The system works better than it ever did! I called & Steve came out within an hour. A couple hours later, it was all fixed and ready to go. He had great customer service! He was very knowledgeable and it was a good value for the money that I spent.

They were courteous, punctual and very professional. You name it, they were that. There was a leak in my roof and they immediately evaluated and provided a quote for me. They are good at plumbing. There are a lot of jobs they do, their specialty is air conditioning. They are really fantastic. They were very caring and compassionate, they welcomed me very well into my new neighborhood. They are my saviors, if it wasn't for them. I wouldn't know where to turn.

it all went very well my heat or air here wasnt working And we had a cold spell needed some one right away the unit ran for sum time while i was away and one part of unit gave up as it still ran and fried other part in proccess it was great to know the blower motor and mother bourd was still under warranty the 2 things that went i thought i would be into some money,s to replace it all then steve check out parts and found my parts and unit was still under warrenty that i had no clue of that being i purchased this home as is so you can imagine i was gratful to hear that and question if any one els would of told me that ...its why i want to say Thank You So i,m pretty gratful for the mans honesty and found him to really be knowledgeable thorough in his work And he went and pick up warrenty parts aswell for me And i realy felt i luck out with my many choices and had found him thank you very much for your service Paul B

Adding refrigerant, cleaning condenser coil, condensate drain, cleaning blower components, measure velocity (RPM) of air flow and adjustment for optimum efficiency value, intake new air filter system, and various. Great! Steve checked the heating system and made some minor changes to the system to ensure that it is running at optimum performance. Steve also removed debris from the outside fan unit for the AC and we put a cover over it to keep the leaves out.

A little expensive but work was fine.

Steve arrived on time and installed per estimate, which was the most reasonably priced of the several estimates we obtained from various heating and a/c companies. We followed his recommendations for installing a heat pump to save on rising natural gas costs. He did the work, but it took several days longer than he anticipated. We were extremely pleased with the results, and would highly recommend We Can Unlimited Mechanical Services, Inc.

STEVE CAME OUT TO GIVE ME THE QUOTE, HE WAS ON TIME AND VERY FRIENDLY. WE NEEDED TO REPLACE THE FURNACE AND AC IN OUR NEWLY PURCHASED HOME AND WANTED TO GO WITH HIGH EFFICIENCY. WE CAN UNLIMITED USES AMERICAN STANDARD SYSTEMS, AND OFFER FINANCING. THEIR QUOTE WAS FOR APPROX. $7400. FOR THE EFFICIENCY WE WERE LOOKING FOR NOT AN OUTRAGEOUS QUOTE. AFTER GETTING QUOTES FROM 5 DIFFERENT HVAC COMPANIES IT CAME DOWN TO WE CAN UNLIMITED AND ANOTHER COMPANY. WE WENT WITH THE OTHER COMPANY IN THE END BUT IT WAS REALLY CLOSE!! I WOULD BE HAPPY TO HAVE WE CAN UNLIMITED TO WORK IN MY HOME.

WE WERE PRETTY UNHAPPY OVERALL. MY HUSBAND ENDED UP DOING THE WORK WITH A HANDYMAN FRIEND WHILE THE TENANTS WERE LIVING THERE. IT INVOLVED CUTTING A HOLE IN THE WALL WHICH I WAS TRYING TO AVOID WHILE TENANTS WERE LIVING THERE. I WROTE A LETTER TO STEVE AFTER HE SENT THE $95 BILL (WHICH WE WERE NOT TOLD WE WERE GOING TO GET). STEVE CASHED OUR CHECK, AND DIDN'T RESPOND.

COMPANY NEVER RETURNED CALL. WE PROCEEDED WITH ANOTHER CONTRACTOR.

STEVE HAD A GUY COME OUT TO DO THE REPAIR THE SAME DAY I CALLED. EVEN THOUGH THE REPAIR WAS A SUCCESS, I DECIDED TO REPLACE THE REPAIRED UNIT WHICH WAS ALREADY 16 YEARS OLD. STEVE GAVE ME AN OK PRICE ON THE NEW UNIT, AND GAVE ME A GOOD DISCOUNT ON THE REPAIR WORK HE'D ALREADY DONE.

PRE-SALES CONTACT WAS GREAT. STEVE CHECKS BACK WITH YOU TO ENSURE YOUR PROJECT STAYS ON SCHEDULE. POST SALES CONTACT WAS JUST AS GREAT. STEVE WALKED ME AROUND TO SHOW ALL THAT HAD BEEN DONE AND ANY SPECIAL CHALLENGES THAT WERE MET, OR ITEMS THAT I MIGHT NEED TO ADDRESS. WORK WAS PERFORMED ON SCHEDULE. WORK PERFORMED WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. ALL JOINTS SEALED, PIPE RUNS WELL THOUGHT OUT AND NEAT. WORK AREA LEFT VERY CLEAN. THEY WORKED EXTREMELY HARD TO ENSURE THIS INSTALLATION WAS DONE RIGHT. THIS SHOWED IN THE OBVIOUS ATTENTION TO DETAIL. VERY, VERY PLEASED.

I HAD TO RESCHEDULE 1ST APPOINTMENT WITH OWNER. RESCHEDULED PRIOR TO 1ST APPOINTMENT BUT STEVE SEEMED INCONVENIENCED. 2 OTHER TECH SHOWED UP PROMPTLY FOR 2ND APPOINTMENT. I FIRST WANTED ONLY AN ESTIMATE. THEY ASSUMED I WAS HAVING THEM DO THE REPAIRS AND BEGAN TO CUT OPEN FURNACE COMPARTMENT & REMOVE PARTS. THEY RETURNED NEXT DAY TO DO THE ACTUAL REPAIRS (NEEDED TO GET PARTS). THEY WERE NOT TOO WILLING TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. I WANTED A WRITTEN ESTIMATE. YET, RECEIVED ONLY A VERBAL ESTIMATE OF $380. THEY SHOWED UP PROMPTLY ON 2ND DAY AND COMPLETED REPAIRS IN 1 HOUR LESS THAN ESTIMATED. I RECEIVED 2 DUPLICATE BILLS WHICH WERE HIGHER THAN VERBAL ESTIMATE. OWNER STATED THAT I WAS BILLED FOR 3 ADDITIONAL HOURS OF LABOR (TIME SPENT " LOCATING MY PARTS" AT THE SUPPLY CENTER''). ALSO, OWNER NOT WILLING TO PROVIDE ME WITH ANY WARRANTEE INFORMATION ON INSTALLED PARTS. QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN GOOD BUT DECEPTIVE & LOW-BALL ESTIMATE DISCOURAGED ME FROM USING THEM AGAIN.

THEY ACTUALLY TALKED TO ME, OVER THE PHONE, TO HELP ME FIX THE PROBLEM MYSELF!!! STEVE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SAVED ME A TON OF MONEY!!! A+++++! IT JUST REQUIRED A FLIP OF A SWITCH!

STEVE WAS COURTEOUS AND ATTEMPTED TO HELP US OUT ON A TIGHT BUDGET. ALL IN ALL, WE ARE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK, BUT FEEL THAT IT DID END UP COSTING MORE THAN EXPECTED, BECAUSE OF INCOMPLETE COMMUNICATION WITH US, AND BECAUSE HE WAS NOT ON SITE WITH THE SUBS TO DIRECT THEM. IF I WERE TO CALL STEVE IN THE FUTURE, I WOULD ASK THAT HE DO THE WORK HIMSELF, AND WOULD HAVE A SIT DOWN MEETING, BEFORE WE BEGIN, TO BE SURE THAT ALL THE OPTIONS HAD BEEN DISCUSSED AND DECISIONS WERE CLEAR. THE LOWER SCORE FOR PROFESSIONALISM REFLECTS MORE ON THE SUBS THAN ON STEVE. HE WAS ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH US.

THEY PREFER EMAIL CONTACT, BUT HE DOESN'T RESPOND ALL THAT QUICKLY. HE DOES RESPOND QUICKLY TO CALLS. HE DID GREAT WORK. BASICALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

STEVE WAS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL AND PATIENT IN EXPLAINING THE PROBLEM AND SOLUTION. HE DID A GREAT JOB AND EVEN WENT BEYOND WHAT WAS ASKED BY REPLACING THE HUMIDIFIER CONTROL GAUGE WHICH WAS OLD AND SO WORN THE NUMBERS COULDN'T BE READ EASILY. I WAS QUITE IMPRESSED AND WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

THE TECH WAS VERY POLITE AND DID A GOOD JOB. WE HAVE A FEW OTHER THINGS TO GET DONE AND WE WILL CALL THEM.

STEVE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS VERY PROMPT AND WORKED AROUND OUR SCHEDULE. HIS PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE AND HE DOES A WONDERFUL JOB! WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEVE AND WILL USE HIM AGAIN FOR FUTURE ELECTRICAL WORK.

EXCELLENT QUALITY, INSPECTOR JUST APPROVED EVERYTHING. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, WERE PROFESSIONAL, AND I'M VERY PLEASED. NO NEGATIVE ASPECTS OF THIS EXPERIENCE AT ALL. EXCELLENT FOLLOW THROUGH. MET THE INSPECTOR WHEN HE CAME HERE.
