When I first met Southwest I was in a bind and needed my tank replaced. They came out and were able to fix the tank, this was 5 years ago. This tank is still in service today. Since then they have done work on multiple rentals for me. GO SOUTHWEST

They were 1 hour late. The job was done, but I was charged an extra $8 for using a credit card. That is a little too high.

I hired Southwest Environmental LLC to do a voluntary septic system inspection that is required for financing purposes due to the bank requiring the tank to be certified. The tank obviously had to be pumped to conduct the required inspection and I was willing to pay the $450 quoted to provide ALL necessary services. Technician arrived and was very friendly, pumped and inspected the tank in less than a half hour and provided a handwritten invoice with details, including notation of needing a 900 gallon tank to bring up to code. They did not provide me with a copy of the Department of Health Procedure for Voluntary Inspection and Assessment of Existing Systems and written notice of my right to request an evaluation based on all or part of the standards, nor have they provided the anticipated quote to bring the property up to code. I will be filing a complaint against this Company with the Department of Health and Department of Economic Health and urge others not to utilize this Company for anything beyond pumping the septic.
