Description of Work: We were having ongoing problems with our computer. Chris came out and ended up taking the computer with him so he could reformat the hard drive then put all the information back on and install an external back up. We were very happy with his service and professionalism and willingness to explain everything and answer any questions. The computer is working like new now.

Description of Work: I liked the IT person Chris who came out. WOrked quite h****** my computer problems. The only draw back to this company that I did not like and found offensive was the scheduling. I booked this appointment online through Angie's list and communicated with Exclusive Consulting through email. I confirmed the appointment time and day and no one came. When I called the office Toni told me that the reason was that I did not confirm and that it was my fault. I pointed out the email messages and she rescheduled the appointment. I do not like being accused on something that is not my fault. |

Description of Work: Dayani was polite and easy to work with, she updated all my devices, corrected some problems and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Dayani and Exclusive Consulting. I will definitely use them when I need help In the future.

Description of Work: PC tune-up. It went great. My machine is working much better and the technician had time to set up my printer for wireless use. He also gave me a few pointer which will make using my PC easier.

Description of Work: Checked 2 laptops for malware & viruses; cleaned up "junk" ; answered questions & offered understandable solutions. The tech was friendly & most professional. We will not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: The tech did not know Windows 8 so many of the questions I had on my list he was unable to answer. When he informed me he did not know Windows 8, I suggested his firm send someone else but was told no one really knows it. I was very disappointed and felt I did not get what I paid for.

Description of Work: The on-site training got me to start using my files much better. I felt very comfortable with the man, who was very patient with me and my slow learning ability.

Description of Work: Got my computer working again! I had some security programs that were actually causing the problem. They disabled those and installed better ones. The technician was punctual, thorough, and informative as he walked me through everything he did so I could understand the procedure.

Description of Work: He worked with bighthouse to fix the issue we had. He did not charge because he said he felt bad for e because it was not my computer. The falt was with my internet service. He said to call when ever I have a problem and he will be there for me. He was great to work with and very honest. Anyone who needs a good computer company should call them. #1 in my book. |

Description of Work: I have used Bryan several times before. He is very professional and goes the extra mile. He made the service call work around my schedule, which was great. He had to uninstall Norton Security and reinstall a new program. It took a lot of time and skill.

Description of Work: PC would not boot up operating system after power hit. Tech could not complete service on site, but took PC to shop and did what they do - fixed it, charged only 1 hour more, $60. Very pleased with service
