $50 more. They didn't haul off the debris, hauling off the debris would have been good, it wasn't that extensive. They were pleasant and they were pricey.

Craig and Anthony did a wonderful job. There was a miscommunication about the date the work was to be done and they arrived earlier than I expected. They said they could come back on the day I expected them but we went ahead and did it early. We talked about the work I wanted done in a priority order (in case they were unable finish all of it). They did all three sections I needed, cleaned up all the yard debris and put it by the street for pickup. Craig asked if it met my approval after each section was completed. This was not a normal backyard project The bushes were very overgrown and a couple of unplanned and unwanted trees needed to be cut with a chainsaw.. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

Avoid this group at all cost. And I would also say avoid "Angies List Deals." I paid $35. They never contacted me. No service provided. I wrote Angies list about a refund and they also didn't respond. Is this whole thing a scam? Help.

Did a great job

It went very well. Craig and associate were very professional, thorough, and proficient. They went out of their way to exceed my expectations. They altered their schedule to complete my project request as it exceeded my prepaid four hours. I highly recommend Craig Snyder Lawn Care Services.

Great. Craig was very thorough and asked exactly what services we wanted completed. Craig and his co-worker went non-stop, full bore for the whole hour and a half; and, trimmed a great deal of branches. The service included cutting the branches to size and taking the limbs to the roadside for pick-up.

Craig and Rodney did a great job. The tree was very close to the house and they were very careful to remove branches first and then bring down the mail trunk to keep the house safe. Would be happy to use them again.

Craig worked with me the entire time cutting the limbs that I requested and some that my neighbor requested because the tree is partially over his yard. He was in contact with me all along the way and even came earlier than originally scheduled which was great. He and his helper stacked the cut limbs for City pickup which should be tomorrow, so the timing of his visit was great. He was very courteous and professional as was his helper. Both nice men. He only did about half the clean up described above for the $200. He did not clean the dead vegetation from the ditch or private canal and did only part of the raking. He advised any more clean up would charge an additional $35 per hour. When I tried to discuss it with him he became defensive, loud and abusive. He offered to give me back $200, then $100. He then offered to mow the yard for free and to be done with it. I told him I wanted the work done and not the money and I left. When I returned he did a terrible job on the supposedly free mowing. He left big patches and strips and very little weed eating. I have included photos of the last mowing.

Grass was high in the back yard and needed extra attention. Craig Snyder did an excellent job.

Wonderful. He was very courteous and a hard worker. It was defiantly worth it and I will use his company again. I highly recommend them!

Craig and Jonathan arrived considerably later than the hour expected but they worked very fast and diligently even tho it rained. They were able to clear the fern area completely and several bags of cane. All the trimmings were properly bagged and placed at the street within the two hours. They were very polite and worked without guidance to do the job a hand. I was pleased with the work they did.

A couple sprinkler pipes were broken but they were under the plants (large gardenia bushes) and he could not see them. He came back and repaired the pipes. We are going to use him on future work.

They got us in quickly, showed up on time and got it all done.

no equipment to remove tree stumps. work was done manually - two men for 2 hours. Very nice gentlemen who are use to working with each other. They were not able to finish in time allotted and they were booked solid for the next 3 weeks. I recommend booking more than two hours for two men, the process takes time. They worked very hard for the solid two hours!
