Description of Work: This is about the 4th time I have used Apex and have no reason to consider anyone else. Their service is excelent, always punctual, do a thorough job, and I am very satisfied. The price paid for the work done is a very good value and both Alicia in the office and their technicial Craig have done an outstanding job in every way. They obviously appreciate their repeat customers. I would recommend Apex to anyone for carpet cleaning. I have a very dense, thick carpet in some parts of the house that poses a challenge, but Apex has done the best of anyone I have used in the past thru-out the house.

Description of Work: Cleaned tile floor including grout sealing - on 5th floor of condo building. Very professional and thorough. Great job!

Description of Work: They did okay cleaning, but the price was higher than I thought. My neighbor just had her tile floors acid washed for $600.00 and they look cleaner than mine.

Description of Work: Cleaned very dirty light carpet. I simply could not believe that they removed 100% of all dirt and pet stains! They do not get any better than APEX!

Description of Work: Chris cleaned all my grout in kitchen/family room and sealed it. He also explained the best method of keeping it clean so that the bacteria won't grow again. Chris then cleaned my carpet in our bedroom. It is an offwhite carpet and gets dirty so easily plus had a rust type stain from the previous owners. I have had the carpet cleaned by 3 previous carpet cleaner companies and it looked dirty again within 6 weeks. This time it has stayed much cleaner plus he reduced the rust type stain to almost invisible. No other company accomplished this. I am having him come back as his equipment is superior and he is honest up front about pricing--no gimicks. I highly recommend this company after trying 3 others and being very disappointed.

Description of Work: I actually did not use this company... I called them based on a coupon for $129 for the amount of work that I needed to be done... Somehow that $129 went to $174.00. When I asked about the special, Alicia really didnt give me an answer... I therefore called a couple of other carpet cleaning places listed on the site and will be using one of them next week.... I think if the price says one thing, they should honor that and not jack up the price

Description of Work: I had the most embarrassing shower tile situation in the master shower. It was bad. Really bad. After 2.5 hours of work, the shower walls and floor are immaculate. Great work, worth every penny.

Description of Work: Excellent company. Chris came when he said he would(1 hour window). I had four rooms done(one oversize, > 200 sq ft). All were doneexpertly and the wall to wall looks like it did when first installed. Chris also applies a protectant to help prevent future stains. Chris even did a "Lab rug" that my black lab often lies on at no charge. All work was done according to plan with no surprises. He also does upholstery, although I did not use him for this. Would definitely use him again and recommend his services.

Description of Work: Chris (Apex Cleaning) did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets - honest, efficient, professional and punctual. Instead of waiting around between a 4 hour window, they gave us a 1 hour window and Chris was here within that hour. He took his time with the carpets and most importantly, didn't try and up- sell me on all kinds of additional products. Awesome awesome!!
