Well. Repairman attempted to repair circuit board before replacing it, an impressive attempt to save us money and get us up and running faster. Unfortunately, it was not possible so we had to wait three days to get a new one. After that it worked fine. Price seemed high, but FPL reimbursed us fully with our surge protection insurance.

nice technician but did not explain well

It was a very rewarding appointment as they were able to explain some of the technology to me that I was confused about.

The technician was excellent! He was knowledgeable, efficient and explained thoroughly what he did. We would not hesitate to hire this same company (and particularly the technician we were fortunate to have) again.

Not very well. They never solve the problem. Reinstalled a new Windows 10 operating system. Just weeks after they worked on the computer the computer went to the same shutdown and malfunction. Would not reboot and kept going into Windows error. The problem was not the operating system but it was the video driver card. I have since ordered and replace the video graphics card and system is working perfectly. Would not use them again they completely miss the problem.

Okay, I ended up paying extra for virus protection. My computer seems to act the same. I feel like it was a waste of time and money.

Summit Broadband did not make the internet connection, put us on hold for a long time, then failed to call back. Bummer! Technician worked with Summit to facilitate, but Summit failed connection ( which is why I had cancelled Summit many months ago.)

Alexis did an awesome job . He was persistent and resolute. He was on time and got the issue resolved.

Great. Tech was punctual, and happy to answer all questions.

Tech spent half hour of the 2 hours purchased. When I tried the computer a couple days later problem was back. Maybe I needed a new computer anyway. I don’t like giving negative reviews. But I ended up purchasing a new computer so the coupon ended up being of no use.

Tom was right on time and was able to get the printer working and a laptop that we had issues with. He also helped run a virus program and updated our software.

Very efficient. Finished within the 2 hours. All issues addressed.

Response from South Florida Tech Group was prompt, the appointment time set and Dustin, the tech communicated with me and arrived on time. What a rare occurrence in Miami and so very much appreciated. Dustin is very knowledgeable and professional and was able to address all my computer related issues to my satisfaction. I can highly recommend the company and Dustin.

Alexis was great and knowledgeable. I did feel he was a little high pressure in selling "add ons"...a new anti virus, malware, etc. He even had a laptop he would have sold me if I had taken the bait. He did good work and subsequently I purchased a second deal for my mom. He was very helpful to her, as well.

Technician Thomas was the best tech I’ve worked with since moving to Naples in 2011! Will definitely use him again. He’s very well educated and doesn’t overcharge for his work because he’s FAST!

Exceptionally well - Dustin, the technician, was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable.

Not so well. The guy spent about 10 minutes checking my computer and the next 50 minutes trying to sell me one of their systems. He wanted to charge me $300 to download my hard drive.

I was very pleased. They do it over the telephone. They don't have to come out.
