Great! He called to schedule to give me an estimate the next day (Dec. 23) but we were going out of town for the day so he rescheduled for Monday Dec. 26. He brought a helper and they gave us an estimate and did the work in about 2 hrs. They were hardworkers. I'd definitely call them again.

First of all, Craig was the 1st of 3 vendors that actually called me back. I had called 2 other Angie's List vendors with 2015 top awards noted. Neither of the 2 called me back, nor responded to my email. It was about 2 weeks after Hurricane Matthew, so I know some companies were probably still busy. (I would like to have at least gotten a call/email to say such.) As my hunt for help wasn't going well, I was truly relieved when Craig, himself, answered the phone. He came out to my house that same day to give a quote. He offered a couple of options for how much to trim/branches removed, etc and decent pricing for the options. He then said he could come by later in the week to complete the work. We chose the more 'complete' option which involved removing 1 very large limb and then heavy trimming on the side facing the neighbor's house. He even cuts up the branches into smaller pieces and leaves them neatly piled by the street for "green" trash pick up! And, I do mean neat! Not only did he do nice work on the tree, I was surprised at how neat he stacked the "trash" for us. I definitely would recommend Craig Snyder for tree work. Thank you Craig!

It went very good. The crew even stayed overtime to finish the job. They were neatly dressed and very professional in how they treated me. Got to give them high marks.

After an initial issue to get in contact everything went well. They did a good job and the realtor's pictures look great!

Craig did a great job. Yard looked great we he was finished. Paid for 4 hours of labor and definitely got my monies worth. Would have taken me a whole weekend and a bottle of advil to do the same amount of work. Will use him again.

Craig and his assistant, Rodney, were thoroughly professional. They did everything I asked with smiles on their faces. Time ran out on the 3 man hour deal I had purchased and they continued to do some odds and ends as well as answering some questions I I had about things to plant in the future before they left. They cleaned up all debris and left it by the curb for my HOA pickup the following day. I would definitely use Craig's services again.

I called Craig to get a quote for removing two, dead medium-sized trees from my front yard, and he stopped by on his way home for the day. We are preparing to sell our home, and I mentioned I'd really love some help cleaning up the landscaping, too. He happened to have the time, so he removed both trees, cleaned up our landscaping, and gave us great advice on how to complete the rest of the job ourselves (steps to take to get down mulch and make the yard look better.) He was here for a few hours. I feel the price was right for what he did, he did a phenomenal job, and he was easy going and great to work with. I highly recommend hiring him!

We had an Angies Deal - $300 for 4 hours of work. It went great. Scheduling was easy, Craig was pretty flexible. He came out to do the work himself with one other guy, They finished what we needed within the 4 hours, and it was a lot of work - the palm fronds hadn't been trimmed in probably 4 years.

Craig arrived promptly as scheduled, and introduced himself and his assistant. I walked him around my lot and asked if the tree trimming (some was pretty high and out of reach) I desired was possible. He said yes. Craig promptly went to work, was very conscientious about where and how the heavy limbs and tree's fell. I was concerned about my fence and my gardens, and I was extremely pleased with Craig's skills and knowledge with tree trimming. Also, he came fully equipped, with all the tools, chainsaws, ladders, and extension saws that they needed to perform their work. They cleaned up just as I had requested, and they completed the work within the estimated time, meaning, they did not try to drag out the work and did not ask for more money. I really love the work they did for me and highly recommend them to you. Professional, respectful and HONEST!

I wanted them to come out and clean my yard and mow and trim. We agreed with two people to do the job and I specified I needed them ASAP. He messaged me and said it would either be Monday or Wednesday after 4. I said okay and he never showed up either of those times. I did not get a phone call and I gave him my phone number. I canceled the deal as I checked my messages every day. I will use someone else.

We have a large island in the front of our yard that was overtaken by many weeds. Craig spent most of the time tearing a lot of these up and then trimmed some of our palm trees. He was very nice and very flexible.

He is very knowledgable and helpful. I will definitely call Craig again.
