Arrived on time and was very professional. Carpet looked very good, but after drying a couple of places reappeared.

Great experience from start to finish. I sent an email requesting an estimate, and got a phone call within 5 minutes. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment after discussing, in detail, what I wanted to have done. Craig, the technician, showed up when they said he would. Very professional and friendly. He let me know when he had finished each area, and asked me to come and inspect it. He was unable to remove some carpet stains caused by red dye bleeding onto the carpet from an area rug. He did his best, but Alicia had already told me that red is very hard to get out, so it was not a surprise. We have a large home, so the cleaning took most of the day. Craig worked nonstop until the job was done. The tile looked brand new when he was finished. I will definitely hire them again.

Apex was amazing! I was on a time crunch from when I needed to move into my new house and they accomodated me well! My new house had previous owners that maintained the carpets poorly. There were many stains and we thought we were going to need to replace the carpet throughout most of the first floor. We decided to give Apex Carpet Solutions a try before we went down that road of costly replacement and I couldn't be more happier! The technician was there for 8 hours completing all the work and it was worth every dollar! We were ready to move into our new house the next day and my family could not believe their eyes. My stepdad is a professional painter and said there was no way that our carpets would look clean and I was glad that Apex proved him wrong. They were extremely knowledgeable and addressed all of our concerns. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Apex cleaners was an awesome company to deal with! They were very professional from the first phone interaction. We had previously had our carpets cleaned and had issues with the stains coming back. I explained this to them on the phone and they knew exactly what the other company did (and did not do) to prevent that from occurring. I purchased the Big Deal and was quoted on the phone that I would likely have an additional fee as I wanted to add another room. I was very appreciative to be told up front and did not have any surprises on the day of service. They were completely professional and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be using them in the future!

It was easy to set up the date, and the cleaning only took a few hours. Overall I was very pleased with the service and price. I would definitely hire them again.

The gentleman cleaning the carpet worked alone, and did a good job, except for a couple of spots he missed that I thought should have been obviously cleaned, especially vacuumed. He was very friendly and pleasant. All in all, we were pleased and would probably use them again.

After Chris set up the cleaning equipment, he moved lighter pieces of furniture from the areas being treated. The tile was first cleaned and then sealed. I purchased this service through an Angie's list big deal which covered a certain amount of square footage. The amount of space treated in my home exceeded that amount and the charge to address the overage was very reasonable. The service took about two hours and the results were great!

This was a good experience from start to finish. I sent an e-mail to several companies through Angie's requesting a call back for a quote for carpet cleaning. Alicia called me back within a few minutes of submitting my request and it was a Sunday! I was very impressed with this because this is a company that wants my business. Some of the companies called me back later Monday morning, Monday afternoon, and some not at all. When I spoke with Alicia, she was very thorough on the phone and asked a lot of specific questions about the kind of service I needed from her. She explained in detail what the carpet cleaning service would entail and what I could expect from her company. She told me that her company takes a lot longer than other carpet cleaning companies to make sure that the job is done right the first time. After speaking with several other companies, we decided to hire Apex. Craig was the technician who came to our home to clean our carpets. He showed up on time and was very nice and respectful of our home. He did an excellent job and asked my wife and several times to check his work before he moved on to the next area. When he was finished, the price was exactly as Alicia had quoted me and there were no changes. I believe this was due to the fact that Alicia had been so thorough in her initial interview which resulted in an accurate quote. I would rate this as an excellent experience and this company stands as an example of how business should be done. When you have a good experience with a company like this, it makes you realize how most companies are so poorly run. Great Job and HIGHLY recommend.

They did a reasonably good job of cleaning, except that they moved nothing except the beds and chairs in the master bed room while cleaning. It would have been much better had they moved some of the larger pieces of furniture in the great room and dining area.

It went well. The man who came is the owner and was very knowledgable and much more professional than the guys from Stanley Steamer and one other local service that was aweful. Apex has friendly customer service on the phone as well as in person. We will use them again.

A few months ago I used Apex for carpet cleaning and grout cleaning. The property was a rental condo. It was not the dirtiest carpet in the world but did have several stains that they had to spend extra time taking care of. them including a couple of pet urine stains. Much to my surprise they were able to remove all of the stains. The carpet was about 2 years old so it wasn't in horrible shape, but I was still dirty nonetheless. A few days before my appointment I learned that Apex did grout cleaning. My biggest kudos has to go to them for the grout cleaning. I purchased this property several years and thought the grout was dark brown. I certainly didn't realize that the grout was in fact beige. It was cleaner than when I lived there myself before becoming a rental property. I called several different companies before deciding upon Apex. Everything that I had read on Anglie's List was echoed in my experience. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. The people who came from Apex were very professional and quick. The property was empty so it did not require any furniture moving. I recall that the entire 1400 sq feet on a second floor (which was a challenge in itself) was done in about 3 hours. They answered my questions and were efficient in the way in which they went about it, moving from room to room so they didn't have to track over areas already cleaned.

I called them and they gave me an approximate idea of what the cost would be on the phone. When Chris came out, the quote went up, I guess based on the extra time that it would take due to it being heavily soiled. We also decided to have the grout sealed following the cleaning, which was an additional cost of about $100. The job took 2 men about 3 hours. We were very pleased with the outcome. Chris had said that some of the stains that were left behind would fade when the grout was dry ,and they did. The grout looks tremendously better.

I will definitely be calling them back and have referred them to all of my friends.

Chris arrived on time and with all the tools and equipment he needed to do the job. He was friendly and explained the entire procedure to me, as he was doing each step. He gave me a crash course on tile and grout, and told me how and why his product worked. He finished up within a couple hours. The grout looked better, and I was pleased with the results. Also, he kindly cleaned the grout in my washroom, which we exit and enter the house through. When he was done, the difference in this grout was amazing. Upon leaving, Chris said to call him if I had any problems or questions.

They were very prompt, courteous and came when they said they would. It turned out great.
