Apex Carpet Solutions

We had our carpets and tile cleaned with a grout sealer applied. They did a great job and worked very professionally while they were here. The tile area was more than the Angies special and cost an additional $100.00, but that was explained before they arrived and wasn't a surprise to us. I would use and recommend them again.

They were very prompt and also liked that they pretreated the rugs. The two of them were here for a very long time and worked very hard. Our rugs haven't looked this good for years. We also had them clean cream colored couch and it looks absolutely new! We'll be using Apex again for sure!

It appears the other reviews on here were accurate. All I can say is WOW! My carpet was in very poor shape. Stains and very dirty. My grandkids are affectionately referred to by me as "the wrecking crew." And they had done some serious damage to our light colored carpet. But that was no problem for Chris and Apex. I was stunned at how great my carpet looked when Chris had finished. I did not have my hopes to high because the carpet was severely soiled. But it looked nearly new when Chris had finished. He and his helper toiled for over 4 hours working on it. He obviously takes great pride in his work. It was also a pleasure talking to Alicia and scheduling my appointment. She informed me in detail what the cost would be and that is what is was when I paid. NO SURPRISES. I couldn't recommend Apex more highly. You would be hard pressed to find anyone who could combine the outstanding quality of work for a fair price. And the coupon really came in handy. Thank you, Chris and Alicia.

It was a small job, but Apex did a great job on our bonus room carpet at a reasonable price. Alisha (in the office) and Chris (in the field) were accommodating and professional. With a new baby in the house, it was important for us to have a clean carpet on which she could practice crawling and walking, and Apex got the job done. The carpet came out perfect, with all the stains removed. I would definitely use Apex again.

I obtained an estimate over the phone for some carpet and tile cleaning. I was quoted a price that seemed reasonable so I set up the appointment. When we moved all of the furniture out of the way, I was shocked on how dirty the carpet and tile were. I was not sure if were were going to have to re-carpet sections and how clean the tile could be made. I figured that my estimate just went out the window and was not looking forward to the appointment anymore. The guys came in and looked around, I explained that I was on a limited budget so I need to know how much more it was going to be, since my original estimate was obviously not going to work. The owner Chris took a look and said he would work with me and the carpet and tile could be cleaned. They did a SPECTACULAR job. The house looked better than when they boys moved in. Chris and his guy worked and sweated for hours and what was left after was wonderful. They were professional, personable, and obviously know their stuff. I would STRONGLY recommend this company, because they care about doing a GREAT job.

Overall, very well - because my carpets were really dirty - it took longer than expected - but it was worth it.

They did a very good work except that, they just charged me more than I expected but the price was good. In general, I had a very good experience with them so I will be using them again in the future.

We bought an Angie's List special for $129 for 300 sf of tile to clean our "new" older home before we moved in. Then we decided to have all the tile in the house and screen room done. It was a little higher than his eyeball estimate but that is why they have that measuring roller. Owner Chris and his partner were very professional, careful and thorough. They got some old tile in the bathroom looking like new..

We had been recently burned with a "special offer" (not from Angie's List) and were a little afraid that maybe this would be another problem. It wasn't. We called to set up an appointment, explaining that we had a special discount coupon. We were treated professionally and courteously. A mutually satisfactory appointment time was set up. Chris Swanson and another crew member showed up on time and proceeded to do all the work we had asked for. The work was very well done. Chris answered a number of questions about tile cleaning and maintenance, which was very helpful. The price was most fair. We know that in the future when we have floor cleaning needs we will contact Apex Carpet Solutions. We recommend them to anyone needing such services.

I called around to a few places and they were able to come out the same day (within a few hours). Cris and another gentleman came out to do the job. They were kind and professional. Chris answered all of my questions and explained to me what he would be doing. They worked very and everything came out great. I've never had anyone spend that much time cleaning my furniture before (2 1/2 hours). I was very please with the results and will be calling Chris when it's time to be cleaned again.

Very Good...The tile looked like new on the floors and worth the money. I WOULD NOT recommend a shower be cleaned as no evidence to show that it was cleaned. I had called to discuss my concerns and believe that it was sanitized (which is important) but clearly not visibly clean.

Chris and his associate arrived on time for our appointment. They had all the equipment they needed and were ready to work. Both men were professional and took the time to understand what we wanted done, and to explain their process to us. They were very detail oriented and took time to do things like pull out the fridge and stove. They also took Tons of before and after pictures and were kind enough to share them with us. The results of their work are INCREDIBLE. Our home is 9 years old, but new to us, and we can now see detail in the tile (veins and colors) that were completely hidden by dirt and grime. The grout lines look brand new. We couldn't be happier

After reading the great reviews fro APEX her on Angie's list, I gave them a call. We had a recent death in the family so there was extra family coming in November we were not expecting until December. When I called and said I needed the carpets cleaned right away I was told they had no openings that week. When I explained our situation the lady worked it out for the owner to come himself. He was on time, very professional and did an awesome job. We had had an elderly relative living with us for a while who had had accidents in one bedroom and I thought we'd have to replace the carpet. Well APEX got rid of a odor and 90% of the stains so we could at least have guests stay in the room. Well worth the price!!

Mr. Swanson arrived at my door, assessed the task at hand, and immediately got to work. Moving the refrigerator and freezer when needed presented no problem. Two hours later -- a clean floor that I still don't want to step on!

I have three dogs and 2 cats. My carpet and tile is difficult to keep clean for this reason. Chris arrived on time and got started almost immediately. The carpet looks almost new and I can actually see the true color of my grout again. I will definitely be using Apex Carpet Solutions again!

We prepped by moving larger furniture (not heavy cabinets and dressers) to our garage and porch). They arrived on time and spent a couple of hours on our floors. We were amazed at all the hiddent dirt concealed deep in the carpet. Photos with special filters showed where major walkways had really heavy deposits. We added a room beyond the "Big Deal" and were very pleased with both the results and the friendly service. We moved everything back into place the following day after carpets had dried. I'd definitely recommend Apex to friends!

This company did an amazing cleaning of our carpets. Particularly great was the removal of dark traffic areas in the hallway. We highly recommend this company. They were prompt and very proffesional.

Previously had Stanley Steamer come and cleaned carpets. Very dissatisfied with their job. Saw Angies Big Deal for carpet cleaning and purchased the deal for 3 rooms and a hallway. Called and scheduled an appointment for 10/24/'2011. Very professional experience. The appointment was for between 10 and 11 AM. Chris came at 10:20. Introduced himself and got to work. One room had badly stained carpet resulting from our 15 year old large dog sleeping there. Body oil stains and resulting microbes. Chris explained what he had to do and the chemicals he needed to apply and set up his equipment. He worked alone and completed the job with amazing results. It took 2 and a half hours because of the heavy stains and the time for the chemicals to work. The carpets are beautiful. There are no chemical odors. We are completely happy with the work.
