The contractor arrived a little early - which was good, but parked in front of my neighbor's home - when it appeared to me that he was confused about the house numbers, I went over and spoke with him, at which point he moved his truck up the street and completed his job efficiently and effectively. Aside from possible confusion about the address, I am happy with the work that was done. It was also helpful to be able to pay by credit card over the phone.

My only problem was the truck had to leave to empty before my clean out was complete, for the second time. Upon return they only finished completely cleaning one side and the worker said it was fine, not really to me, but I didn't push the issue.
