+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE ON THE PHONE AND I ACTUALLY GOT TO TALK TO A REAL LIVE TECHNICIAN AND NOT JUST SOME RECEPTIONIST WHO WANTED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.
Description of Work: I HAD CALLED SEVEN DIFFERENT HEATING AND COOLING PLACES AND I WANTED TO TALK TO SOMEONE, BUT ALL OF THEM WANTED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK. MY SYSTEM WAS NOT COOLING. I FINALLY CALLED WE CAN AND STEVE ASKED ME IF THE OUTSIDE UNIT WAS COMING ON AT ALL. I TOLD HIM NO. HE ASKED IF I HAD CHECKED THE BREAKER. I HADN'T AND SURE ENOUGH, IT WAS THE BREAKER! HE EXPLAINED THAT TURNING THE THERMOSTAT UP, DOWN AND THEN BACK UP AGAIN RAPIDLY COULD CAUSE THE BREAKER TO TRIP. HE SAVED ME A SERVICE CALL. I TOLD HIM I WOULD TELL ANGIE!!!
