The gentleman was friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. He was very professional and cleaned up well.

The guy who came to my house cleaned the tile floor for my two bathrooms. He was very hard-working and I am happy with his work.

My tile had not been cleaned since I purchased the house 6 years ago. My grout and tile is a light color and the grout very dark in many spots.He was here for several hours and in the end it was so much better. There are a few spots that could not be completely cleaned do to heavy soiling from kids and pets but you can hardly notice. I will definitely use Apex again to keep my tile and grout clean on a regular basis.

Everything turned out good. They were on time and explained what they were doing to the carpet. They answered all my questions well. There was one cleaner here doing the work and it took a couple of hours. The results are great.

The whole experience was excellent. When I contacted the office by phone, Alicia was able to give me a rough estimate as to the cost base on my description of the size and scope of what I wanted done. We agreed on the date and time when the technician was due to arrive and he would confirm the price before starting. The technician showed up on time, reviewed what need to be done and confirmed the estimate. He said, based on the number and types of stains plus the number of buckles in the carpet, it would take 4-5 hours to complete. The total time was just over 4 hours and the best way to describe the results is to say the carpets look better now than they did when the house was new! There are no buckles in the carpet and all of the stains are gone. The edges where the carpet meets the walls are all smoothly tucked in for the first time since I?ve been in the house. In summary, I am extremely pleased with the quality of the service I received and more than satisfied with the price.

They did an excellent and thorough job. The carpet was especially dirty with some stubborn stains that disappeared. I definitely recommend them.

They cleaned our floor tile and grout. We got several bids and theirs was the most reasonable. We will reco them to friends. Tiles and grout look great and are sealed.

They cleaned the carpets, but weren't able to get out a few spots. Not sure if they could have if they'd tried.

Great from start to finish. When I first called the owners wife spoke to me and thoroughly went over everything with me and was wonderful to speak to. The job was done very well. When I moved in here the grout was a dark black color and the tile was cream and ivory so I knew something was wrong. When he cleaned it the grout is off white now. How can people let things get that bad. I have been in this condo a month and it looks 300 percent better than before I got in here. I just can't live with dirt like that. Thanks to Apex it looks wonderful now. I would recommend them and certainly use them again......

Craig did another great job, arrived very close to the advance appointment time, and did a very through job, addressing all problem areas. Due to the fact I have very thick carpet, it takes more time to thoroughly clean it well and still get most of the moisture out,. I am thoroughly pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend Apex to anyone.

The provider did not know that there was wool in the carpet and the cleaning left a horrific smell that lasted 2 weeks. They said it was from dog dander and urine but this had never happened with other cleanings. They said carpet should never have been wet cleaned. As an owner I know that now and take some responsibility for not knowing the blend in carpet, but as professionals, I would think they could judge the fibers before cleaning. In the end, carpet smell went away and carpets were sufficiently clean.

Apex was very professional and did a great job. I have lived here for about 3 years and in that time had never had the carpets done. I recently got a new furry friend who also added a few spots to the ones that were already in the material. I called Apex and told them my situation. They came out about 2 days later and started. I should mention I also asked about cleaning my tile as well. They provide that service as well. I met the fella from Apex at my house, let him in and I returned to work. About three hours later I returned and was pleasantly surprised at the way the carpets and the tile turned out. All the stain (coffee, soda, and pet) had been cleaned and could no longer be seen. The carpets even had a fresh smell to them. The carpets were a little damp but were quickly dried a few hours later. Stains in my grout that I didnt think had a chance of being cleaned were actually gone. I would hire Apex again without reservation - and probably will again for my "after the holidays" cleaning!

I watched as the man cleaned/sealed the tile. Although I couldn't tell until it dried, the sealing liquid left deposits of the material that I cleaned up later. There was an issue with Apex's requiring me to set up some sort of account to use my credit card for the work I asked to be done in addition to the Big Deal, which seemed a bit unusual to me. I ended up driving to my bank with the workman to get cash to pay for the additional work.

Cleaned 2 rooms, hallway and entryway. Job was quick and to my satisfaction.

They were pretty good actually and they did a pretty decent job. $129 was actual price that they told me but because the house did not match with their work they ended charging me closer to $190. They were pretty quick, they made sure that everything was clean, and double checked everything. Overall, the price that I paid did not match the $129 that I bought.

It went very well. We have used Apex Carpet Solutions before and were very satisfied. They do a really good job to the point that you can really see the difference. They also get right to their work so it doesn't take long unless you have furniture to move.

The provider showed up exactly on time, surveyed the job and got started immediately. We identified areas that needed particular attention and as he completed work in those areas, he came and asked us to look and check his work . He was finished in just over 2 hours to include cleanup and loading his equipment. He then asked again for me to take a look at his work to ensure my approval. This is our 3rd time to use this provider and they have exceeded expectations each time.

They were very kind and courteous over the phone, very accommodating when I had to reschedule. I would definitely recommend this company. They were very easy to work with.

On time, pretreated pet stain areas, and did the best rug cleaning of our rugs ever done. We have the rugs cleaned 3-4 times a years due to our dogs. Their cleaning job was the best! The rugs were dry by late that night as they don't use a ton of water. I cannot say enough about Craig, our rug technician. He was polite, knew about rugs, worked very hard, and cleaned up after himself.

They were on time, courteous, very thorough, and did good work. We asked them to do a few extra areas and they were happy to do it. They were personable and had great pricing. I will be using them again.

I was underwhelmed with them. They cleaned my grout and they charged me a quite a bit on top of the Big Deal price to do some additional square footage, so I was not really happy. I've had grout cleaners before and I've been very happy with them, but I wasn't happy with the quality of work of Apex Carpet Solutions. They were really pushy and tried to sell me on cleaning my carpet and I resented that.
