Description of Work: My computer was running slow and I also wanted to make sure that my security was working and my information was protected. The technician Joe, was cordial, professional and did a thorough job. I even paid for a year's service of online help which was very reasonable. My computer is extremely important for my work so having this, helps put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend Exclusive Technology.

Description of Work: I purchased one of their special offers for general computer help, and was so happy with the result that I purchased a second. This time, David helped me clean out the files on two old laptop computers, save what I needed to keep, and prepare the computers for disposal. This was a huge help for me, because I don't have the confidence to do that type of work myself. It was a wonderful relief to finally have this done, as I've been putting it off for quite some time!

Description of Work: Came to my home to fix my daughters laptop. Quickly diagnosed the issue but they did not have a replacement hard drive on hand. Since I did not use the full 2 hours for this session, they gave me a discount on a follow-up visit. Found some other problems and recommended that it was probably more cost effective to replace the laptop rather than pour more money in it. I agreed. Even got some recommendations from them on replacement laptops.
