Description of Work: Thoroughly cleaned a very light beige carpet. I just moved into this home, and the previous owner indicated they had the carpet cleaned - a very lovely gesture, but it didn't look like the carpet was touched! Apex did an outstanding job. It was obvious that they aim to please because this gentleman spent a lot of time and effort. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Apex without hesitation.

Description of Work: Excellent results. I have almost white TEN YEAR OLD carpet with dogs and cats the entire time. Needless to say there were problem areas. They picked up on all the stains and made the carpet look fresh and the same color. Fabulous cleaning and professionalism.

Description of Work: APEX and their technician, Craig did a great job. Friendly, punctual, and detail oriented. They answered any question I had related to what tools, products or processes they used to clean as we have both pets and small children. In July 2015 we used them to clean all the tile/grout on the first floor then in August 2015 we used them again to do the second floor carpet for 1850 total sq/ft. After we had the tile cleaned, even though we had covered our stainless fridge, a small amount of the grout cleaner splashed up under the plastic sheeting and oxidized the stainless but we did not realize this until after APEX had finished and left. I called a few days later to schedule the carpet and ask about how to fix the oxidation. I did not expect them to fix it as I had assisted in covering the fridge and I considered it purely an accident, but was curious as to what product they suggested to use. APEX said they would take care of the oxidation for no charge which they did today before they cleaned the 2nd floor carpet. We have been very happy with their service and will definitely be using them again.

Very good expierience. Kept me informed of arrival time and performed the work with a very good attitude. Chris also educated me about my tile and how to better take care of it in the future. Left no mess!

This was an Angie's List special: clean carpets in 3 rooms and a hallway $129.00 Chris did arrive late for the appointment however his office called twice to keep us appraised. When Chris arrived, I asked for an estimate to clean the oriental rug - we agreed on $48! The worked was performed with professionalism and very apparent expertise.
Description of Work: Clean wall-to-wall carpet in three bedrooms and a walk-in closet and clean a 12' x 9' oriental rug.

The person I dealt with on the phone was helpful and pleasant. The techician who did the work at my home showed up on time, did a terrific job and was friendly and professional. He explained all he was going to do and then proceeded to deliver on his promises. The price was extremly reasonable. I will use them again.
Description of Work: I had the carpet cleaned in an entire home. All stains and signs of wear were removed and the carpet looked like new again.

Apex is wonderful! They are very professional and courteous. They did an great job on my carpet and made my old dirty tile and grout, like new again. Chris was on time and very thorough. He priced the job exactly as it was quoted and did not try and tack on extra charges after he arrived. He came equipped with everything he needed and didn't need to use my water or power, like some other guys do. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
