She has just the right personality for this kind of work, she was efficient, extremely knowledgeable and I was immediately comfortable with her working on my computers. She did everything I wanted done and for future work, I would like it noted that Toni is my preferred tech, if she should not be available on a day I need someone, I would definitely wait for her if it were not an emergency. thanks for the super work, response etc,

Description of Work: i found them difficult to work with. they stop work at four, before i get off from work. it took forever to set a date then they cancelled it. i found the woman who dispatches to be distracted, not on top of things, and one time fairly unpleasant. ultimately i had someone else do the job--a licensed contractor who charge the same amount as the "big deal" which wasn't such a deal after all.

Description of Work: My home router wasn't allowing connections from my android "smart phone" or my new tablet. The ETC representative diagnosed & fixed the router problem in 20 minutes. Although that was really the only problem I had, he offered to optimize my PC since I had paid for two hours. He was punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable. Now my router talks to my phone & tablet. And my PC is faster (a little bonus).

Description of Work: We have a MAC and the technician was not told that and he was not familiar with working on them. We had told them when we made the appointment, evidently it was not written on the appointment schedule.

Description of Work: The computer Tech called about 1 hour before his scheduled time and said that he was "running a bit late" and would arrive just 1/2 hour later than scheduled, which was acceptable, and he did arrive exactly on time. I explained that I had been plagued with a computer virus, which he helped eliminate and updated my "Windows 8 to the 8.1 edition. The Tech then went through a number of features with the computer that I was having a problem with, and all in a language and with patience that I appreciated. I was impressed with the Tech's patience, knowledge, and helpfulness, that I subscribed to the company computer maintenance program. I had earlier checked "at home" computer services from 2 major office supply stores and their pricing was at least twice as much. I had earlier used one store's service twice before and it was not as comprehensive.

Description of Work: I used EXCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING, INC at my company because I saw them on your site. My company is a small business which carries out specialized inspections on anything man-made. We are bound by law to maintain all records for a minimum of 30 years. We actually have 49 years of records. Our records are very important to us. Initially ETC was good. They responded promptly and repaired the original problem for my company. However problems suddenly seemed to appear that we did not have before. We were told that we had corrupted files that were causing the problems. They then proceeded to recommend new Hardware and Software while trying to fix the problems. After about 10 days of being told that they were backing up and recovering our files, we were told that 70% of our files could not be recovered and were lost. We hired another company at a cost of almost $3,000.00 who successfully recovered most of our files for us. On complaining to ETC they informed us that they were not in the business of recovery. I would expect that I should have been told this before they cost us money, time and some files which they got rid of as "corrupted". Originally I signed a one year contract with them but I will never use them again.
