Some of the stains had been there a couple months despite my best ability to remove them. The price I was quoted over the phone seemed fair. When they got there to do the actually assessment, it was more...as I had expected. But still very reasonable. I paid and left my carpets in his hands. Upon returning home, the carpets looked and spelt great. It's been 5 days and I've yet to see any stains return. Not only was the work quality, they squeezed me in on a Saturday with short notice. I will definitely call them again for general carpet cleaning/maintenance

Chris did an awesome job cleaning our carpet, including getting out stubborn spots that had reappeared after the carpet had been cleaned by another company. He did an incredibly thorough job and the carpet looks brand new! Oh, and nice people too!

They do a really good job because I have carpeting - like a beige, light beige. I have pets. They do a good job on the carpet. The price is a little high but they use real stuff that's not going to hurt your carpeting. I've been using them for about 10 years now. My rugs are getting to be about 17 years old and after they clean, they look brand new.

We used Apex five years ago to do grout cleaning and were very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of the work that they performed. We had our rugs for some years and they were overdue to be cleaned. We didn't want to go to just anyone because these rugs were one of a kind. Cleaning rugs of this type takes a lot of time because there are so many processes that are used. In addition to that we had some stains like blueberry jello that needed to be removed. Chris picked up the rugs on January 23 and delivered them to us on March 9. We were so pleased with the rugs. The colors really pop now and we can't find any of the stains. Chris explained exactly what he found on the rugs and what they had to do to remove them. The rugs were returned shrink-wrapped and on PVC pipe. Chris helped us lay the rug pads and helped us move furniture. He was very careful with our furniture. We couldn't be more pleased with the results.

If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes I would have never believed it. When completed, the carpet color was not marred, no odor was evident once dried. The intense enzyme formula they used for cleaning neutralized the urine, removed all stains, deodorized and sanitized. These guys rock!

Fantastic ! I called on Tuesday and they were here on Friday. Chris did the work and he is extremely knowledgeable in the science of stains, we were very impressed. We had several very dark stains and he got them all out ! The carpet looks new again, and the price was very fair. Couldn't be happier !

Chris came out and did what I requested in a timely and professional fashion. He even did work not contracted for, but that needed to be done, to achieve a professional result. No wonder his company is the winner of 6 super service awards putting him in the top 1/4 of one percent of all providers. On top of that, he's a really nice guy. Highly recommend.

Their process cleaned away over 15 years of built up grime on my kitchen and entryway tile. Nothing I tried at home ever made a difference, but now the tile looks like new. The service was fast, thorough, and brought amazing results. The folks were a pleasure to deal with and the price was very reasonable!

Excellent. Job took about 3 hours and was performed by Chris the owner. He was professional and worked the entire time. All items were cleaned and look nearly new. I was very pleased and certainly recommend him to others.

Very professional carpet cleaning service! We were thrilled at the amount of time this company spent to ensure our carpets were beautifully cleaned and in top condition for the sale of our home. Rooms needed vacuuming and deep cleaning due to dog hair, but everything came up so clean that we were amazed! Alicia even called to confirm arrival time and that payment was processed. Fantastic! Artuved on time, very professional. Moved all furniture cleaned tile thst had not bee cleaned in 14+ years. Msde everythingook btand new. Put everything back ... Very trustworthy. They were very responsive and flexible in scheduling the appointment. They showed up on time, we're professional and did a great job.

Owner Chris did a great job. Our carpets are about 10 yrs old & we have three large dogs & three cats. All three dogs sleep in our bedroom & the carpet was in very bad shape. Upstairs in the bonus room was not much better. Chris worked very hard & was able to get the carpets looking almost new. Smelled MUCH better too. He took a lot of extra time to make sure the job was done well. As a bonus our dogs loved him!
