It's taken me 15 years to get around to writing this review - that's how long Apex has been cleaning my carpets! Over that time, the professionalism and attention to detail has not changed. Apex is a class act carpet cleaning company and one that I fully recommend.

I knew my tile grout badly needed cleaning and to be sealed. I did not realize how beneficial having a professional cleaning would turn out to be. Apex Carpet Solutions offered options to restore my tile and protect the grout. They arrived early and worked diligently with a drying process and all! Walking around feels like a brand new floor. The results are immensely refreshing and has brightened inside my home. I highly recommend a deep cleaning and other services through Apex Carpet Solutions!

Apex Carpet Solutions has high integrity. Alicia quickly answered our call and quoted our job very efficiently. Chris came by our home a few hours later the same day even though it was a holiday weekend. Chris is extremely hardworking and conscientious about doing quality work and keeping his word. Apex Carpet Solutions did a fantastic job providing value over and above the price which was quoted. We felt like Chris and Alicia both really cared about our job. Apex Carpet Solutions restored our carpets to a beautiful mint condition and eliminated odors and stains which we thought were permanently entrenched. Everything went very well. The carpets and tile floor were cleaned thoroughly and the guys were courteous. Price was reasonable. Will have Apex Carpet Solutions come out again.

Chris came on time and just finished cleaning my two fifteen year old area rugs. He did an outstanding job. The 8 1/2 x 11 rugs were sanitizer and Teflon coated. The price quoted was the price paid. No hidden charges. I'm extremely happy.

Great results cleaning the tile grout in my walk in shower and kitchen/entrance hallway. I have used multiple cleaning chemicals and tools to clean the tile grout, but could not do as good a job as APEX did (August 2021). The tile grout was sealed and it looks like it did 6 years ago. I would hire again for future tile/carpet cleaning projects. Thank you!

I was very happy with the job Apex Carpet Solutions did on my floors and furniture. They worked very hard to clean it right. The floors and furniture look great and everything smells clean. It was an overall excellent experience.

Went fantastic. Alicia was super about contacting and keeping me informed. Chris, her husband was the one who came to do the job with his helper. They were pleasant, professional and left us with tile and grout that look as new as they can get and cleaned up everything they had to. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend Apex.

I have used Apex several times and am always thrilled with the results. Alicia is a pleasure to speak with when setting up the appointments, going out of her way to accommodate my schedule. Chris always arrived on time if not early and does an outstanding job. His attention to detail is very impressive and the results speak for themselves. My carpet and grout looks like new when it’s actually 15 years old! Apex costs slightly more than some of the “chain” companies but you definitely get what you pay for. I highly recommend Apex, they do outstanding work!

This was definitely the best carpet cleaning I've ever had. Chris did my carpet and rugs. He took his time and really focused **** ** every spot until there was none left even removing some that were left behind by our last cleaner. I highly recommend Apex for all of your cleaning needs.

I had my garage apartment and staircase cleaned today along with a living room rug. WOW - I didn't even think my rug was that dirty - gross! It looks and smells amazing now. Thanks for the great communication, fair pricing and terrific results.

I was VERY happy with the job done by Chris from Apex. My ceramic tile had a film of grime and dirt which couldn't be cleaned by regular mopping. My grout, which was originally a tan color, had become dark brown or even black in many places. I even contemplated painting the grout with a "grout refresh" product sold at Lowes. Luckily, I called Apex first. I thought my grout was too stained to be saved and I even told them so. They assured me they could help and promised I would be happy with the results. The results were staggering! My grout was restored back to its original color and my tile was cleaned so thoroughly, the color of the tile appears several shades lighter. It makes the rooms so much brighter. I highly recommend Apex Carpet Solutions for tile and grout cleaning! I wish I was able to attach pictures to this review to show the results.

I have used Apex many times and I have always been very happy with their services. I have used them To clean my carpets as well. The office and the cleaners who show up are always professional and accommodating! I will never use anyone else!
