Description of Work: The provider's representative reviewed my computer's virus/malware status. He performed a system analysis and clean-up. He was unable to re-establish my Windows 8 Internet Explorer browser that disappered with the advent of the computer's virus/malware infection. Without the availability of Internet Explorer I continue using the Firefox alternantive browser.

Description of Work: He discovered the reason an owner-upgraded computer was not powering on and fixed it. He cleaned out the computer of viruses, etc. While waiting for the first computer to update, he cleaned out a second computer of viruses, etc. Both computers are now working fine. The upgraded gamer computer is now magnificent! The person was very professional, friendly, and efficient. It was so nice to him him come to the home and fix things immediately instead of having to take it into the shop.
