Called and made the appointment, Paul showed up, explained what needed to be done and he gave us an estimate and then the bill. When he got here he had to check system and went beyond to replace what else was needed and added what was needed. Paul explained everything before he did it, showed me what might be wrong outside. We were very pleased with his proper explanation of every step, what it would cost and even did extra to finish the job. The next morning I called to say I needed anew system because the chemical he put in had leaked out during the night. The owner came to explain what & when he could start the work and that afternoon being so hot outside, came back with a portable unit so my family could sleep comfortable until he replaced the unit. I was very glad to have the portable unit and it helped us stay comfortable.... I am happy with the work done.

Went well. They do good work. I pay $19.95 per month for a service plan, but have still had to pay some fairly large out of pocket costs to fix problems. I have no one to compare them to in Palm Coast, but still feel they would probably compare very favorably to other such companies there.

The previous homeowners used them and all the neighbors use them. They all said they were good and we agree.

They were a little bit more expensive than others; but they were thorough. They checked the furnace out. They were good. They lived up to their expectation, so they would be someone I would use again. Everything was done very professionally. They weren't the lowest priced, and they were fair. The quality was fine.

We have a monthly service with them. When a couple of other things happen they come out on time. They do good work at a fair price and they are responsive. We've been very impressed.

My AC went out on a Monday night.. mondya morning I called Accu-temp and was given a 3 o-clock service time that day!. An hour later, they called and offered an 11 o-clock time.. I took it. Ron showed up right on the spot.. 11am sharp. I very good first impression indeed. Ron was very professional, informative and friendly. I had looked into the AC system a bit (had a few covers off) and Ron took no offense and explained what he was doing and offered advice to keep the system running at its peak. He went about his work quickly and was never pushy or demanding. The system needed 3 pounds of Freon. At first he got the system working fine, with a 15 degree drop in temp.. That is considered normal and OK, but Ron didn'r stop at good enough.. he worked another 20 minuts and double-checked the system using an advanced digital metering system and got the system working excellent.. a 21 degree differental in incoming to outgoing air temp. The AC works so much better than it has in years Excellent service.. ask for Ron. He was the best I've seen

Overall I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

We got to our Florida condo to find the AC wasn't working. It was late Friday evening and we took a shot and called a few places. Accutemp responded the next morning and were apologetic they didn't call back the previous night, even though it was after 10 p.m. They waved their normal trip charge. They were very friendly and easy to work with, always with good customer service fist and foremost.

I am a 72 year old senior living in an adult commmunity on a fix income. Of course price is inportant to me but so is intergrity and honesty. Checking with some of my neighbors that had their A/C replaced the name of Accu-Temp and its owner Chuck was the one most recommended. There price was more then $1600 less for a simulair unit that had previously quoted to me by another company and why the middle of the line unit was a better buy for me rather then the top of the line unit since I am not eligible for tax credit. The price also included installing a cement base for unit to rest on to keep it from rusting so quickly as the old one. Within four hours after agreeing to purchase the unit was up and running installed by very hard working guys that got it right the first time. Accu-Temp is a small local company just seems to try harder at an honest prilce.

He is always nice, respectful, professional, and on time. The A/C drip pan began leaking onto our ceiling. We called him and he was out first thing the next morning. He fixed it and cleaned everything up when he was done. Also, he didn't overcharge.
