We purchased a home with beautiful terra cotta floors pretty much throughout the entire living space minus bedrooms and baths. We knew they were disgusting and had wanted to hire a professional cleaning company prior to moving in. We had someone recommended to us from our realtor and it took him weeks to come out for an estimate. By the time he came we were well into the other renovations of our house and didn't have time to wait for his schedule to clean the floors due to other circumstances forcing us to move in prior to when we expected. He did come out and give us an estimate but only for the cleaning. He said that we would have to see how much it would cost for sealing after he was finished cleaning the floor. I told a coworker about this and she suggested Angie's List. I quickly signed on and did a quick review of my options and found Apex. The fact that they had Sunday hours really made a difference for me as we had by then been living in the space with the disgusting floors. When I called and spoke with Alicia I felt so relieved. She very quickly gave me an estimate which included sealing. I was thrilled and booked it for the first available date. Knowing that we were uncomfortable living in this space she quickly called me the next day to let me know they had a cancellation and they could be out sooner- the following day! I was thrilled and said yes, absolutely! He showed up the following day as scheduled and stayed well into the evening until finishing the job. It was supposed to be a two day job but he got it done at once. He was very professional and did an excellent job. They also cleaned the upholstery on two of my chairs. We are so happy with our new floors and our clean chairs, I cant even say enough good things. We absolutely love Apex and are so thankful that we found them. We are having them come back to clean the other tile floors and bath, and our outdoor patio areas.

Most of the cleaned areas looked very refreshed, There were still a few stains which we didn't expect to see cleaned.

Craig did an excellent job both times. Before starting the jobs he walked through the townhome and explained everything he was going to do. For the carpet cleaning my sister was present (I was not because I had to work) but I saw the result later and it was a vast improvement. Since the carpets were so dirty Craig had to spend extra time cleaning them than originally planned but the cost was still within the estimate originally quoted. I was there for the stretching and was very happy also with everything he did. Now I don't have to worry about my 82-year-old mother who is no longer steady on her feet anyway tripping over the bulges in the carpet. Craig was very upbeat, polite, professional and altogether a pleasure to deal with. Both my sister and I intend to use Apex in the future to clean the carpets in the homes we are currently renting after we move with our mother into our new home.

Craig was excellant! Apex called first to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived right on time. He worked diligently without stopping to take a break (for hours), cleaned up everything to my satisfaction afterward. I must say I am thoroughly pleased with the results. The carpets look great! My sister called Apex to have them stretch the carpets 2 weeks later, and they sent Craig again to do the job, and again, the results were fantastic! I am definitely contacting Apex in the future for all carpet, floor ,and apholestory related work, and request Craig be the one they sernd. The price was more than reasonable for both jobs (cleaning and stretching all carpets), under $600.00, and the service professional.

Carpets were a disaster, so we weren't expecting much. They exceeded our expectations.

Perfect service! The owner of the company is VERY happy with Apex. We have a blue carpet that had a very bad traffic lane stain from when the driveway was sealed. Unlike two other carpet cleaning companies who could not get the stain up(no pretreat), Apex was able to pretreat the traffic lane and clean the entire carpet and now you can almost not see the traffic lanes any longer on a 10 year old high traffic carpet. Unreal and amazing work. Not much else to add, we are still kind of stunned that Apex cleaned the traffic lane so well. After so many attempts by others with no success we thought the carpet was ruined.

I contacted Apex on Feb. 7th, 2015. They promptly responded to my request for an estimate. Since our home is kind of far from their office, they gave me an estimate based on my description of the room sizes, type of carpeting, and extent of the stains. Within 10 days they were out cleaning my carpet. I had a lot of pet stains in the hallway from the previous owner. Craig came out and first worked on the stains and then did the rest of the carpeting. At first, I wasn't happy because the carpet was much wetter than I expected based on previous cleaning from other companies. Also, there were still stains left on the upholstered chair. It took over two days for the carpeting to dry, and there were new brown spots on the stairs and in two of the bedrooms. I sent Alicia a message and told her I was unhappy about the way the carpet looked, and that it had taken way longer than usual for the carpet to dry. She explained that in some areas where we didn't know there were pet stains, it was in the padding, and it came back up through the carpet. She promptly sent Craig back out and he re-cleaned many of the areas where there were brown spots. I have very light, almost white carpeting. It has never looked better. I must admit that I didn't ask them to go over the upholstered rocker, but I went over the stains with a bottle of carpet cleaner that I had on hand, and the stains came almost completely out. I am happy with the final outcome and I would recommend them to anyone who has pet stains.

Arrived on time. Price quoted was based on my description of shower size. I would have gladly paid more thanks to the quality of his work. Arrived at end of day like they said to do tile work. After seeing how hard it was now I know why they schedule tile work for end of day. He was tired and hot from all the work! He kept the door closed because of the chemical smell which we appreciated. We had some VERY heavy buildup on the glass door at the hinge and bottom of door and he was able to totally clean it. It would look like new but for we waited so long the aluminum has pits in it but that is our fault. He said the glass was "as good" as he could get it but we thought it was perfect. I loved it. They did a great job and we will call them again.

The cleaning went excellent. He also gave me some advise on grout color, but the color turned out to be a little bit darker and did not blend in as well as I'd like, but that is my fault.

I spoke with Alicia at Apex Carpet Solutions about possibly cleaning an upholstered antique chair. Because we have not decided yet whether we will keep or sell the chair, we're holding off on having it cleaned. However, we'd like to mention that Alicia was very helpful in advising about the best approach to cleaning the chair. She seemed knowledgeable, as well as cordial. We appreciated her helpfulness.

We recently purchased a new home but the tile floors were pretty old and they were in rough shape. The grout lines were filthy dark brown and the sealant had worn off over the years, thus providing no protection against dirt/ grime. Apex came out to the house on time and did a way better job than I had ever expected. It was amazing to see the grout lines were white again and they placed new sealant on the floors as well. It looks like a totally different house now. Very friendly guys and easy to deal with on the phone to set up an appointment. You won't be disappointed in their work.

I was extremely pleased with their service. I had my daughter's dog stay with me, and he loved my furniture too much! He kept leaving his scent on the corners. My furniture looks great! I don't have to go out and purchase new furniture because of the excellent cleaning service that they did for me. I will use them again!

I was very pleased with the timely response and service received. This was a "deal" and up front they informed me that pen stains would be extra. The stains were very bad and they removed all of them. A minor issue was that I was not able to walk on it for almost 24 hours and the layout of the house made this difficult. I wish I had known this upfront as I would have been better prepared. However, I was very happy with the results and will definitely use them again - I will just be prepared for the drying time.

I called Apex and explained the issue with my rugs. They set up an appointment to pick them up. They were on time and carefully rolled and wrapped each rug before leaving my home. It took about six weeks before they were ready to be returned. Again, they made an appointment and were right on time. The rugs were unwrapped for our inspection. What a great job! They are beautiful, and not a hint of kitty urine.

Greg did a great job, he was professional and courteous. The floors were a disaster and when he finished they look like new, I am complete satisfied with work.

We dealt with Alicia and the date was changed and the time was changed too by our contractor. We were still living in our former home and making many phone calls to and from Alicia. She is such a friendly person that wanted us to have a good outcome. She was so patient with the whole situation. A highly professional company that I would recommend to anyone. We wanted it to be cleaned and sealed before our furniture and boxes were delivered and that date was also changed too. So at times it was a bit confusing but Alicia was great. It's done now and it looks beautiful and brand new. Thanks again for a great outcome and your patience. The technician was terrific too and I believe his name is Craig.
