After reviewing the air ducts, James, the technician determined that they did not. We then said that we wanted to make an appointment to get the dryer vent cleaned and they said they would be able to do it at that same appointment. We appreciated that we were not pressured into cleaning the ducts and that the dryer vent could be taken care of right away. The technicians were professional and did a great job on the dryer vent.

Difficult because this is a rental property and we are unable to be there. All went well. Pleased with the responsiveness. Good customer service.

Accutemp replaced some wiring our lawn guy hit with a trimmer and it is working great now.

It was good. Their price is very competitive. They come out the same day if we have an issue. Their punctuality is as good as it can be in this business and they do their best.

They were very professional and When I told them my budget, they were more than willing to work with me.

I also used them to replace my air conditioner both inside and outside. I liked them very much. They are very prompt, good and very nice. I have a service contract that came when I bought the unit. You always want something a little cheaper. They give me a time that they are going to be and they are usually, like, a minute late or whatever, so they are good. The workers who come to do the maintenance are very nice.

Like I said they came out and they did the tune up and the cost was what they said that it would be.

I had two problems this past year, 2016, with my air conditioning. They even came on a Sunday to get my air conditioning working. They're very good, they're prompt, the prices are fair, I've never had a problem. I've been using them for years.

I wasn't crazy about them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We were very happy with their work, service, promptness and everything. They were great. The service was great. I'd tell them that they did excellent work and were very honest and straightforward, understandable. They always come complete and did a great job. I have no complaints whatsoever. They did what they came to do and polite. I thought their service is really good.

It was fine, great. They charge me $105 a year for the two visits. I've been using them for years. They put in my new system. It was high quality, very professional. They usually use the same people, they're good people.

Their service has always been wonderful! They come twice a year. I have a service plan for the year, so it is part of that. I have never had a problem and they are always on top of things. I think their price is in line with the other companies. I don?t think they are the cheapest, but their quality of work is good. They don?t attempt to add anything add anything they don?t have to, they fix any problems there are and the system is always running perfect. I guess that is what you want with an air conditioning system. I have 2 air conditioners, two outside central air systems, so they work on both of them each time.

Have been using them, going on 3 years. I guess if you shop around, you could get someone cheaper, but again it is the quality of work that counts! They are always on time, they?re always here and if there is a problem, they will call. Well, the good thing about it is we've had 3 different employees, we always try to get the same employee, but each one has been better than the next. They are always very good! The ones that left, go higher in the company, it is not that they left the company.

The first time, my son recommended it for a rental house that I own. My son was living there at that time, so we put in a new system, air conditioning system over there and they worked really well and so then I started using them to maintain mine and then I bought a new crane system from them for my house, so we've been using them since 2009 I think.

We found them to be a little expensive. They do good work, but we found that they were just priced higher. They are very responsive.

They do good work, but we feel that they overcharged us. They're always prompt. They do a good job. When we first started with them, he did excellent work. When they had gotten bigger and had other people work for them, that's when the problem started. Chuck was fantastic, he was always on time, reasonable priced.

Great communication and prompt and professional results. We also bought a bi-yearly service contract in which they come every six months to maintain and test it and we could not be happier. Recommend them 100%.

They found the problem and I only paid for the installation because the thermostat was still under warranty.

I called them from New Hampshire and they were in Florida. I wanted to keep one person, and I didn't want to keep on finding somebody new. I like that they call you and remind you that it is time for service. They are on top of their contract. They took care of business within a day or two, and everything was fixed fairly quickly. I did everything over the phone and email. They sent me a copy of the bill by mail when they were finished. I didn't think the price was outrageous.
