My carpets look fantastic and the work they did on my shower was so far superior than that previously attempted by others. I would not hesitate to recommend Apex to any and all other Villagers.

The recliner looks new - it had never been cleaned before! The carpet looked great as usual even though it have been much longer since the last cleaning so it took a little longer to do this time. But as always, they did a great job. Since discovering Apex, I have not used anyone else for my carpet cleaning needs, and now I will add upholstery cleaning to that list.

Apex is simply the best carpet cleaner I've ever used. Chris is extremely thorough and cleans spots so they never return. He showed up right on time and got the job done right. Both Chris and his wife Alicia who runs the office are super nice people and run an excellent company. If I could give Apex a rating higher than A, I would!

This is the third time Ive used Apex in the last 3 years. I have quite a bit of tile in the house and they again did a great job. The tile and grout are light in color and everything was cleaned as if they were new. They are very responsive and were right on time. Will use them again next year.

The overall cleaning went well but once the gentleman was there he went up on the quote immediately and gave me a whole long talk. I have a strong feeling that everyone he's doing business with is being re-quoted on the spot when the work is about to begin. I honestly felt that I was over paying. He was talking a lot and starting mentioning how old and damaged the carpet was but in reality it was only four years old. The whole speech had one purpose- to extract more money out of me. Quality was good but at an incredibly expensive price.

Both rugs had dog stains. Chris did an outstanding job. The cost was more than was quoted, but that was OK. Chris did a great job and got all the puppy stains out of my huge LR rug. this is the 3rd time he has done carpets for me and I've always been satisfied with his work.

Excellent service. Chris was on time, thorough and polite. Had some bad spot that were well removed. No mess afterwards. Price was what was estimated. Alicia was courteous and responsive. Highly recommended.

Alicia scheduled me within 2 days of my call. Chris showed up on time and Alicia gave me a call to let me know that Chris was on his way. My rug is a white and beige background and when he finished, it looked like new. I was very pleased. I was given a discount because I had been a previous customer. Chris is coming to clean my terrazzo floors in a couple of weeks.

I have a two apartment duplex, hired Chris to do one unit, the carpet had very bad pet stains and odor. Chris came and did a good job of cleaning, looked and smelled a lot better. Price was fair for the amount of work required, he had to go over it more than once. Once dried, the realtor and I both noticed a faint odor still lingered. Chris came back, went over it once again, it was perfect and I gave him a great review however I was not there the second time and he dumped the water in the yard right alongside the parking pad where people walk, made ruts in the ground and it looked bad. I asked him to dump it by the street the time before which he did and that worked out fine, but this time he made a mess. The second apartment became vacant and required cleaning, I called Chris again, asked for an appointment when I could be there and he refused, stating since he did work for me in the past I should allow him to fly solo, he did not want to consider scheduling around a day and time time when I could be there, it would be too inconvenient for him. He had his wife make that call, and she was very insistent about it, so I cancelled. Such a pity since rental units are always in need of a good cleaning when vacated, tenants don't care for things as if it were their own. I manage my own properties and I will not be bullied away from overseeing the work being done when I'm the one footing the bill.

There are none better than Alicia and Chris. I am a repeat customer and will be again. Absolutely excellent work on my 15 year old carpeting. Professional, fair pricing and good people all combine to provide unsurpassed value. HIGHLY recommended!! Dan

Amazing! Chris did such a great job. It had been a long time since I had our carpet cleaned....and the first time ever to have the tile / grout cleaned. Chris was very professional and did such an incredible job.....especially on the stairs. He also let me know that our dog had been marking in the house....something I was completely unaware of! I can’t recommend him enough!

First company I called could not reach to my second story condo, but Apex could. They did a great job

Just used Apex Carpet Solutions to clean carpets and tile/grout. Fabulous job, reasonable price for a three hour job. Chris, the owner, came quickly and on time. Alicia, his wife, quoted the job and there were no surprise additions like we’ve had with the big name (Stanley S.), and she advised a half hour before arrival that he was on his way. Respectful of surroundings. Highly recommend this company Given the job and results!

This is our second time hiring Apex Carpet Solutions for our house, but the first time they cleaned tile for us. The before and after was almost unbelievable. The grout and tile looked brand new after the job was completed. They are always on time, professional, and so nice. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work for such a reasonable price!

This is the second time we have used Apex. Today they cleaned our carpet and an acrylic bathtub and previously they cleaned our very dingy ceramic tile. They are very thorough and helpful and have solved issues that we could not solve ourselves after trying many, many products. The results are amazing!
